Words failed Kemisola as she could not utter a sentence, she knew she was already in a battle and it must be fought or she perish in the battle. After some minutes of silences, she rushed back into the bedroom but when she got there she met her husband still sleeping.

She hissed noisily and shift him to the other side as he had taken control of the bed by spreading his leg. She wanted to force herslef to sleep but it was not possible, she could not find the sleep as she had to wake her husband up.

“Dear, wake up” she tapped him but he was still changing position on the bed. Still she tapped him vigorously this time.

“Babe, what is it, this is just 1am and you are stressing me, you know how stressed out we are after the wedding, huh” he said adjusting to sit up on the bed.

“I can’t sleep babe, my head is burning, it is like it want to rip off, I don’t understand what is happening in this house again” She said to him trying to control the tears gathered in her eyes.

“Don’t give yourself unnecessary stress, I understand that you are pained by what happened yesterday night but after all, she left us alone, you see mama can be doing somehow sometimes but you just have to be patient with her, within two weeks now, she will be going back to her house, just relax dear. Get some sleep so that we can have time for each other tomorrow” Olamilekan said to her rubbing her hands with a little smile while Kemisola took her hands away from him and hissed facing the other side of the bed.

“Are you now backing me because of what happened, atleast I have apologised, dear face me now,this backing will not solve the problem” He said adjusting himself towards her.
