The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 40

Chintu turns and sees Kamna tied up.
Samrat is on his way back to the building.
Kamna tells Chintu to help her get out.
Chandra is at Rajiv's place.

She tells him that she brought his favourite books.
He thanks her.
She looks for the shopping bag with the turban and doesn't see it.

She asks him about the bag.
He says he saw some old clothes in the wardrobe so he put them in the bag and threw them away.

Divya asks Amar if he has seen Chintu.
Amar says Chintu should be back soon.
He leaves for work.
Sindoora enters the room and tells Divya that her effort is going to waste as Amar is not under her influence.

Divya says no matter how much Sindoora tries to hide the fact, the truth will come out.
Sindoora says she doesn't think a day will come when Divya will be able to tell Amar the truth.
Divya says Sindoora's time will surely come.

Chintu is trying to unlock the padlock holding the chain on Kamna's legs but he's unable to.
He unties her hands.
Samrat enters the building but he gets a phone call and leaves.

He locks the door behind him.
Chintu hears the sound of the door locking so he goes to check.
He is alarmed to find the door locked.
Divya is worried about Chintu.

Amar returns home and asks her if she's okay.
She tells him Chintu isn't back and she is worried.
He says he will try and call some of Chintu's friends from school.

Kamna tells Chintu to try and see if he can unlock a window.
He climbs up and jumps out of the window.
He walks straight into Samrat.
Samrat grabs him by the neck and threatens to kill him if he says anything to anyone.

Chintu runs off.
Amar says he called all of Chintu's friends but they haven't seen him.
He is about to call the police when Chintu runs into the house.

Amar asks him what happened.
Chintu says it's the warehouse.
He looks and sees Samrat at the door.
Samrat tells Amar that Chintu got lost in the warehouse and he found him and brought him home.

Amar tells Chintu not to ever forget to the warehouse again.
Chintu is too scared to talk.
Divya is suspicious.
Samrat talks to Chintu nicely and takes him out of the room.

Divya asks Amar why Chintu was scared of Samrat.
Amar says he's just a child.
Divya remembers when Chintu took her to the warehouse.

Amar is in the room.
Divya goes to him and tells him what Chintu had told her about the warehouse.
She says maybe Chintu really saw something at the warehouse.

Amar says Chintu would be scared as it's a place
he doesn't know.
She tries to convince him that something isn't right but he doesn't believe her.
At night, Chintu is sleeping in his room.
Divya walks in and hears him saying 'She's tied with chains and ropes in the warehouse.'
She tries to wake him up but Samrat appears and tells her to leave him alone as he's sleeping.
She leaves the room.

Samrat is about to leave the room when he hears Chintu say 'Kamna is trapped in the warehouse.'
He wonders if Divya heard the same thing.
Divya is very worried, thinking about what Chintu was saying in his sleep.

Samrat runs to the warehouse to untie Kamna.
He tells her that they have to leave.
He drags her out.
The get near the exit and he gets the shock of his life when he sees the entire family members waiting for them.
Kamna faints.

Harish tells Samrat that he will pay for what he has done.
Divya asks if this is who he really is.
She calls him an animal and says he's mentally ill.
Amar grabs him by the neck and says he forgave him for what he did in the past but now he has crossed the line.

Sindoora watches without saying anything.
Samrat asks what he was supposed to do when he lost everything, he lost Divya and Mahua all because of Amar.
He says he hates Amar and there is someone else who hates Amar more than him.
He says Sindoora made him do it.
Sindoora slaps him.

She asks how dare he blame her.
She says she would never have raised him if she knew he was like this.
Amar is shocked.
Sindoora asks Samrat why he said she hates Amar.
He says she does.

She slaps him again and grabs him by the collar.
She tells him that Amar is her son and she will punish Samrat for what he did to Kamna and his punishment will be death.

Amar tells her to stop and not to listen to what a man like Samrat is saying.
He faces Samrat and tells him to leave the family.
Samrat laughs and says he will leave but Amar should know that his worst enemy Sindoora is still around.

He laughs and leaves.
Amar and Divya walk away leaving Sindoora behind.
A doctor checks Kamna.
He tells them that she and her baby are fine.
Amar suggests that Kamna goes to the farmhouse in Shimla for a while
He apologises to her.

Kamna says it was her fault for ever falling in love with Samrat.
She says she will stay with her baby in Shimla.
Chandra comes to see Rajiv and tells him everything.

He is shocked.
He starts shedding tears.
Chandra asks if he's okay.
He says he doesn't know how anybody would treat a woman that way.
He asks if Mahua is alright.
Chandra says she's very sad because she is yet to get over her husband's death now her son has done such a thing.
Kamna is ready to leave.

She begs Mahua to forgive her if she has done anything wrong.
She thanks Chintu for saving her.
She thanks Amar then she hugs Divya.
Divya tells her to take care of herself and her child.
Harish leaves with Kamna.
Divya is crying.

Sindoora calls Amar as he's leaving the room.
She asks why he hasn't said anything to her since Samrat made the accusations.
She asks if he believed what Samrat said.
Amar avoids looking at her.
Sindoora tells him to do what is right and trust her.

Divya is going up the stairs.
Amar calls her back.
He says he wants everyone to be happy and to start over again.
He says what Samrat said about Sindoora is not true and what Sindoora said about Divya is not true so they are starting over.

He says Sindoora and Divya keep saying the other wants to kill him.
He asks Sindoora how she can say Divya wanted to harm him when she was the one who saved Kamna.

He says Sindoora is the pillar of the house and nobody can doubt her.
He begs them to just start afresh.
He goes to Mahua and tells her not to be upset with Divya because of Samrat.
He begs her to also start afresh.

He tells Divya to promise him that she won't blame Sindoora again.
Divya is quiet.

She remembers Sagar telling her the same thing in her past life.
She tells herself that even with all the time passed, Amar is still innocent and Sindoora is still as evil as she is.

She says she won't blame Sindoora again and won't say anything to her again until she has a reason to.
Sindoora is shocked.

Amar asks Sindoora if she's with him.
He holds out his hands and they put each place their hand in his.
He says he's now relieved and at peace again.
When Amar leaves the room, Divya tells Sindoora that she just needs to look into herself and she will find all the answers she's looking for.
Sindoora says she knows the answer even before a question arises.

Divya says she hopes Sindoora realises that's it's not easy to erase her from Amar's life and Sindoora will not be able to take him away from her.
Sindoora says even Divya cannot take Amar away from her.

Divya says she's not Vidya and life has taught her that Sindoora Singh will never change so she's giving her an offer; the first option is for Sindoora to tell the whole world the truth then leave the house and the second option is Sindoora remains in the house and everyone else leaves.

Sindoora says she has lived in the house for 22 years and the house will always be hers even when she's dead; not even the Almighty can take the house from her.
She says she's not accepting any of the options and she's warning Divya not to do anything or else she would die.

She leaves and Divya prays to the Almighty to help her.
