Olamilekan did not bother as he continued eating from the food, he stopped after sometimes and looked at Kemisola who was shedding tears.

“You are only causing heart break for yourself dear, did I tell you I will not eat from your food, when am through with that of mama, I will taste out of yours also.s After all, it is the remaining rice from our wedding you warmed for me to eat” Olamilekan said to her.

“Olamilekan, in your mouth, you can actually say that to me, so you now value her food to mine, ohh,” Kemisola said to him in anger.

“Pele (sorry) good wife, you better go and find something doing or eat your food yourself, see her, she can’t prepare fresh food for my son, she is bring yesterday’s food, iranu (nonsense) if you don’t leave my sight now, I will spit at you, Oniyamayama(stupid fellow)” Iya Labake said to her and hissed.

Kemisola could not believe her ears, what has gotten over her husband, even if Olamilekan was a baby husband , at least he should respect me his wife, why would he be treating me like am sort of a maid in the house. God this is not the Olamilekan I asked for. What caused all this changes in him. He was caring and treats me like a queen but now he is turning to another thing entirely. Just two days in the house now, I had not have peace of mind. Jesus!! Come to my aid o, what kind of mother-in-law is this now, haha, at least she is having her own daughter, is she suffering the same fate as mine, NO, so why is she now tormenting my life, ehnn, God!!, and I prayed o” Kemisola soliloquy and wept in her bedroom. She dropped the food on the kitchen Cabinet and could not eat throughout that day as her head was boiling.

“Babe, I don’t know why my mother-in-Law is treating me like this o” Kemisola said to Clara and Kate.

” What is happening to you, speak up, girl” Clara said to her.

“Am not enjoying my marriage o” She replied.

Clara wanted to smile but she had to control it. She looked at Kate who stylishly take her eye away.

“How come you don’t enjoy your marriage, just two days, which aspect of it, my dear” Clara asked her.

“You see my mother-in-Law is a pain in the ass, she is making thing look uncomfortable for me, do you know that she cooks for my husband, she even wanted t watch us having affairs together, like she drew a time table for us because she said she cannot allow me to kill her son for her” Kemisola said weeping.

“Ahh, ahh, who does that, so what did you now do, I thought you said you know how to manage the situation now, if I can remember you told me, yours will be better than mine, ‘Itooor’ (shading her) so why are you now uncomfortable” Clara mocked her.

“Please, am sorry for all I said that day, please help me out” Kemisola begged her two friends.

” you see, if I were to be you, I will give it hot hot to the woman, I will make her feel the heat from me that she would pack her bags and run away from the house” Clara advised her.

“Really, you know am a Christian now, I can’t do that” Kemisola replied.

“Ohz sorry o, mother of Jesus, so it is we that are unbelievers, if you know that you are not ready to listen to my advise let me shut up o before you start abusing me again o” Clara said to her.

“Don’t be annoyed” She apologised shaking her head.

” Good, you see if she tries that again with you, push her and let her know that you are not a foolish person even though you are Christian. Christainity is not stupidity o, abi what do you think about it” She said facing Kate.
