I stood immediately and package myself, I followed her from behind as we enter one white camry 2:2 i sat at the back while
Stephaine and Edna occupy the front seat with Stephaine driving, we get
to my house and i open the door and came out of the car, everywhere is
dark you cant see anything, i walk to my house and knock, i knock
twice before my bro open the door for me.
Cactus: where you go since?

Me: i dey church.
He open the door and just walk back to parlour without even looking at me well, i dont think he saw
the scar in my body (i remove the plaster at edna’s place), i enter my
room and cover myself with blacket, my mum came in and have a little
chat with me about my journey tommorrow, she told me to leave early
morning because there will be environmental, she also drop money ontop
of my bed for me, i thank her.
She left me alone, around 12 in the midnight, i got up to drink water,
i walk to parlour where our frigde is, i open it and collect chill water,
i check our window i didnt see anything.
I wanted to go back inside my room when i heard the smell of weed
(indian hemp), i look at the window again i didnt see anybody, then i
walk to our kitchen and took one sharp knife i walk to our main backdoor
and open it, i gently pass the back of our hospital, i tiptoe to the front of the hospital and i saw somebody in white, smoking, i walk to the person
gently like cat i wanted to stab the person from back when he turn, he
quickly move and bring out her gun pointing it at me, he signal me to
drop the knife with his gun i drop it, and he took his touch and point
it at me, .

Unknown: Oz?
Me: Edna., i recognise her voice.
Edna: what are you doing here, she said keeping her gun.
Me: i smell your weed and i thought you are one of the bad guys.
Edna: and you want to get him urself?, come on sit with me lets talk.
I sat beside her in the hospital, we gist about the white angels
before i finally relax and slept on her lap.

i found myself running to nowhere in particular, i was on a clean
white tarred road, with no bush but just white snow on both sides, i
look up and it seems any moment from now the sky will fall on my head, then
rain started falling heavily and i continue running, i ran out of the
coatar road and i started running on red sand, the ground was very
slippery that i almost fell, but i manage to hold on till i get to one
big river, no where to go is either i jump in or i go back, i look
back and i saw a giant person running towards me with spear in his
hand, i cant fight him because he is too big, then from nowhere
feather appeared on my back, i climb ontop one big tree beside the
river, as the person wanted to catch me i quickly jump and started
flying, then the person step back a little and came back with a heavy
force throwing his spear at me, i dogde the spear but it scrape my
feather, so i fell on the river, i manage to swim out of the river,
when i get to the edge i saw somebody standing at my front, i look up
but the sky was too bright for me to see the person’s face, then the
person race his leg up and match my head on the ground.

Me: Jesus christ ( i shouted jumping out of Edna’s body, she was shock also)
Edna: what is it?

I look around and saw that it was only a dream then i calm down a bit.
Me: a bad dream (i sign).
Edna: you should go inside house and prepare for tommorrow.
Me: and leave you alone here?
Edna: this is what i do am use to it, you should go and prepare.

Me: okay if you say so.
I left her there and walk inside house, i open the door slowly to
trauncate any noise so that i wont wake my people up, i walk in gently
then shot the door back, i enter my room and started arranging my
clothes, first of all i took my other phone from my bag and insert my
sim, since that one don lose make i dey use this one, i switch it on
and dial tina’s number as if am expecting a miracle, surprisingly the
phone started ringing but nobody pick, i redial and still the same, so
i drop it and started arranging my clothes inside my ecolac bag, after
arranging i insert my documents inside my small bag and put other
necessary items, i relaxed on the bed but i couldnt sleep, i just
continue looking up gazing at nothing in particular, then i heard a
car horn outside, i ran to parlour and check the window, surprisely i
saw camry 2.2, waoh why did they come so early like this? two no go
don nack na, i check the wallclock and i was surprise to see that i’ve
been awake for 5 hours, after five and i never sleep, well no need to
sleep again make i start to dey prepare for travel, i took water and
enter bathroom, i took my bath and wear my clothes, and after
preparing everything i called my mum and told her that am going, of
course she took my hands and pray for me as usual, my mum like prayer
well well, well na better thing sha.

I took my bag and took off, i reach where they park the car and
stephaine came out to help me with my luggages, she put them in the
boot and i open the passenger’s seat as edna took off leaving the
environment dusting with red sand.

We stop at Afuze and we even stay there for two more hours, because
she prepared something for me to eat, i ate because i was hungry,
thank God am starting to get myself little by little, though the
revenge part is still strong on my mind.

Eight A.M exactly we enter road to Auchi i sat at the back with
catherine while Edna and s Stephaine occupy the front sit with
stephaine at the wheel, i guess she’s the main driver because she
really knows how to drive, she’s a great driver with lots of skill, we drove in silent as we
leave Afuze town in peace in the early hours of Friday
