LAGOS- A lady known as Emilia
Eze who works as a broadcaster
in Wazobia fm allegedly
murdered her husband by shooting him,the murder took
place during their honeymoon
celebration at Jowell Bar
Beach,Victoria Island.

The lady
is presently in police custody at the state police branch,Lekki phase 1. But the suspect had
however refused to confess. No
day have been fixed for the
court hearing yet.

Emilia’s eyes bulged out as she
saw her name in the newspaper, she almost
collapsed,this report was
showing it was no longer a
family case but a national case.

She knew without doubt that
the cruel Barrister was at it. She cried weeping for the death of her husband.

The warden who was waiting for her to finish reading the
newspaper,noticed her
behaviour and started asking her funny questions.

Warden: Why you dey cry
na,you dey miss your people?

Emilia: (crying): Yes but that’s
not only the problem. My
husband is dead and everybody now thinks i killed him.

That’s why Ezinne was calling me now.

Warden: Eya! Sorry but you
sure say no be you kill am.

Emilia: I didn’t kill my husband
for God’s Sake.

Warden: Okay oh,But as i’m
seeing this thing,it’s a big case
oh and i dey advice you make
you run commot from this cell.

Emilia: Haba! (Looking at him
with a puzzled expression on her face) How?

Warden: Simple,first you would
agree to marry me. You be
correct babe oh. We go plan
together run commot from this
country,go another country like Benin Republic or Togo. I don tire for this warden job,we
would go and live our life in
either of those countries
together as husband and wife.

Emilia: Are you crazy or what? So you are planning to marry
me,you are the biggest fool in
this world (She sighed angrily)

you kill your husband. (He
dragged his newspaper and left,
making Emilia sad).
