Using both women as my eyes didn’t feel morally right but I had to do what was necessary just to quench the fears I might have of the hunter. He feels closer to Claudia probably because they were together all through their struggles to get here but still she has been unable to give me anything meaningful. She was always complaining about this mask he puts on whenever he was with anyone. She was right in what she said but he acts the way towards me whenever he is with me. I needed to use some other way to get to him and Ellen seemed more interested in the man than she should be. I took notice of the way and manner he looks at her; clearly there was an attraction between the both of them.

I told her of her new duty of being more than just a teacher and she was more than eager to carry out my instructions. She kept telling me what I already knew about the man but just a few days ago she told what I should known before now. No man of flesh and blood could have both sides of the gift within them anymore after the wizards of old; empowered by the good spirits saw to it that no one would.

I should have known that his gift was never unlocked; he was still an ungifted just as those before him. The riddle his little daughter spoke of was the path the good spirits tried to use to tell me. Kieran is possessed by a spirit of one of those gifted wizards of old and the same might be true for Lucien. The riddle of the little can well be interpreted as;
The hand that pulls the string must be referring to the role of the good spirits in all of this of which I am not certain of yet as I do not know all of the persons involved. The arrow that kills the game has to be Kieran and his unusual gift.

It can’t be Lucien as he has done more than good with his gift. The mystery is the game that can’t be seen. What is the role of the good spirits and the strange form of the gift in Kieran? What is it they are trying so hard to prevent from happening?
I was still deep in my thoughts when I heard noises from the space in the huge compound and then I saw lightening descend in an unusual manner but returned to the skies from whence it came. What was happening?

Why would Ellen lie? It was quite unnecessary for her to. I never knew she met Eric and Kieran has no relationship with him, so why use such a person to gain anything? What was it she was trying to do, bring Kieran and me closer or try to bring out something in Kieran? I tried hard to answer these questions but my mind wasn’t really focused on that, it was more interested in why Kieran did what he just did – wash me as my husband or mother would. The past few days I locked myself in has been more of a reflection as I mourned not just for Eric but for everyone who had hope in Kieran being our savior.

The man is despicable; how can he keep doing what he keeps on doing – insulting the memories of his daughter and wife.
This is a man whom we have waited for years to deliver us from the tyranny of the mad king and even when this man went against his family, he still doesn’t feel the need to fulfill his destiny. He is more interested in sleeping with every beautiful woman that comes his way. He keeps going after the people he is warned to stay away from. I hated this man but now I don’t what I feel for him exactly after the kind gesture he just showed me.
He washed my body and wore me my clothes.
He saw my nakedness; something Eric saw a handful of times before he left me.
I should have fought him and prevented him from seeing what only Eric had seen but I couldn’t. I have always felt weak in his presence and when he moved his hands across my skin, deep within me, I wanted it to continue. I thought Kieran was irrational and behaved like a dog but the way and manner he washed and clothed me without getting a stir in his c.ock proved me wrong. He was a man after something and he will do anything to what it is that he is after.

I couldn’t answer his questions on Ellen and he left after he saw I was slowly falling asleep.

He carried me and kept me on the bed before covering me with a blanket. He stared at me till I closed my eyes but I wish he could kiss me and he did. He kissed my forehead and whispered for me to dream of my Eric.

I was forced to wake up after I felt something extremely powerful magic. The strange aura seemed to stop me from breathing, I looked around to see if someone was in my room but there was no one. I heard noises outside and looked through my window to find Kieran arguing furiously with Ellen. He was visibly enraged and I wasn’t surprised the aura was from him. His rage was about to be let loosed but on who? This time, there was an answer to my question. Kieran pushed Ellen away from him and then tried to mount his horse but Ellen wouldn’t let him. Then, I saw Mother run out, something that rarely happens and some other guardians. Kieran was leaving but to where? Vanessa came out of her room too and the moment Kieran saw her; I felt it. I felt the keys break and the cage open. Kieran released himself to his rage; he had finally become one with his gift.
