The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 55

Divya and Amar are still in the temple.


Amar asks her where God was when Sindoora killed them 22 years ago.


Divya begs him to at least take a holy coin even if he doesn't believe in God as the coin would protect him.


Amar reluctantly takes it from her and puts it in his shirt pocket.
She prays that the Almighty always protects him.
As they leave the temple, a black cat runs past them.


Divya says it's a bad omen.
She begs Amar to change the plans.
Amar says they can't change the plan.
Divya prays for God to protect him.
Sindoora takes out her gun from the safe.


Bharat enters the room and sees her.
He asks what she's still doing at home as she's running late.
Sindoora leaves the house.
Aditi goes to Bharat.
He tells her that the end has come.


Divya and Amar are waiting for Sindoora on the hill.
Sindoora is driving down.
Bharat is shocked to see Sindoora left the gun he gave her at home.


He calls her to ask why she left the gun.
She tells him that she has taken a gun, the right one.
Bharat quickly phones Amar to tell him that Sindoora is coming with another gun that has real bullets so Amar needs to take Divya and run away fast.


Divya asks Amar what the matter is.
Amar tells her.
Bharat tells him to leave.
Amar says he's not leaving as today is the day.
Bharat rushes out of the house.


Divya begs Amar that they should leave
He assures her that nothing will happen.
Sindoora arrives and yells his name.
Amar and Divya watch her as she gets closer to them with the gun.


Bharat is driving as fast as he can.
Sindoora accuses Amar of trying to scare her all this while.
She tells him she will never be defeated.
Bharat makes a call to the police and sends them to go to the hill as Amar and Divya's lives are in danger.


His car develops a fault so he abandons it and runs on foot.
Sindoora asks who wants to be killed first.
She says she hates them more now than she did 22 years ago.


Divya gets in front of Amar and says she won't allow her to hurt him.
The cameras Bharat installed on the hill are recording.
Sindoora says Divya will die first.
Amar says this time she won't be able to harm them.


He covers Divya.
Sindoora asks why they keep moving when she wants to shoot.
She tells them to decide who wants to die first.
Amar pushes Divya away and dares Sindoora to shoot.


She shoots him in the chest and he falls down bleeding from the wound.
Divya screams and runs to him.
He is unconscious.


Divya asks Sindoora why she did it.
Sindoora says she had to as she had tried to kill her and Sagar so many times until she was eventually able to do it so many years ago and now she will do it again.


She points the gun at Divya's head and tells her it's her turn.
Amar jumps up and pushes her off.
Sindoora tries again but the police arrive and point their guns at her.


She looks around her and sees she has been surrounded by over a dozen police men and women who arrived in 6 vans.
They take her away.
Divya and Amar cling to each other.
Amar faints.


At the hospital, the doctor takes out the coin Divya gave Amar from his shirt pocket.
He tells Bharat and Divya that the coin saved Amar's life as it prevented the bullet from killing him.


Amar holds the coin and tells Divya that what she did, saved him and the Almighty saved his life once again.
He tells Bharat that their plan worked.
Bharat shows him the CD from the camera recording and says they will show it to the police.


Amar returns home with Divya and Bharat.
Mahua asks if he's okay.


Chandra says they saw on the news that Sindoora has been arrested.
Divya says she's paying for all her crimes.
She tells them all about the plans and how Sindoora tried to kill them once again.

Chandra and Mahua are shocked.
Divya says someone else helped them and it was difficult for him.
Mahua asks who the person is.
Divya says it's Bharat.
Chandra is shocked.
Chandra and Mahua are crying.
Bharat says Sindoora had to pay for all she has done.


He says he knows they may think he's a cheat but he's sorry if they are offended by his actions.
Amar tells Bharat not to apologise.
He says he's also guilty of trusting Sindoora in the past.


Mahua says she's not blaming them because over the years, she watched Sindoora do the evil things but never said anything and now she deserves what she's getting.


Chandra supports her and says Sindoora deserves to pay for all she did.
Mahua says they had no courage to speak up and even assisted her sometimes in her crimes.
Amar says they only wanted revenge for the way Sindoora tortured them and sometimes they wished she would change.


Chandra says Sindoora would never change.
Divya says she just prays for Sindoora and hopes she never comes back to the house.
As Sindoora sits in the back of the police van, she remembers when Sagar told her that the story is not over and Divya told her that the Almighty had given them a second chance to rewrite the story.


She tells herself that Amar and Divya want to overpower her but they will not be able to.
She wonders if the police have any proof to arrest her under the law.
One of the inspectors calls his superior to tell him that Sindoora has been arrested and the proof they need is on a tape that will be shown in court.


Sindoora concludes that she's finished if they have a recording of her.
Bharat is looking out of the bedroom window and thinking of his mother.


Aditi enters the room and asks what he's thinking of.
He says she won't understand as no son should cheat his mother or lie to her like he has.
She says he's right that she won't understand because she doesn't even know who her mother is but she knows how lonely life can be without a mother and she knows the importance of a mother and the big sacrifice he had to make.
She says she has a lot of respect for him and the way he stood up for what is right even though he loves his mother.


Bharat looks relieved.
Aditi says she wants to be able to do something special for him.
Bharat thanks her.
She says she got a call from the hospital and she was told that Aniket has been released so she asked them to send him to Sindoora's house as she knows Bharat would want him in the same house.


Bharat is happy.
He thanks her again.
The police taking Sindoora to the station meet with a crowd of people blocking the road.
The driver asks a policeman stationed on the road, what's going on.


He is informed that the news of Sindoora's arrest has gone round and the people blocking the road are from the media.
The inspector says they have to come down and walk.
It is raining.
As soon as they come down, the reporters start asking Sindoora questions about why she was arrested.


She is able to break away from the policewoman she's chained to and she runs off.
Aniket is brought home.
Amar is shocked to see him.
He remembers how nice Aniket was to him in his former life.


Divya comes with a platter to welcome him but she gives it to Aditi to perform the ritual.
Aditi takes it for her and welcomes him.
Amar tells Aniket that he raised him like his own son.


Aniket nods.
Bharat takes him to Sindoora's room and tells him that it now belongs to him.
Aniket sees Sindoora's photo and says he won't stay there because Sindoora will come back to kill him.


Bharat tells him not to be afraid of the photograph as he will get rid of it.
Bharat and Baba tuck Aniket in bed then Baba says he has to leave.
Divya begs him to stay.


He says he can't leave the other house empty.
The family members watch the recording of Sindoora boasting on the hill about what she did to Vidya and Sagar 22 years ago.


Mahua says she can't watch again because Rajiv always told her that Sindoora was responsible for what happened to Vidya and Sagar and she never believed him.


Bharat gets a phone call.
He informs the family members that Sindoora escaped.
