Thank God Tola and precious has gone out……

I can’t imagine myself going to melvins room in their presence…. I said to myself…

I was a bit relieved, at least no one will see me entering melvin’s room….

I hope melvin knows he is taking a big risk and putting me in danger, we all know nkechi is the only one assigned to take care of his room, it won’t be funny if someone sees me going to his room …

Where is mama femi… I asked myself..

I know she must still be mad at me, but I seriously need to tell her melvin called for me… But she is no where to be found…

I was scared of going to his room, I know seeing him was all I desired, even though am trying to avoid him, but my greatest fear now his someone seeing me entering his room….

I took the courage and left the kitchen…

On hearing that I quickly raised my head and our eyes met…

Me: Me? How sir?.. I asked….

Melvin: Common, stop pretending… With seriousness in his tone….

Me: I was scared at the way melvin shouted… But I just can’t let my guard down… I don’t know sir… I said

Melvin: Yes you do keji,… He got up from the bed and move closer to me…keji you do understand me….

This time around I had to bow my head, I was scared to look at his face ….. He placed his both hands on my shoulder….

Melvin: Keji why have you been avoiding me ever since we had the kiss… Fine I know what I did was wrong and I understand how you do feel, but avoiding me is not the best keji…

I just kept mute… I wasn’t like I didn’t know where all his dramatic display was heading to, but I don’t just know how to play along with

the whole matter….

I couldn’t say anything I just stood there like a baby…. Head bowed….

Melvin: Common keji, say something, look at me and stop bowing your head… He gently raised my head up with a sigh of relieve. .

At first I don’t know if I should brush his hands off my face and shoulder, but I just felt I needed that feeling at that time…I was lost again… I could feel his breath close to my nose, his breath was so soft and fresh… I felt it closer… Wait.. It is getting closer than I thought, Another kiss?? No way!!

I quickly disconnected the feeling and disengaged my face from his….

Me: Am sorry sir… But we shouldn’t be doing this….

Disappointment was written all over his face, but I don’t care the time, I just don’t want to look cheap again….

Melvin: It’s okay… Trying to catch his breath…. I understand you….

He turned his back on me… I guess he was feeling bad and disappointed,…

I just stood there like a dull not knowing what to do, and my conscience won’t let me be.. Hope have not over reacted?

Did I do the right thing? What if he is mad at me?… Eh this one that he turned his back on me I really hope am not loosing him…. Thousand questions kept running through my mind..

His back was still turned at me… Or should I apologize and give him the go ahead?… Oh no keji, that’s a foolish thing to do…. I was still deep in my thought when I heard him called my name…

Melvin: Keji,…. His back still turned at me…

Me: Trying to catch my voice…. Yes si-r.

He finally turned to face me….

Melvin: Keji, am moving out tomorrow….

Me: But sir …. I thought you were supposed to leave next week… I asked..
