“Baba, who is the famous herbalist in this town kicked the bucket yesterday” The boy said shaking his head in sorrow.

“What!!! Egbami,(Save me), temi bami (I am doomed) You said what happened?” Clara asked screaming.

“I hope it is only your eyes that is having problem not your ears madame, the boy says the herbalist whom you seek is dead, or why the shouting that would draw people here now” The young man asked her.

“Ahh, I have finally used my hands to destroy my life, I was warned o, I was warned o, see me now, because of my own greed, I wanted to kill my own friend and take her husband, ahhh” Clara shouted and rolling on the ground.

“You don’t mean it,so you are the cause of your own problem, wow, that is nice, you are such a bad person, can you hear yourself, you want to snatch the husband of your friend and kill her, you have the beautiful face but a wicked and callous heart, so you carried the sacrifice to kill your friend, ahh, what a world, so there is no one to be trusted, even the person we call our friend is the one behind the problem most of us are facing in life, tueh” The young man felt irritated by what Clara said and threw her hands away.

“Ahh, thank God that the herbalist you seek is dead also, wicked beings, so if he were to be alive, who knows whether you would have transferred your blindness to me, who knows, Ika eniyan (Wicked person) please shift” The man holding her hands put her aside and went away without looking back.

“Ahh, uncle, please, I promise not to do that, please assist me, help, ehh, ahhh” Clara shouted as she could no longer see the young man. She fell down when she hit her feet on a huge stone which made her to crash heavily making her to sustain some injuries

“See where I ended up my life now” Clara lamented as she struggles to get up and looking for any passerby that would assist her to get to her house.
