Abhi enters the room, upset.
He doesn't see Pragya in the room.
He decides to lock her out and not open the door no matter how much she complains.

He lays on the bed.
He is furious when he sees the broken glasses.
He vows to make Pragya pay.

Tanu is peeping out of the door.
Alia asks what she's up to.
Tanu says she did something to get Pragya in trouble and she wants to see if her plan worked.
Alia asks what it is.
Tanu tells her to wait and see.

They hear Abhi yelling.
Tanu says the plan worked.

Abhi gets downstairs and asks his grandmother for Pragya.
She asks what the problem is.
Abhi tells Ronnie to call Pragya and tell her to come home.
Grandmother asks what the matter is.
Abhi says Pragya destroyed his favourite thing.

Pragya walks in.
Abhi almost hits her but stops himself.
Pragya asks what she has done.
He takes her upstairs.

Grandmother is worried.

Abhi drags Pragya into the bedroom and tells her to look at the glasses.
She picks it up and says she didn't do it.
Abhi asks who else could have done it.
Pragya asks him what she would get out of breaking them.
He says she knows he is attached to them and she did it to hurt him.
She says she didn't do it.
He takes the broken glasses and says they remind him of his Fatty and now she has taken that away from him.

Tanu tells Alia that Abhi will send Pragya out of the house.
Alia reminds her that Abhi doesn't have the power to do that and Pragya might even be the one to call the police on him.
Tanu becomes worried.

Abhi accuses Pragya of making him fall in love with her then taking that away from him.
Pragya is in tears.
Abhi says he will make her pay for all she has done.

Tanu and Alia are eavesdropping.

Abhi says he will not speak to Pragya from this day on.

Alia leaves to take a phone call.

Pragya tells Abhi that she won't apologise because if she had done it she would own up.
She says if he refuses to talk to her then she would do the same.
Abhi says it is over.
He walks out of the room.

Pragya is crying in the room
She picks up the glasses as she cries.
Tanu walks past and sees her crying.

Tanu asks herself why Pragya is crying.
She concludes that Pragya must still have feelings for Abhi so he is her weakness.
She decides that she has to get Abhi to help her so they can get the property back from Pragya.

She sees Alia and tells her everything.
Alia says it's a good idea but she won't talk to Abhi about it because he doesn't listen to her anymore.
Tanu asks who will help her.

Grandmother enters Abhi's room and asks Pragya what happened.
Pragya tells her.
Grandmother says Abhi got angry over a silly pair of glasses.
Pragya tells her not to say anything to him because she is not upset as it felt good to see he's still attached to her things.
She says he's getting more emotional and she's scared she will push him to the point that he will stop loving her.
Grandmother assures her that it won't be the case.
Pragya says from today she and Abhi will not talk to each other but she knows he will look for an excuse to talk to her.
Grandmother says Pragya will also not be able to get by without talking to him.

Next morning, Alia asks Tanu if she has come up with a person who can help.
Tanu says she hasn't.
Aunt Indu walks past them and Alia calls her.
Aunt Indu asks what the problem is.
Alia says they need her help with Pragya; they are trying to find a way to throw her out.
Aunt Indu asks if they found a way.
Alia says they need to convince Abhi to join them and they think she would be able to convince Abhi but they are not so sure.
Aunt Indu says she can do it.
She asks what she would have to do.
Tanu tells her.
Aunt Indu says Abhi wouldn't believe it.
Alia reminds her that she said she could do it.
Tanu begs her to help.
Aunt Indu says Abhi will never do it.
Alia says they have to try.
They beg her to do it.
Aunt Indu says she has to think about it.

They see Abhi approaching.
Tanu tells Aunt Indu to go and talk to him.

Aunt Indu goes to him.
Abhi tells her he's happy he's teaching Pragya a lesson.
Aunt Indu says he needs to come up with a permanent solution.
He asks if she has any idea.
Aunt Indu says she does and he has to follow it.
He asks what it is.
She says he has to make Pragya believe he has fallen in love with her all over again.
Abhi thinks she's joking.

Tanu comes out of hiding and says they are serious.
Abhi is surprised to see her.
Tanu says he has to pretend to fall in love with Pragya and when Pragya falls for him, he would cheat on her.
Abhi says he won't do it.
He walks away.

