Abraham cleared his throat ‘so now, you are trying to tell me that there was a guard on duty, and….’

‘the guard on duty was killed sir’ the manager replied.
‘WHAT??’ Both Tommy, Peter and Abraham chorused exchanging glances.
‘Holy Jesus! The devil is seriously at work here, temptations everywhere. Oh devil, wherever you are, i bind you in the name that is above every other name, it is said that whatever is bound on earth is bound in heaven, there i declare, any satanic manipulations programmed at attacking this company, shall be destroyed right now, open your mouths and pray’
When he said that, he expected the people in the room to start praying but instead they glared at him as if he was someone who had fallen from a different planet.
‘and why arent you guys praying?’ he asked.

‘because this is not the time to pray’ Abraham said standing up ‘we have a serious issue at hand and you are telling us to pray? Pray at this time? Is this a time to pray or to think? Our warehouse has just been bombed and the only thing you can think of is to pray. When we are supposed to sit and put our heads together, so we can not only think of how to recover our losses but to also catch the culprit, you are telling us to pray, that it is satanic, what is satanic? Is it the devil that bombed our warehouse, please keep your christianity to yourself, keep your satanic manipulations to yourself. Sit and lets have a talk as responsible men, not prayer warriors!’

‘pray without season…….’
‘uncle Tommy,’ Peter interjected ‘dad is right. We can pray later, lets sit down and talk first. Prayer can always wait’
Anderson spoke in tongues ‘i command every spirit of nonchalancy residing in your body to bow down to the name that is above every other name. I will not sit down and talk when i have not yet praised my God. It is written that in every situation, we should give God praise, if you think that you can fight this physical battle alone, then so be it, as for me, i have to speak to the prayer warriors in my church. First it was Peter and Ciara getting attacked, secondly its my second daughter, then Sampson and his family, now the bombing of our warehouse, shouldnt all this warn you guys that there’s a spiritual battle ahead of us that we need to fight? I’m not saying that we should buy weapons, we have free weapons, all we need…….’
‘eh, Tommy. Its okay, we understand, you dont need to press further. In all situations, give God praise but praying now is equally madness. I understand that we have to pray but that can wait, please. The situation at hand is tasking and fustrating at the same time. We have to put our heads together and come up with a solution’ Abraham said as calmly as he could hoping his friend would just change his mind.

‘if we should put our heads together and give God praise, if we can just do that, then our God will give us all the solution we need’
At this, Abraham could not hold it anymore, he stood up banging his hand on the table ‘i refuse to be subjected to such foolishness. Who is God? Where was this your God when they were bombing our warehouse? Cant you listen to yourself?? Praising God right now is just like praising the culprit for bombing our warehouse. I repeat, i refuse to be subjected to such foolishness, period!’
With that, he stormed out of the room.
