Just before they arrived Shagamu they came unto another check point as always Lawrence talked his way thru flashing their forged way bill and car documents but then again all the policemen wanted were greens which they got.

They packed at shagamu, killed sometime offloading the cars. By now it was getting to afternoon so they deliberated on weather to continue on or spend sometime. Lawrence was in a hurry to get to Benin so they drove fast towards Benin thru Okada.

Their entourage had shortened by now to just 13 posh cars from 25. Two of the cars didnt make the rendezvous point in lagos. 3 of the 7 that were shot up and down by the police outside Badagry were still under repairs. 7 of the 20 had already been delivered to their owners in lagos.

Fast track thru Okada to Benin. The journey was uneventful till they arrived Benin.

They drove into Benin in style. By now Lawrence had left the wheels to Chido. Chido loved how the sport car glided nor literally flew down the road as if gliding on air.

They drove across Benin central city and just on the outskirts packed the cars infront of a large hotel. They waited there while Lawrence made a long fone call.

After his call he informed them that they were to check into the hotel and wait for their contacts.
Chido, Ben and about 4 other guys checked into the hotel.

.The other guys had a brief fast conversation with Lawrence who told em he would meet em in Abuja as they drove away with 6 cars leaving 7 behind.

Lawrence checked in with Chido, Ben and the other guys as the long wait for the client began.
They were gisting as they had just finished dinner of grilled turkey, fried rice and salad with spring onions, country popatoes with Joghurt dressing together with a marching bottle of dry red wine when Lawrence walked in to tell em their client wanted to see em.
