“Before I let go of you, do you know any member of the Bravura Demolisher known as Leo? He’s also one of the top ranked members of the Bravura Demolisher.” Mr. Martins asked.

“Leo? I know him very well; we both work for the Chief Chris… he is my friend but more deadly than me” Marcus replied.

“Oh! I see.” Mr. Martins sighed smiling.

“So where is he?” Mr. Martins asked.

“I don’t know his whereabout, if I could vividly remember; the last time I saw him was four months ago.” He replied looking down.

“Hmm… I promise not to kill you, so you can go, I won’t break my promise… but what will kill you is dwelling with you and is walking behind you.” Mr. Martins permitted and Marcus took to his heel.

“I thought you won’t allow him to go.” Daniel riposted suspiciously.

“He has publicized the secret of the group and he must face the penalty, his days are numbered… you got nothing to worry about.” Mr. Martins explained and assured.

“Are we taking this old pig to the hospital?” Daniel asked pointing to collapsed Chief Chris.

“No, we are taking him home” Mr. Martins answered.

LOCATION: CHIEF CHRIS’ POV

TIME: 9:21PM

Angel and Princess were restless and fidgeted, their beloved father is nowhere to be found, it is already past nine, Angel has tried to reach him on phone but his number wasn’t going through.

“Angel, I sense father is in danger.” Princess broke the uninviting silence in the sitting room.

“I pray he is not, but I am also feeling uneasy.” Angel replied with frown face and she yawned loudly.

“You’re feeling sleepy?” Princess asked skeptically.

“Probably.” Angel replied as she rose on his feet and she moved to the dinning.

“I can’t wait any longer, I’m seriously hungry, the worms in my stomach are really protesting, I think I will just call to their needs.” Angel voiced out as she served herself a plateful of rice garnished with dodo and chickens. Princess hissed just then the beep of Angel’s phone could be heard loudly.

“Please bring that phone for me.” Angel begged while trying to pulverize the chicken meat that’s her mouth. Princess sluggishly got the phone for Angel.

“Who’s calling?” Angel asked.

“You’re holding the phone so ask your phone.” Princess riposted irritatingly.

“You this girl…” Angel sighed, she looked at the phone screen and it was an unregistered number that’s calling. She picked up the call after thinking for a while.

“Hello.” Angel began.

“Hello Angel!” The caller returned.

“Please who’s on the line?” Angel asked skeptically.

“You got to be kidding me, it’s me Dominic.” Dominic answered smiling.

“Dominic? Maybe wrong number.” Angel returned.

“We met at my father’s birthday party that was thrown at Banquet Hall recently, if I could vividly remember, you came with your father, Chief Chris.” Dominic elucidated.

“Oh Dominic, I’m sorry I didn’t save your number… how’re you?” Angel greeted.

“I’m fine and you?” Dominic asked.

“I’m good… but how do you get this number because I lost the other line recently?” Angel asked suspiciously.

“You don’t need to know how I get your number.” Dominic rebutted.

“Oh, that’s very silly of you, hmmm… I think we’ll talk later, I’m in the midst of something important.” Angel excused.

“Something important than my call?” Dominic asked.

“Oh no, I’m in the kitchen and I … I will call you later.” Angel lied and ended the call.

“Gosh! I miss this handsome dude?” Angel said rhetorically.

“I hope to see him soon.” Angel concluded.

“Sister, I heard you talking to one Dominic.” Princess voiced out.

“Yes, this Dominic of a guy is very handsome and cute; I met him recently at father’s friend birthday party that I attended together with father, immediately I saw him I fall in love with him. Amazingly, this dude asked me out on that very day, but you know I can’t just accept his proposal like that because I don’t want to look cheap and economical to him, so I told him I will think about it. Lately, I lost my sim card and I was unable to retrieve it, it was quite a surprise that he called me today into my new number.” Angel elucidated happily.

“Dominic? That name sounds familiar.” Princess voiced out.

“You got to be kidding me girl, you’ve never meet him not just for once, I myself met him at his father’s friend birthday party some months ago so I doubt you know him.” Angel replied smiling.

“Why do I have this feeling that I know this Dominic somewhere?” Princess murmured but Angel ignored her.

#PRINCESS_HALLUCINATION

‘Dominic she is bleeding and hemorrhaging, we have to leave now or never’ a masculine voiced uttered from behind directing his statement to Dominic during the rape incident.

“No!” Princess screamed loudly but angrily.

“Princess, what’s the problem?” Angel asked as she held her firmly.

“Sister, do you have any picture of this Dominic?” Princess asked puzzlingly.

“Yes, we snapped pictures together during the birthday party.” Angel paused.

“Hope you’re not crushing on my crush.” Angel teased but Princess ignored her boring joke.

“Sister, I’m serious.” Princess rebutted. Angel picked up her phone from the table, she unlocked the phone. In short, she displayed her picture with Dominic.

“Here he is.” Angel showed the picture to Princess.

“Oh no! I can’t believe this. No!” Princess sighed and screamed.

LOCATION: MR. MARTIN’S ALMOST COMPLETED BUILDING

Chief Chris opened his eyes gradually, everything seems dim and dusky at first, but everything became clear and bright immediately he saw Mr. Martins face.

“Welcome back to life.” Mr. Martins greeted.

“Life full of twinges and pains.” Henry added delightfully.

“Life full of betrayal and infidelity.” Daniel added mockingly.

“Life full of injustice and bias.” I concluded agreeably.

“Do you know anything about Princess’ rape incident?” Mr. Martins asked directing his question to puzzled Chief Chris.