Tanu goes to Alia.
Alia says she knew Abhi would react that way.

Raj walks in and asks what's going on.
Alia says she expected him to take care of things while she was away but the plan went down the drain.
Raj says the man she hired was not a professional.

Tanu says they need to think about what to do next.

Abhi is in the room, trying to mend the glasses.

Pragya opens the door.
Abhi talks to the glasses, saying if he knew who broke it he, would teach them a lesson.

Pragya stares at him wishing he could talk to her instead of the glasses.

Abhi sees her looking at him through the mirror.

He continues fixing the glasses without saying a word to her.

Next day, the house is being decorated for Diwali.
Pragya comes downstairs to give out instructions.
Grandmother tells her that the ceremony must be performed by a husband and wife.
Mitali says Tanu can do it with Abhi.
Grandmother says Tanu is pregnant and can't do it.
Pami asks who will do it.
Pragya says if Tanu can't do it, she will.
Pami reminds her that she's no longer Abhi's wife.
Grandmother says Pragya can do it but she doesn't want to see her after the ceremony.

Abhi walks up to them and tells his grandmother not to waste her time talking to Pragya.

Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor arrive, playing the role of boyfriend and girlfriend.

Aunt Indu leads them into the house then calls the family members to meet the guests.
Abhi asks who they are.
The man says he thought everyone knew who he was.
He says his name is Prem.
Abhi asks what he came for.
Prem says Aunt Indu asked him to come so he could help the family start off the new year well.
Aunt Indu says she's sure Prem be able to help them solve their problems.
The lady says Prem helped her solve all her problems and she's sure he would solve all their problems.

Alia says she will start.
Pami says she's older, so she should go first.
Mitali says she has to go first, she's unhappy with her mother-in-law.
Mitali says she's the one unhappy with Mitali.
Tanu says she wants to state her own problems.
Alia says she started speaking first.
Ronnie says his own problem is a small one, so he needs to go first.
Abhi tells them all to keep quiet!

Alia says Abhi has been unable to solve their problems so they have to seek help elsewhere.
She says they all have one problem and it's Pragya.
Pragya is shocked.

Alia says Pragya took all of Abhi's property and makes them work to get pocket money.
Tanu tells Prem to help them get rid of her.
Grandmother says they are all being rude.

Tanu begs Abhi to tell Prem that Pragya is the problem.
Abhi says 85 percent of the problem is Pragya.

Pragya says they all spend their time criticising her.
She invites Prem's girlfriend to come in and relax.
She follows Pragya.

Aunt Indu tells Prem that Pragya will influence his girlfriend.
Prem says his girlfriend can't be influenced as she is a mature and sensible woman.

Prem's girlfriend tells Pragya that she has noticed she's not happy with the way things are.
She asks what it is.
Pragya says Abhi used to be her husband.
The girlfriend says those who are honest will always find love in life.
She asks if Pragya understands what she's saying.
Pragya smiles and nods.

Tanu is on the phone with Nikhil, in her room.
She tells him he can't come to the house because he will ruin their plans.
Alia enters and takes the phone from her.
She reminds him of the deal they had and warns him not to come.

Tanu says Nikhil is short tempered and will be upset.
Alia tells her they just have to focus on Abhi.

Pragya and Abhi are with Prem.
He asks if what they just told him is the problem.
They chorus 'Yes!'

Pragya walks away.

Prem tells Abhi that he has a solution.
Abhi asks what it is.
Prem says it's love.
Abhi is confused.
Prem says if men can only show women how much they love them, the world will be better.
Abhi thinks to himself that if he shows Pragya that he loves her, she would sign his properties back to him.
He tells Prem that he wants to go and bring something which is a token of his appreciation.

Prem's girlfriend returns.
She asks Prem what he thinks.
Prem says Abhi and Pragya love each other but drifted apart and if they follow his advice, they can resolve their differences.

Abhi returns and puts something in Prem's palm.
Prem looks at it and shows his girlfriend.
He thanks Abhi and Abhi gives him a hug.

Pragya gets into the room, exhausted.
Abhi enters the room and thinks of what to do.
He tells himself that he has to make her fall for him so he can get all his properties back.
He decides to talk to her.

He goes to her and says she's looking cute.
Pragya almost falls off the bed in shock.
