I was on expensive native wears, and was ushered to the high table. Karasco’s body guards and mine were everywhere in, and around the compound.

I didn’t want Grandpa to noticed me so I decided to change a seat. I was with Ada at the last seat when karasco came with Amara and sat with us.

” Guy ,is that not your grandpa over there ? You haven’t greeted him” karasco asked in amazement.

” I know . I just want to surprise him . Cause he haven’t noticed me yet ” I replied .

We were gisting when the M.C started calling names of those that made a pleadge . Just then my phone started ringing , It was grandpa so I didn’t pick. He gave me ten missed calls which I all ignored .

From where I was seated i saw him angry, he was confused and frustrated . Just then my phone rang. This time it was a new number . I looked at it and ignored it .

” Why haven’t you been picking your calls” Ada asked.

” I wonder oooh . His grandpa has been calling him since but he didn’t pick . I don’t know his reasons” karasco added.

“Darling you have to pick up it might be important . Ada advised.

I was contemplating to pick or not when Amara immediately slide my phone to received call .

” I have received it say something ” Amara a spoke.

” Hello chief Daniel online”

” Chief Daniel from my feet. I called you with my line you refused to pick and I called you with another line you pick. What are you trying to say ? So you intentionally ignored my call right ? Anyways I don’t have time for that now . Today is the bridge contribution and you are no were to be found . I have told you to come and tell the igwe the truth that you have no money but you wouldn’t listen . Now you have put me in big trouble. I swear to my father’s grave Daniel if you don’t show up don’t ever in your useless life call me grandpa or show yourself around my house ” grandpa sparked like a wild fire , ending the Call ..

” Is everything alright Daniel? I don’t like your sudden mood” Ada asked , romancing my laps .

” He is fine . Am sure his grandpa must have been madly mad at him that’s why he is wearing a sad face ” karasco replied.

Just then the MC called grandpa forward, I noticed he was looking around searching for me .

” Mazi okeke,” your son is one of the richest men we have in this village and we will forever appreciate his little contribution to the bridge construction. So therefore announce to us how much your son has given us ” the igwe asked .

A microphone was given to Grandpa and he stood up looking around speechless.

“Daniel dont disgrace your grandpa get up and show yourself ” Ada spoke with anger .

I walked up to where grandpa was and collected the microphone from him. He was amazed seeing me on expensive wears and body guard around me .

” My name is Daniel Patrick. Am sure everyone in this village knows who I am . I have been living a low life making money . I am contributing to the village bridge with the Total sum of ten million naira” I spoke with courage, dropping the microphone .as the whole villagers started chatting my name .

I brought out money and sprayed around like a politician.

Grandpa was speechless as he kept looking at me in astonishment. Karasco came forward and gave the village elders ten million naira as well .

After the meeting I looked round but couldn’t find grandpa.

” I can’t find grandpa. Where is he? ” I asked karasco.

” He must have gone home let’s go so we could see grandma as well .” Karasco spoke, as we both drove home .

We landed at Grandpa’s house, he was outside with Grandma as they both looked at us in amazement.

” Good afternoon ” we all greeted .

“Who are this young ladies with you guys? Grandma asked .

” Oh, sorry mama, this is Ada and this is Amara they are with us ” I replied.

” You can all go inside but Daniel stay back I want to talk to you ” grandpa spoke .

Karasco, Ada and Amara walked inside and I began to wonder what grandpa has to say .

” The why you both sprayed money on the air got me scared . You people are spraying money asif is nothing ” grandpa spoke in amazement.

” Grandpa you have nothing to worry about . I have made that money you have been praying I make . I am now a big boy that can buy the whole village . My oil and gas business is working for me ” I replied him wearing a smiling face .

” But my spirit is telling me something. How do you suddenly make this money over night? He asked .

Just then the queen mother appeared pointing her staffs at me . ” If you talk you die ” she spoke and disappeared .

” Why you mute Daniel” grandpa asked .

” Oh, just thought of something. I will tell you everything when next i visit . I will be leaving to the city first thing tomorrow morning i have business to catch up with ” I replied,and left him with Grandma.

The next morning I transferred 20 million naira to Grandpa’s account and ten million to grandma’s account leaving behind a Benz for grandma and a Toyota spider grandpa has been dreaming to ride ..

“Hmmm, Daniel this money is too much ” Grandpa spoke in amazement.

” Nothing is much for you papa . When I get to the city I will send you some money so that you will demolish this house and build a Mansion. ”

” Dont forget to feel free to visit the village whenever you are ready to talk to your grandpa ”

We left the village and landed in the city . I was with Ada inside my hot ride kissing and holding her very tight.

