Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 253

Grandmother looks inside Abhi's room and sees him lying on the floor with Pragya on top of him.



She clears her throat and they both stand up.
She tells them to come for breakfast.
Pragya follows Grandmother.



As Abhi leaves, he sees Tanu and he tells her that 50 percent of the money is for him.
They get downstairs and Sarla tells Abhi that she made chickpea curry for him.
Abhi is excited.



Tanu tells herself that Abhi arranged to get half of the money but only she knows where all the money is.
She has a flashback of when she went to the hospital earlier to see Nikhil with the money and he paid the nurse.
He told her that they need to deal with Pragya by harming her mother andTanu agreed to deal with them.



At the breakfast table, Grandmother tells Tanu that she knows she wants to talk to Abhi about money but she needs to calm down.
Tanu tells herself that she can't wait for the safe to be open so that Pragya and Sarla can get into trouble for the missing money.



She tells Abhi to finish his meal so they can get the money.
Sarla tells Abhi to have a yoghurt drink first.
Tanu is impatient.
Pragya wonders why Tanu is very excited about getting the money.



After breakfast, Pragya tells the family members to all follow them to see as she gives Abhi the money because Abhi might deny it later if there are no witnesses.
Tanu tells herself that it would make things even better.



Everyone is in front of the safe.
Pragya opens it and it's empty.
Abhi asks if it's a joke.
Pragya is shocked.
She says she kept the money there.



Tanu moves closer and asks Pragya how the money disappeared.
Pragya says she kept it all in the safe.
Tanu asks who has a key to the safe.
Pragya says she's the only one.
Tanu says someone has stolen the money and Pragya must know about it.



She says it's obvious that Pragya stole the money.
Akash tells her to watch it.
Rachna says Pragya could never do such a thing.
Tanu tells Abhi that she knows Pragya has stolen the money and he needs to ask her for it.
Sarla tells her to leave Abhi alone as he knows what to do.



Tanu asks Pragya to tell her what she did with the money.
Pragya calls Purab on the phone to ask him if he remembers they put the money in the safe.
Purab confirms that they did.
Pragya says the money is missing.




He says it can't be as he was with her when she put it there.
Pragya tells him that the money is not there.
Purab says he's on his way.
Tanu tells Abhi that Pragya never wanted to give him part of the money that was why she stole the money.



She continues to accuse Pragya.
Abhi tells her to stop because Pragya is clearly worried about the missing money
He tells Pragya to remember where she kept the money.



Pragya enters the room and asks herself if someone stole the money.
She concludes that only Tanu could have stolen the money that was why she was desperate for Abhi to ask for the money.
Purab arrives and Pragya tells him she knows the money is with Tanu.



Purab suggests they bring everyone to Tanu's room to search for the money.
She goes to Tanu's room to ask where she kept the money.
Tanu asks how she would know.



Pragya says she knows Tanu stole the key from her and took the money then returned the key.
Tanu says she's aware that she's Pragya's biggest problem that's why she's accusing her.
Purab brings everyone to the room.



Tanu panics and asks why they have all come to her room.
Purab says they checked everyone's room for the money but they didn't check Tanu's room.
Tanu tells Abhi that she's his wife and shouldn't be treated like that.



Purab says they already searched everyone else's room so it's only fair that they check Tanu's.
Abhi tells Tanu to bring the key to her wardrobe.
Tanu tries to protest but Abhi tells her to comply.
Purab and Pragya check the cupboard and find nothing.



Tanu asks if they are satisfied.
Abhi and the rest of the family members leave the room.
Tanu tells Pragya that she knows Pragya stole the money.



She asks Pragya where she hid the money.
Pragya leaves the room.
Purab asks Pragya what they should do as the money wasn't in Tanu's room.
Abhi is with the rest of the family.
He says there is no room left to check for the money.



Tanu says there is one room left and it's the guest room.
Sarla is shocked.
Abhi says it's Sarla's room.
Tanu says it won't be fair if he doesn't check the room.



Sarla has tears in her eyes.
Abhi says he knows he won't find anything in her room.
Tanu says they need to check.
Pragya tells her to stop insulting her mother.
Sarla tells Pragya that it's fine as she knows she
didn't take anything.



Tanu leads the family to Sarla's room and tells Abhi and Purab to search.
They start searching.
Tanu gets impatient and tells Abhi to search thoroughly.



She wants him to search a particular cupboard.
She sees a letter from the tax office she gets curious.
Akash tells Abhi that the money isn't there.
Abhi apologises to Sarla.



Sarla tells him not to apologise.
Tanu walks over to where the briefcase is and pours out the money.
Everyone is shocked.
Abhi leaves the room in anger.
Sarla is crying.
Everyone else leaves the room.
Tanu tells Pragya that she must be wondering
who put the money there but if she thinks about it, she would know who put it there.



She reminds Pragya that she warned her.
Pami and Mitali are alone downstairs.
Pami calls the police to report that a family member stole money from them.



She pretends to be in pain.
Mitali tells her she did a good job.
Grandmother stops Abhi and asks why he left the room the way he did.



Abhi says he couldn't bear to see Sarla like that.
Grandmother says he acted as though he believed it and others would think the same.
Abhi says he saw for himself.



Grandmother tells him not to believe all he sees to be true as she knows something is wrong.
Sarla is crying.


She says she doesn't understand what happened.
Grandmother tells her to remember if she left the room and someone went in.
Sarla says she doesn't remember anything.
Tanu says she knows exactly what happened.
She gives the tax notice to Abhi and says Sarla was asked to pay 1 million for her marriage hall so she stole the money.




Grandmother tells her to shut up.
Tanu says they have proof as to why Sarla stole the money.
Purab tells her to stop.
Tanu continues to taunt them.
Pragya tells her to stop.



Pami supports Tanu, saying if the money was in someone else's room, Pragya would have accused the person.
She says maybe Sarla was pretending all along to be sick and her motive was to steal the money.



Abhi tells her to stop talking as nobody else will utter another word.
He tells Sarla that he always considered her his mother and he still feels like her son and can't bear to see tears in her eyes.



Pragya is also crying.
Abhi asks Sarla why she didn't tell him about the marriage hall as he wouldn't have let her get into trouble but she decided to steal from him.
Pragya and Sarla are shocked.


Sarla asks Abhi why he respected her only to disrespect her.
She says Tanu's words didn't hurt her but Abhi's words did.
She tells him that she didn't steal the money.
Abhi says he wants the family to forget about the incident.



Tanu says Sarla stole the money.
Abhi tells her to shut up because it's a family matter and Tanu isn't a part of it yet.
Pami says she can ask questions as she's a part of the family and she already called the police because it was a robbery.



Abhi tells her to call the police again and withdraw her complaint.
They hear the siren of the police cars arriving.
