Brace urself cos u are now partly in the mouth of fire. It can only get better than worse. U don’t have any choice but to pull this job correctly. If u do pull thru correctly then u will be a made strongman. If u falter and don’t pull thru or a 4k up happens on ur part. I don’t have to tell u what will happpen”.

Chido looks him in the face and asked him “what would happen?”

It all suddenly made sense to Chido. The trip to Ghana, the tests they had put him under to see if he had it or if he would break.

He felt his heart sink as Ben had told him “then u are a deadman walking cos I will have to put a bullet thru ur head”.

Ben still watched him smiling that his malovalent smile.

Chido knew Ben meant every word, he thought of Grace as a sad smile played on his face.

Ben on seeing the smile on Chido’s face smiled back and said “its something I won’t want to have to do cos I’ve gotten to like u but will still have to do if I have to, that is if u mess up”.

Chido replied him “then u just have to make sure I don’t mess up”.
