“So why the silence..you have never been so silent towards me..baby have i done something wrong?”

“No dear”

“Then why did you look amazed seeing me..even when i hugged you..you never responded back”

“I was just tired..that’s all”

“Or do you want our wedding in Paris?..do you want a car right now? Or what do you need?”

“Baby i need nothing..i just need rest”

He paused for a moment still keeping his eyes on the road then he continued

“Okay.. Let’s have dinner here”

“Okay”

He parked into the compound and we got down..we were in already settled down to order

“Hello waitress please come” the waitress came with a big smile on her face

“Yes sir”

“I need a bottle of Moet with a freshly fried chicken”

“Yes sir”

“Princess what do you need?”

“Just get me ice cream”

“That’s all ma?”

“Yes dear” the waitress left

“So tell me how was Carolina today”

“Baby she wasn’t at work today i was meant to cover up her shift”

“Really?”

“Ye-s” just then the memory of my sister flashed back

“Shit!!..i haven’t seen her today..and i promised”

“Who??.. Who haven’t you seen?”

Just then i was snapped back

“No one..still thinking i am at work”

“Pheew thought something bad happened”

Deep down something bad happened but i was too scared to let Stephen know..it will really break his heart

“No dear..it’s fine”

Then the waitress came back with the order..we ate and talked..i asked questions to know more about Juan and himself.. He never suspected anything

Just an hour later, i started showing signs of interest towards him..i was already in love..forgetting i haven’t seen my sister today

“It’s getting late..let me drive you home”

“Okay okay”

“Talkative chaii” i laughed while placing my head on his shoulder and him holding my tiny waist

We got into the car and he drove straight to my house, he pecked me on my cheeks then i came down and headed into my compound and he drove off

“Could it be am in love?” I bit my lips and imagined holding him again