” Sweetheart, I don’t think I will be sleeping in that my house alone anymore . I think I will move in with you in your own Mansion . I want us to both stay together just as Amara stays with karasco your friend in his own house ” she spoke in a romantic voice.

I thought for a while and agreed to her request . We got to my house and i wave a farewell to karasco as he drove pass to his house.

I went inside and decided to take a shower. I was taking my shower when Ada walked in to the bathroom .

” Baby let me bath you myself” she spoke in a seductive voice , as she undressed herself and joined me .

My heart was beating as she placed my hands on her sexy curve. My joint stick stood firm for action.

” You are hard Daniel. Don’t tell me you have never taking a shower with a lady before ?” She asked ,as she rushed my lips to hers.

We kept kissing, just then she grabbed my joint stick about to slot it in to her wet p---y when I pushed her aside.

” What is it Daniel? I want you deep inside me . Make Love to me since you said you love me. Why are you rejecting me?” She asked

” Am not just ready to ride you baby . Not now please ” I replied .

Angrily she hurriedly took her bath and left the bathroom . ” You don’t really know what am avoiding . I really want to ride you very hard, but I can’t for now ” I shouted to her hearing.

The next day I decided to visit karasco at his house . I knocked on the door when Amara opened the door and saw me she hugged me tight.

” What is wrong with you Amara ? You really have to stop what you are doing . Because by the time karasco find out he will be mad at both of us and you know it. So please hold your peace ” I spoke wrathfully.

I was talking to her when karasco walked in, ” what is the problem ? Why you de look my woman like that ? He asked in amazement.

” Haaaah, abeg ooh I was only asking her about you ” I replied with fear as Amara rushed upstairs.

Karasco gazed at me for some minutes and said ; ” Daniel , I don’t really understand you and Amara , the way she like calling your name is getting me scared. And I also discovered that she love hanging around you when ever you are here . So please tell me, is there anything going on between you and Amara ? ” Karasco asked in a soft voice .

At that point, my heart began to beat faster . ” Should I tell him that Amara has be seducing me? Should I tell him I got drunk and slept with Amara ? ” I thought to myself.

“Am asking you Daniel” karasco sparked.

I looked at him and replied.

“I have nothing to do with your Amara. And if you are suspecting anything between Amara and I, please stop cause her friend is my wife to be ”

” Am sorry for having a bad thought in my mind . Anyways tonight is our meeting which and sure the queen mother has informed you . It will be the day you will make more money after sacrificing the lady you have slept ” karasco added.

” I am aware. But I don’t think I will be attending the meeting . I don’t want to sacrifice anymore , I can’t kill an innocent girl all in the name of money anymore ” I replied.

” Hahaha” karasco laughed.

“See person . You must attend ooh , na the day the queen mother need your sacrifice , if you refused to go she might kill you. Come to think of it , who is this girl that you have slept with that you don’t want to sacrifice? Karasco asked .

I smiled and nodded my head the negative way ” don’t worry karasco I will handle it ” I replied.

” That reminds me , I have sent 20 million naira to Amaka’s family and I also gave our landlord 5 million to rebuild his house”

” Are you mad? . Don’t you know the rules ? You are not to help out any how . You are putting yourself in big mess . The queen mother might end up demanding the life of your grandparents or even Ada’s life or yours . You dont follow the rules why? You are putting your life and the life of your family at risk not mine ” Karasco sparked and walked out from me wrathfully .

I went home that evening refusing to attend the meeting . Around 1 am I was on bed with Ada when I received a hot Koboko on my back , I jumped up from the bed like a madman and landed a slap at Ada’s face .

” What is it ? Why did you slap me ? Ada asked .

” You are asking me why I slapped you ? Why would you flog me that bad ? I sparked wrathfully. I was shouting at her when I received another lash on my back .

I ran out from the bedroom downstairs but the koboko kept on whipping me .

” Please don’t kill me Queen mother , I will sacrifice her am sorry ” I kept running round the house .

” What is going on with you Daniel? Who do you want to sacrifice?” Ada asked .

I ran to the compound with fear ” am sorry please Queen mother , am sorry, please stop, please queen mother ,” I pleaded with tears .

Just then amaka appeared.

” It’s not your useless queen mother . You killed me to enrich yourself , for that you must die ”

” Haaaa, am dead , what do you want from me ? Please don’t kill me ” I clamored.

” I give you three days if you don’t confess I will kill you ” she spoke in tears and disappeared.
