‘Wh..Where am I??’..i asked as I opened my eyes softly only to see myself in a very large room and on a four post bed…

‘You’re in your room my lady’…Mama sheila replied as she placed a tray before me…

‘What happened??’..i asked..

‘You passed out my lady and although we at surprised we knew you would tell us the good news eventually’..She said and I frowned deeply…

‘What good news??’..

‘You’re pregnant my lady!! You’re pregnant!!’..She replied excitedly and i jerked up from my pillows..

‘I…I’m pregnant?? I’m with child??’..i asked again and she nodded..

Oh my God I’m pregnant again..

I’m really pregnant again…

After the miscarriage i thought I would never carry a child ever again but here I am pregnant…

But…

But..

What’s the use of being happy when I can’t share the news???..

Javier doesn’t obviously care about me anymore if he really did he would’ve come for me…

But he didn’t..

He let me leave without even making an effort..

I really didn’t want to go..

I really wanted him to call me back but he didn’t…

‘My lady are you crying??’..Mama Sheila asked bringing me back from my reverie…

‘Crying?? Ohh no I’m not crying it’s just something that entered my eyes’..i quickly lied..

‘I know there’s a lot going on and you wouldn’t want any questioning but I’ve just got to ask—Should the king be informed about your pregnancy??’..She asked…

‘No’..i blatantly refused..

‘No?? My queen you’re bearing the heir to the throne and you don’t want the king to know??’..She asked again..

‘My decision is made,no maid or guard or anyone should know about my pregnancy’..

‘Okay my lady do you need anything else??’..She asked..

‘No thanks,just lock the door and don’t come back until tomorrow morning’..I replied and she nodded as she left..

I touched my belly and closed my eyes as tears went down immediately..

It’s just so hard without each other..

If he was here he would have kissed me senselessly and carried me all about..

He would have treated me like an egg..

But unfortunately I’m going to be alone from now on…

‘What’s the status quo??’..I asked Evan,my new royal assistant..

‘Sorry if I may ask your highness,did you sleep well last night?’..He replied and I frowned..

‘No I didn’t why do you ask??’..

‘Sorry but you don’t look good your highness’..He said…

‘Shut up Evan and go get me a cup of tea!!’..I snapped and he left…

I can’t deny the fact that he’s right..

Ever since Elena left I have been so restless…

I couldn’t even sleep last night without her warm body next to and when i eventually shut my eyes pictures of her crying just flashed through my head…

‘Your highness the queen wants to see you’..A maid said from outside and I frowned,..

‘What does she want??’..

‘She wants the queen’..

‘Well get her the queen!!!’..

‘The queen isn’t here your highness’..

‘Okay fine I’m coming!!’..I yelled and she left.

I rubbed my itching eyes and walked down the hallway towards mother’s room but then i saw someone really fast run past the courtyard…

‘Lena?? Lena??’…Mom muttered as I opened the door and I sighed walking out immediately…

Things are just so hard without each other…

I can’t still can’t believe it myself that she’s gone and never coming back…

I just can’t believe it…

I just let my anger get the better of me and now I’ve lost everything…

My mother is paralyzed..

My friend has a bad reputation which I’m trying to save..

I still don’t know what the council of doom wants from me and what they’re planning on doing..

And to crown it all I’ve lost my wife…

Could things get any worse??..

ELENA’S POV❤️

?:Hey dad’..I murmured over the bacon and eggs prepared for…

Luckily there was a phone in my father’s study and that’s what I used in calling him…

?:Hey sweetheart,mama sheila told me what happened so should I send the US army to capture him??’..Dad replied and I chuckled softly..

?:That won’t be necessary dad and besides I’m okay’..

?:No one hurts Duke Viero’s daughter’..He scowled..

?:You were the one who bundled me here remember??’.i scowled back and he sighed deeply..

?:I wish i could be there for you sweetheart I really wish I could but not to worry anyway in two weeks time I’ll be sending a private jet to pick you up’..He said and as soon as I heard the word private jet i gasped..

?:So..so you mean I’m coming back to New York??’..i asked..

?:Yes Elena,there’s nothing else left for you there and until Javier acts like a man you’re coming home’..He replied and my face went sour..

New York??..

I’m going back to New York??..

I mean it’s been so long that i don’t even know how I should be prepared going back to New York…

?:Elena are you there??’..

?:Yeah..yeah Dad I’m here,uhmmm okay I’ll be waiting for the plane,bye’..i stuttered in reply and disconnected the call..

So this is real??.

I’m leaving Northridge in two weeks??…

I’m never going to see Javier’s face again??..

I’m never going to hear his terrible jokes and make love with him until we both get tired??..

I’m never going to love him again??…

CALLA’S POV❤️

I changed into a black negligee that showed my curves and lush nipples through the fabric,brushed my hair which was dangling on my waist and applied a bit of mascara to my lashes…

‘Perfect’..I said happy at my reflection on the mirror…

I sprayed a little dose of perfume on my neck..

‘The King is in his room my lady’..One of the maids said and i nodded..

‘Good,now get me a bottle of champagne with two glasses’…I ordered..

‘Yes my lady’..she murmured and walked out…

Watch as another woman takes your man Elena..

It’s such a pity you aren’t here to see me sleep with your husband and take over as the new queen right in your presence…

JAVIER’S POV❤️

I stared at the picture of Elena and I of when we went to the county fair and seeing her smiles I just sighed deeply…

‘You’re such a Grinch sometimes just lick it!!’..She urged raising the ice cream to my lips..

‘A kiss for the ice cream?? It’s trade by barter honey’..I replied and she fluttered her lashes..

‘Okay fine then’..She said and without licking the ice cream i covered her lips with mine kissing her very hard on the mouth…

‘Hey no fair!!’..She protested but with a smile on her face and I kissed the ice cream on her lips away..

Now I know the value of what I had now that she’s gone…

‘Javier?’..i heard and when I turned around Calla was standing in front of me wearing a black negligee…

The same negligee Elena used to wear…

‘Calla what are you doing??’..i asked and she walked forward…

‘I want you Javier,my body needs you,my soul needs you’..She said huskily and even though her body was a little bit revealing it didn’t stir me one bit…

‘Calla please leave my room,don’t do this’..I murmured and instead she reached for the buttons of my shirt..

‘Calla..Calla…Calla please st..stop..Calla stop this what’s wrong with you?!!’…I yelled and pushed her across the room..

‘Javier??’..

‘Calla please just stop!!! You’re not Elena so please just leave!!’..
