The next day came swifty than I expected. I was very overjoyed that it was dawn.

The cool breeze woke me up because I slept with my bear chest.

Only God knows how I suffered before sleeping that night.Unlike me,that guy of a drunkard slept like a hare that night.

His name was Mike.I only got to know his name when we were asked to write our statements the previous night.

As I got up shivering at about five that dawn,Mike was snoring like a day old baby whose mother had fed him with enough breast milk.

We slept in opposite cells where we could see each other.I felt like throwing something at him but he was Lucky I had nothing beside me.

He was such a disgraceful human being snoring like a toddler that dawn.His snores got irritating pushing me to shout his name several times before he finally stopped for a while.

I began thinking of Kelvin and prayed several times to God to spare his life which could worsen Mike and l’s problems.That could complicate the whole issue sending us straight to Hell.

As I begun thinking of all that had happened,I learnt that sometimes one should be more patient to restrain from the devil’s plans ahead which are unseen.

As the saying goes,the future is unknown.So we sometimes have to ignore some character traits from others just to desist from trouble.

As I was thinking, one of the policemen on duty came calling me that I had a visitor who was no other person like my lawyer,Mr.Anthony.

I hired him when I was performing one of my dubious dirty games tricking people for their money.

Mr. Anthony was the lawyer who helped me escape one thriving court case which involved millions of Ghanaian cedis.

As the police warden opened the door,I begun to think about what to say and how to summarize everything to him.

Mike begun snoring in his cell that moment when the warden walked to my cell to open the cell gate.

The warden shouted on him sending thrills through his spine,making him to jump up high.

The way he jumped up high into space in an almost abrupt manner made the warden turn suddenly to look at my face.

The way he looked at my face with a smiling face made me burst into laughter and he joined in.Mike became very furious and he started to complain bitterly……
