Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 238

Abhi and Grandmother are still outside the mausoleum.

Grandmother gets a phone call and she moves away from Abhi to answer it.
The caller is Pragya.

Grandmother tells her to come.
Pragya says she's not coming anymore so Grandmother should just bring Abhi back home.
Grandmother asks why Pragya is changing the plan.

Pragya says she will tell her when they get
home and she will also invite Purab.
Grandmother tells Abhi that the should leave.
Nikhil hangs around Ronnie's house looking for him.

He sees Ronnie through a window.
Ronnie is in bed sleeping.
Nikhil enters the room.
He brings out a handkerchief from his pocket and fills it with chloroform.

As he is about to cover Ronnie's nose with it, his phone rings and Ronnie wakes up.
Ronnie wrestles with him then runs out of the room.
Nikhil tries to follow him into another room but Ronnie shuts the door making Nikhil hit his nose on the door.

Nikhil m0ans in pain and holds his nose but he forgets the handkerchief is in his hand and he puts it over his nose.
Tanu calls him on the phone and he tells her he's at Ronnie's place but he's locked in.
She asks what's wrong with his voice.
he tells her to come and help him get out of the place.

He faints as he's talking to her.
Pragya is at home.
Grandmother brings Abhi home.
She tells Pragya that she's going to check on Sarla.
Abhi wonders why his grandmother didn't say anything to Pragya about what they discussed.
Abhi asks Pragya why she's smiling.

She says she is trying to take away the darkness.
He says she's the one who brings darkness.
She says the person who brings darkness will soon leave the house.
He asks if she's drunk.
Pragya says she knows the family's future.
Abhi asks what's written in his future and where his tomb will be.

She says there won't be a tomb of him but there will be a wax statue of him at Madam Tussaud's.
He says she has no idea.
She tells him to wait for tonight as he will get all the answers to his questions.
He decides to go and check on his grandmother.
As soon as he leaves, Tanu walks in.
Pragya asks why she feels down.

Tanu says soon Pragya's reign will end.
Pragya says she will end Tanu's reign.
Tanu says Abhi won't let her leave.
Pragya says if Tanu looks into Abhi's heart she would know she has no place in the house.
Tanu says Pragya is proud of her simple wedding chain but it doesn't bring her closer to Abhi.
Pragya says a wedding chain is of great significance.

Tanu says soon Pragya will leave the house because she can't imagine what she has in store for her.
Pragya says Tanu too has no idea what she has planned that's why she continues to live in her dream, her boyfriend, her child and her.
Tanu tries to hide her fear but it shows.
Grandmother tells Sarla that when Abhi enters the room she will start shouting about Pragya and she wants Sarla to pretend to be upset as well.

Abhi enters the room.
Grandmother tells Sarla that she is fed up of Pragya and can't handle her anymore.
She says she will bring Pragya into the room and she will help Sarla raise her hands to slap Pragya.
Abhi says Sarla doesn't need to hit her but she can raise her hand to let Pragya know she's cross with her.
Grandmother and Sarla try to hide their emotions as they realise Abhi doesn't want Pragya slapped because he cares about her.
Tanu gets to Ronnie's place and opens the door to let Nikhil out.

They start arguing.
Tanu says she's tired of everyone talking to her like she's stupid.
She says Pragya has a plan to expose them before the whole family tonight.
Nikhil says he won't allow Pragya do anything.
Tanu says he's all talk and no action.

He says he will prove himself tonight.
Pragya and Purab are talking in a room.
Ronnie rushes in and tells them what Nikhil tried to do.
Pragya says she's sure Tanu told Nikhil everything.
Purab asks Pragya if she spoke to Tanu.
Pragya tells him everything about her meeting with Tanu at the temple.
Purab says they have so much evidence against Tanu and they need to put it all to use.

Pragya says it's a good thing Tanu has a video of them because Tanu's video shows their good intentions and the video they have, shows Tanu's bad intentions.
They hear Abhi's voice.
Purab says Abhi is about to go to sleep and if he goes to sleep, nobody can disturb him.

