Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 248

Abhi tells Alia that he felt bad for punishing her and thought she would change.

He says right now, he doesn't even like her and will soon forget about her because she killed Bulbul and tried to harm Pragya.

Alia stares at him with a blank expression on her face.
Abhi says Bulbul was very special to him and she was supposed to marry Purab who is like a brother to him.

Alia says he's her brother.
Abhi says he's not her brother as he's severing ties with her and she needs to pay for her crimes.

He makes a call to the police and informs them that there is a criminal living in his house and she caused the death of someone.
Pragya takes Grandmother to a room to beg her to stop Abhi from involving the police.

She says putting her in prison won't bring Bulbul back and Alia already went to jail before but it didn't change her.
Grandmother asks Pragya if she wants Alia to go unpunished and cause more harm.

Pragya says they can send her away to Australia instead of jail and the time away may help her remember the value of their relationship with her.

Grandmother says Pragya has such a kind heart to still want to give Alia a chance.
Pragya says she's doing it for Abhi's sake because regardless of what he says, he still loves Alia very much.

Grandmother agrees to do it.
Abhi tells Purab to ask Alia to leave because he can't stand the sight of her.
Purab says the police will soon arrive.

Grandmother tells Purab to call the police and ask them not to come because Alia won't be going to jail.
Alia is shocked.

Abhi asks why.
Grandmother asks if he wants Alia to go to jail and return with more hatred.
She says Alia can't change so they will send her to Australia.

Abhi doesn't agree.
Aunt Indu says it's a good idea to send her away to Australia.
Grandmother says Alia is family and they need to give her a chance.

Abhi says he doesn't want to give her a chance.
Grandmother says he has to listen to her as she has made the decision.

Abhi tells Alia to leave as he can't bear to see her face anymore and doesn't want to hear about her.

He tells Purab to get security.
Purab gets the security guards.
Mitali brings Alia's suitcase.
Tanu comes downstairs and sees Alia leaving.
Alia tells Pragya that she would never forget what she has done to her.

Grandmother tells her that it's because of Pragya that they are not sending her to prison so she has to leave before Pragya changes her mind.

Alia leaves.
Pragya is taking coffee to Abhi.
Tanu walks past her and goes to Abhi.
She tells Abhi not to feel bad because Alia is paying for her crimes.

Abhi says he doesn't feel like talking.
Pragya gives him the coffee and he says he really needs it.
Tanu leaves the room in anger.
Pragya tells Abhi that she won't talk about the past but the future; sometimes we need to let go of our loved ones for their happiness and as long as they are alive, we can give them a second chance.

Abhi says he's feeling bad for his sister as well as Pragya's sister and to think she is dead because of his own sister.

Pragya says she's sure Bulbul is happy where she is.
Tanu comes to see Nikhil at his place.
He asks what's wrong with her and if Pragya said anything to her.

Tanu says her best friend is gone and she feels so lonely right now.

She says a direct flight wasn't available to Australia and Alia had to go through Singapore.
She says she hopes Nikhil won't expose her if Pragya makes him an offer.

He says never.
She tells him to promise her.
He says it won't happen.
Tanu says Pragya is powerful with Purab, Rachna, Akash and Grandmother on her side.
She panics and says what if she can't marry Abhi.
Nikhil makes a promise that he will have Pragya thrown out of the house soon.

Tanu says he keeps saying all these.
He says it's a promise and he's doing it for their child.
He tries to hold her but she says she has to go or else Pragya will take advantage of the situation and try to gain Abhi's trust.

She leaves.
Nikhil tells himself that he will have to bring out the beast that lives within him.
Abhi is lying in his bed thinking of Alia.
Pragya holds up the card he gave her and says 'There was a crazy guy, he loved a girl very much and used to secretly write songs for her, he wanted to tell her something but was afraid to say it and whenever he sees her, he asks only one thing, do you love me or not?'

Abhi stands up from the bed and walks towards her.
She takes a bouquet of flowers to him.
She asks Abhi if he loves her.

He says he loves his Fatso very much.
He asks if his Fatso still loves him.
She says they can find out.

