I opened the message and the content left me gasping for air; after everything i did for you, giving my body to you willingly and given you my heart, all you have to repay me with was to leave me for another girl after just a week. I don’t actually blame you but i will be your greatest nightmare, you will regret ever knowing me

I thought of what to do but nothing was quite coming except calling to apologise to her but i don’t know if she will even answer my call. I dialled her number but she refused to answer on several occasions but i decided not to relent. She finally answered after my endless disturbance

EVELYN: why have you been disturbing my peace **she shouted**

ME: you couldn’t even wait to hear me out before coming to conclusion

EVELYN: hear you out? I think that you are lucky that i am not speaking with you face to face

ME: so you are still threatening me?

EVELYN: threatening you? I don’t make a threat; i am only telling you what i will do to you so that you be prepared to face me

ME: you know that you will not go free if anything happen to me

EVELYN: you? ** gave out a wicked laugh** you think that your father will do me anything? He never love you and i am sure that he will even reward me after he finds out that i dealt with you

Her statement was true but it pained me to be hearing that from her mouth after i entrusted all my secret to her. I was very angry that i began to think on releasing her nude pictures but decided against it, they will be another way out

ME: i entrusted my secrets to you because of the trust i have for you. I don’t know that you will turn back to use it against me

EVELYN: and that was your greatest regret. I will make sure that you suffer social humiliation before i start ditching my lesson to you

ME: **frightened** will you please ask me for explanation on this matter?

EVELYN: oh! Really? I am all ears

ME: i didn’t know anybody called Janet

EVELYN: now you think that i am a fool. Do you think that i don’t know that you live very closer to her? Or that they are family friends with your family? Tell me

ME: i don’t know her Eve, believe me

EVELYN: what are you talking about?

ME: i knew that we are family friends but i have never met her. I only visited her parent once since i arrived home but she was not around, she was still at school with her twin sister

EVELYN: you said that you never met her and you know that she was not around when you visited, you know that she was at school and you also know that she was a twin?

ME: you are taking this too far. I told you that i visited them; don’t you imagine that their parent will definitely talk about them?

EVELYN: then where does she get the pictures from?

ME: i don’t know, i don’t really know. Maybe she saved it from my face book page; you were even the one that uploaded the pictures

EVELYN: **silent**

I think that my lies have saved me once more but how long will it last before everything will expose? Since she was the one that edited and uploaded the picture, there was no way she could think that i was lying.

ME: i promised that i will never have any other girl except you but you couldn’t trust me. What if any girl Photoshop me kissing her, that means that you will just finish my life instantly

EVELYN: i am sorry Ben. I was over angry when i saw the picture during the period that you failed to call me

ME: because i didn’t call you, you think i have forgotten you. Do you know how i feel without you? I decided not to call since yesterday because i always became sad after talking to you because i am missing you very badly only for you to think otherwise, threatening me

EVELYN: i am very sorry

ME: no, you are not. You are serious when you were threatening me. You can go on and carryout your threats or rather, warnings as you termed it but rest assured that i never did anything against you **i angrily hung the call**

She called several time but i refused to answer her. I couldn’t imagine that Evelyn of all people will have the guts to threaten me and even use the secret i revealed to her against me. I think i have learnt i very great lesson in the hard way; there was no way i was going to open up anything about myself to anybody no matter what and i am not going to trust anybody. Thank God that i have her nude pictures in my system; she tries anything funny with me, i will not have a second thought before releasing all the nasty pictures