Pragya says she will convince him to come so Purab should start getting the video ready.
Pragya goes to Abhi and tells him to come downstairs and see an important video.
Abhi says he's already changed and ready for bed.

He is about to switch on the TV.
Pragya takes the remote and says she will give him the remote after he watches the video downstairs.
He agrees to come downstairs but says he wants to put on a jacket first.
Pragya is relieved.

Nikhil is with Tanu in Abhi's house.
She tells him to start packing her bags.
He says he needs to think.
Someone knocks on the door and Nikhil hides.
Robin tells Tanu that Pragya and Abhi are downstairs and they need to see her so they can watch a video together.

When Robin leaves, Tanu tells Nikhil what he said.
Nikhil says he has an idea.
Tanu tells him to just pack her bags as she's sure she will get thrown out of the house.
She gets downstairs and meets the entire family gathered.

Abhi asks why he has to watch the video now when he's so tired.
Tanu tells him to go and sleep.
Pragya says it's important he watches it tonight.
Abhi tells them to go ahead and play the video.
As Purab presses the remote control, the whole house goes dark.

Pragya tells herself that something fishy is going on.
Nikhil is the person who tampered with the electricity.
Pragya tells Purab that she suspects Nikhil tampered with the electricity.
She begs him to go and get her phone before Nikhil can get his hand on it.
Purab walks to the TV stand to get the phone which is connected to the TV with a cable.
He meets Nikhil already holding the phone.
He tries to get the phone and Nikhil runs off.
Purab and Abhi chase him but they don't know see his face.

Nikhil hides and they can't find him.
Purab picks up a sack and suggests they use it to cover the thief's face.
They hear Nikhil running and chase him again.
Purab puts the sack over his face and drags him back into the house.
Ronnie restores the electricity.

Abhi and Purab drag Nikhil into the house with the sack over his head.
Tanu panics.
Pragya goes to her and asks if she packed her bags.
Purab takes off the sack and everyone sees Nikhil's face.
Abhi says it means Nikhil wanted to steal.
Pragya tells Tanu that Nikhil came to help her but got in trouble.

Abhi asks Nikhil why he's quiet and why he wanted to steal a phone.
Nikhil pretends to be offended as he asks Abhi if he really thinks he's a thief.
He says he came to give Purab a CD.
Akash tells him to stop lying because he stole Pragya's phone so that Abhi wouldn't see what's in it.

Abhi asks Akash what he's saying.
Nikhil says he came to drop the CD but he saw the thief and was trying to catch him and he was able to get the phone from him before he ran away.
Pragya tells Nikhil to give her back her phone.
She takes the phone from him.

Tanu takes the phone and says it belongs to her.
They start arguing about who owns the phone.
Grandmother takes the phone from Tanu and says it doesn't matter who owns the phone, they just need to see what's in it to have caused a power cut and made a thief steal it.
She gives the phone to Purab to play the video.
Tanu is smiling to herself.

They play the video and it's one of Tanu praying at the family temple for Abhi to marry her.
Pragya looks at the phone properly and says it's not hers.
Tanu says Pragya will soon start looking crazy.
Abhi apologises to Nikhil for calling him a thief then he goes back upstairs to his room.
Nikhil leaves.

Tanu tells Pragya to start counting her days because she will leave the house before her.
Later on, Pragya is with Akash and Purab.
She asks how her phone just disappeared.
Purab says he wishes he had beaten Nikhil a lot more when they caught him
Akash says they got him well because he was limping.

Purab says Abhi hit Nikhil so hard that he will be in pain for days.
Nikhil is at home putting ice on his bruises and m0an!ng on the phone to Tanu.
Tanu blames him for almost ruining everything.
He says he saved her.
He asks how the phones got switched.
Tanu says she switched the phone when the power went off.

She says if she hadn't done that, everyone would have found out that he's the father of her child.
He says they might have won now but Pragya is like a wounded lion at the moment and they need to be careful.