She holds a rose and picks the stem as she says 'I love you, I love you not.'
The final petals lands on 'I love you.'
Abhi takes it from her and says he knew she still loved him.

She says he cheated as he didn't let her finish.
He takes another rose and starts playing the game.
Pragya stops him and says she loves him.
He hugs her tightly.

Tanu opens the door and sees them.
They don't notice her.
She leaves the room and says Pragya is taking advantage of her being pregnant to get close to Abhi.

She says she has two options now, she saves herself from Pragya or she kills Pragya to save herself.

The next morning, Tanu is still thinking about the issue.
She is happy when she sees Nikhil in the house.
She tells him that Pragya is trying to get Abhi back.

Nikhil says he has a plan that will send Pragya far away from Abhi.
Abhi comes out of the room.
Tanu and Nikhil run into a dark room to hide.
Abhi looks for Tanu and doesn't see her.
Tanu asks Nikhil what his plan is.

Nikhil says his plan is to kill Pragya and it will be made to look like an accident.
Tanu says her delivery date is in 2 months and they need to carry out the plan by then.
Nikhil says his plan will be executed tomorrow and Tanu would have to bring Pragya to a particular road.

He hears something move and tells Tanu to switch on the lights.
Tanu switches on the lights and they see Sarla watching them.

They've been in her room the entire time and she heard all they were discussing.

Abhi joins the family downstairs.
Pragya is standing in a corner watching the front door.
Grandmother tells Abhi to go to her as she's apprehensive about the doctor's visit to Sarla.
Abhi takes some cake to Pragya and says he made it himself.

He later admits he didn't make it but just wanted to cheer her up.

Nikhil tells Sarla that she won't just let him be.
He says she can't do anything about all that she just heard and she can't save Pragya.
He moves closer to her and she tries to stretch her hand to grab him.

He makes fun of her.
Tanu tells him to stop.
Nikhil tells Sarla that Alia killed Bulbul and they will kill Pragya.

Pragya gets to the door of Sarla's room but as she opens it, Robin calls to inform her that the doctor has arrived.

Pragya turns around without looking into the room.
Sarla is in tears.
Tanu tells Nikhil that they should leave.
Pragya gets downstairs and tells the doctor that she doesn't think the medicine is improving her mother's condition.

She asks if he won't increase the dosage or change the medicine.
The doctor tells her to be patient as it could take time for someone in Sarla's condition to recover.
Nikhil continues to taunt Sarla.

He tells her that luck is not on her side.
Tanu says they have to go.
As they get to the corridor, they see Abhi.
Abhi asks Tanu what she's doing with Nikhil.
Tanu says Nikhil has come to see him.
Nikhil says be investigated the reason why Tanu's name was on the divorce papers and he discovered it was Alia who did it and she also opened a company in his (Nikhil) name and she was the one who made the documents giving him control of the company but it was meant for her.

He says he came to visit Sarla as he's not happy to see her in this condition.
Pragya and Grandmother come upstairs with the doctor.

Abhi tells Nikhil that he's sorry for accusing him.
Pragya and Grandmother take the doctor to Sarla's room.

Abhi tells Nikhil to follow them to see Sarla since he's concerned.
Purab tells himself that Nikhil has fooled Abhi again.
Sarla is fretting in the room.

Pragya asks her what the matter is.
The doctor says it seems she's apprehensive over someone who may want to harm the family.

Abhi, Tanu and Nikhil walk in.
Nikhil covers his face.
The doctor gives Sarla a sedative.
Sarla points at Tanu and Nikhil.
Abhi and Purab follow the doctor out.
Pragya tells Sarla not to fear because they can't harm her.

Abhi asks the doctor what's wrong with Sarla.
The doctor tells them to just take care of her and pray for her.

Nikhil tells Tanu to get Pragya to meet her at the road he mentioned earlier.
She asks how she would be able to convince Pragya.

Nikhil whispers in her ear.
Tanu becomes excited
He gives her a phone and says the police won't be able to trace the number.
He leaves and Tanu tells herself that she will soon be Mrs. Tanu Abhishek Mehra.
