I stared at the clock restless and not being able to sleep and when i realized that it was just 12am i groaned loudly..

‘Do you need anything my lady??’..Mama Sheila asked and i winced a bit…

‘No i think I’m gonna use the toilet for aJust while’..i replied and ran into the bathroom to empty the contents of my belly…

‘It’s the pregnancy my lady,you are just in your first trimester’..She said..

‘First?? First Trimester and I feel like I’m carrying the whole world on my shoulders??’..i cried out and just shrugged…

‘I’ve got five boys my lady and trust me you’d get used to it’..She said..

‘Can i get something to make me feel better??Cause I feel indigested’..I asked..

‘Yeah I’ll go make a lemon shake for you I’m sure it would help’..she replied and left..

Mama Sheila just reminds me of Madam Pat..

‘It’s okay!!! Let it all out’..She said as I reeked into the toilet basin..

‘Pregnancy sucks’..I grumbled still feeling the urge to puke and she smiled..

‘Pregnancy doesn’t s--k my lady that’s how it always is’..She said..

‘Then why didn’t i feel anything in my last pregnancy?? I was pregnant before you know but I miscarried’..I asked and her face went sullen..

‘I’m sorry for your loss my queen but sometimes it’s like that,sometimes you don’t even feel anything until the second month’..She said..

‘But i don’t want to feel like this?!! My belly isn’t even growing and I feel like an idiot already and I’m vomiting like the whole world has turn their backs on me but who the hell am I kidding anyway!! I left my home and the next thing i may know the divorce papers would be sent to me!!’..I cried out muffling my breath against the pillows…

‘Everything is going to be okay my lady’..she whispered soothing my back…

‘No it’s not going to be okay!!! I just want to go home and forget about all this!!!’…

JAVIER’S POV❤️

‘We couldn’t find her in the Royal Ville or in Rithfold sire’..Elbert said and in anger I threw my glass across the wall..

Where on earth did she even go???..

Duke Viero won’t even reply to my calls or messages..

I guess he’s angry and I’m sure Elena is too…

I can’t even sleep because of her and it’s heavily taking a toll on me really really bad..

I rubbed my nose and walked into mother’s room and smiled seeing her sleep soundly…

‘Hey mother’..I whispered and grateful for the fact that she didn’t stir…

I don’t even know who to talk to and share my pain with anymore apart from her…

Even though she can’t compose and comprehend her words very well I know she’s listening —Deep inside…

‘Things are going haywire in the castle mother and i don’t know what to do anymore,I don’t know who to trust not even Calla and I’m so confused’..I said as i sat next to her and stroked her hair…

‘Elena??’..She murmured and I pursed my lips..

‘Elena isn’t here mother,she left because of my stupidity —Yeah I know it’s for better for worse but I couldn’t keep her to keep those promises mother,she’s right.I am no longer a good king cause a good king listens and I didn’t listen to you or listen to her either….I…I’m going to find Elena mother..I..I’m going to find her and tell her how sorry i am for hurting her really bad,I’m going to tell her that I love her more than anything and i would never hurt her ever again,I’m going to treat her more like a queen and listen to her,I’m going to trust her and I would never ignore her ever again’…I said with tears glistening in my eyes…

‘Br..br..bring her back??’..she replied in a stutter…

‘Yes mother,I’m going to bring her back as soon as I can find her’..i whispered and slept next to her…

I yawned loudly as I opened my eyes and realized that I’m…

Ohh I guess I slept here last night..

‘Good morning your highness,the queen would like to have her bath now’..Madam Pat said in a strained tone..

‘Ohhh really??’..i asked and she nodded with a wince.

I guess everyone is still sour from over Elena’s departure but not as sour as me…

I haven’t been able to sleep well without her laughter haunting my dreams…

I scratched the back of my head and came down and as soon as my leg reached the ground something crushed under my feet..

I moved my leg away and then felt another stab of guilt as soon as I saw what was crushed..

The baby rattle—The last thing Elena gave to me before all this drama…

‘What is this??’..i asked as she handed a wrapped box to me…

‘It’s a pre-father’s day gift’..she replied smiling and I opened the package only to see a cute blue baby rattle that had jingle bells inside of it…

‘But I’m not a father yet Elena’..I said with a smile on my face…

‘Yeah I know but you would be soon I’m sure of that and I know you’d be the best father in the whole universe and our Son—

‘Daughter’..I corrected and she rolled her eyes..

‘Our so—Our child would love you more than I do cause you’re the best man in the whole wide world’..She said linking her arms around my neck and turning around..

‘I’m really the best man??’..I asked…

‘Yeah you’re really the best man in the whole wide world,you have your flaws but I’m here aren’t i??’..

CALLA’S POV❤️

‘Ahhhhh!!!’..i screamed throwing another bottle of alcohol across the room..

‘The drink isn’t good for the baby my lady’..a maid muttered and I shot her a dirty glare..

‘Get out and get me another bottle’..i ordered and she ran away shrugging…

I hate this place!!..

I hate everything and most of all I hate that Elena…

Javier didn’t even glance at me twice even with all my preparations he didn’t even Care or look at me for even a minute!!..

‘They took everything your highness,they took our clothes,our money,our things!! They took everything!! I mean I just got one of those box TV things!!!’…Alan,the town’s spokesman cried out..

‘The council of doom’s men your highness,they’re back and they’re stronger’..He replied…

The whole kingdom is in uproar and in mayhem..

‘i feel like my whole body is in haywire!! I feel like a lump of nothing!!!’..I cried feeling the urge to puke again…

‘Please rest my lady it’s only for a few months’..She begged..

’Few months?? Few months you say?? I feel like i wanna die already and you’re saying it’s for only a few months??’…I retorted and she smiled..

‘Well I hope your favorite food is still steak and fried chicken salad??’..she asked..

‘Yeah sure cause all this vomiting is making me weak and famished’..I replied..

A minute later a plate of steaming hot salad was placed in front of me and as soon as she aroma wavered it’s way into my nose I puked right on it..

‘My lady are you okay??’..

‘No I am not okay I’m pregnant!!!’..

I dug my face into Elena’s favorite white shirt and inhaled the silky smell of her rose bud perfume…

It still has her scent..

It still has the scent gat lingered in my memory right from the first day i met her…

It still has her wonderful smell which always arouses me in bed…

I miss her so much and I wish I could see her and tell her I’m sorry…

‘Your Highness there’s a mad man causing trouble downstairs’..Elbert said and I groaned again..

What is it this time??..

‘I’ll be with you shortly’..I murmured and stuffed Elena’s shirt into the drawer…

The noises from down increased with every forwarding step I made and when I eventually saw who it was I gasped loudly…

‘Jonas?!! Jonas! You bastard what are you doing here?!!’..I screamed with a smile on my face and Elena’s ex frowned…

‘What else do you think I’m here for!! You’re keeping my mother and child here!!’..He screamed back..

‘What the hell are you saying?!!’..

‘I’m talking about Calla!! She’s pregnant for me!!’..
