Zee World Movies: Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 189

The play is still going on.
Raj goes to where the idol is situated, close to the stage but nobody sees him.
He takes the lamp of oil placed at the altar and pours it on the floor.

When he sees Pragya approaching, he tells Mitali that the oil from the lamp has is empty so she needs to refill it.
Mitali says she will refill it.
Pragya tells Mitali to leave it because she can't do anything right.
She goes to the altar to refill the oil.

Vijay, the hired killer sees her and picks up a knife to cut the rope that hangs the big bell at the altar.

Payal, Abhi's assistant, sees him holding the rope and wonders what he's doing but soon walks away.

Vijay cuts the rope.

The big bell is coming down, over Pragya's head.

Abhi sees it falling.
He yells her name and runs to her.
He slips on the spilt oil and falls but he is able to pull Pragya's hand so she falls on top of him and the bell lands on the other side.

During the commotion, Abhi somehow gets Vermillion on Pragya's forehead by accident.

The entire family members rush in screaming.
Sarla pulls Pragya and hugs her.
She says she realises it's a new Pragya but she can't get over the fact that she's her mother.
Sarla moves away and Pragya longs to go to her but she is unable to.

Payal says she saw a guy holding the rope of the big bell.
She sees Vijay and points him out.
Vijay says he's just one of the decorators.
Abhi says Payal doesn't lie.
Vijay says he can't defend himself before them because they are wealthy people.
He sits on the floor and tells them to punish him since they've judged him.

Grandmother says he might be telling the truth.
Abhi agrees with her and suggests they all go back to the festivities.

Purab tells Payal to keep an eye on Vijay.

Tanu tells Raj that she knew Vijay was useless.
Raj says he did his job but Abhi saved Pragya.
Tanu says Pragya has to die.
Raj says they already tried but they can't try again today because everyone thinks it's an accident that's why the are not investigating the matter.

Grandmother takes Pragya into the room.
She asks why Pragya went close to the stage.
Pragya says she went to refill the oil.
She says it happened for a good reason because Abhi applied vermillion to her forehead while saving her.
Grandmother says they are not making progress in their plan.
Pragya says she suspects somebody as the father of Tanu's child.
Grandmother asks whom.
Pragya says she can't tell her till she is sure and she doesn't want the person to know they are watching him.

Raj meets Vijay secretly.
Vijay asks him for the payment.
Raj says he didn't complete the task.
Vijay says he did his job and it's not his fault that she got saved.

Payal tells Purab that she saw the man going in a direction.
Purab follows her.

Raj tells Vijay that he can't pay him.

Vijay hears footsteps and hides.

Purab and Payal see Raj and ask what he's doing there
Raj has his phone to his ear.
He says he had to make a call and needed a quiet place.

Purab and Payal leave.
Vijay comes back out and tells Raj that he needs his money so Raj should watch what he will do.

Everyone is in the garden where the fireworks will take place.

Abhi tells Pragya to stand in front of the giant effigy of the demon with 10 heads so he can take a photo of her.

Praya poses for a photo.
She sees Nikhil and Tanu walking away so she goes after them.

As she is looking for them, Vijay grabs her forcefully and covers her mouth with his hand.
He asks if she's wondering how he would kill her.
Pragya struggles but his grip is firm.
He says she won't even feel pain as she dies.

Nikhil asks Tanu if what happened was a plan to kill Pragya or an accident.
Tanu says the plan failed and she wonders when she would be rid of Pragya.
He tells her to be patient.

He sees Abhi coming and walks away.

Abhi is looking for Pragya.
He sees Tanu and asks if she has seen Pragya.
Tanu says he insulted her in front of everyone and hasn't apologised to her.
He reminds her that she put their child's life in danger.

Grandmother is looking for Pragya.
Aunt Indu asks if she's looking for someone.
Grandmother almost blurts out Pragya's name but she says she's looking for Purab.
She sees Purab and asks if he has seen Pragya.
Purab sees Aunt Indu listening so he says he doesn't care about Pragya.
Aunt Indu asks Grandmother why she's looking for Pragya.
Grandmother says Pragya spent too much on the effigy and wasted Abhi's money.

Aunt Indu says she will look for Pragya.

She leaves and Grandmother tells Purab to also go and look for Pragya.

Purab goes to meet Abhi.
Abhi asks if Purab now has time for him since he has been ignoring him all night.
Purab says he always has time for him.
He says Pragya is gone and the sponsors are looking for her.

Raj is eavesdropping.

Abhi says Pragya must be doing her makeup in the room since he showed her a photo of herself looking worse than the demonic effigy.

Raj goes to look for Vijay.
Vijay tells him that he has Pragya and plans to let everyone witness her death.
Raj warns him not to create a scene.
Vijay says he already did.

Grandmother asks Ronnie if he has seen Pragya.
Ronnie says he doesn't know where she is.
Grandmother asks why he left Pragya after she instructed him to keep an eye on her.
Ronnie says Pragya sent him on an errand and when he got back, he couldn't find her.

Abhi holds an arrow, practising how to shoot the effigy later for the fireworks to begin.
Tanu comes to stand beside him.
He tells her to be careful as he's holding an arrow.
She says it is better he kills her because of what she's going through, she's lonely and even Abhi has shattered her hopes so she will rather die.
Abhi tells her that they should support each other and she shouldn't feel bad about what he said.
He tries to leave but she pulls him back and hugs him tightly.
He raises his hand to hold her but he can't bring himself to do it.

Purab, Grandmother and Aunt Indu meet up.
They all say they couldn't find Pragya.
Ronnie joins them and says he also didn't see her.
Grandmother suggests they tell Abhi

Raj overhears them and worries that trouble is looming because everyone is suddenly looking for Pragya.

BJ goes into the giant effigy, where the firecrackers are stored.
He has Pragya tied up inside it.
He shows her the firecrackers and explain how they will kill her when
Pragya tries to scream but she's unable to because he has gagged her mouth.

Tanu goes to Raj.
Raj blames her and Alia for everything going wrong.
He tells her that BJ said he would kill Pragya in front of everyone.
Tanu says it's good news.
Raj says they will get blamed.

Tanu says she wants to watch Pragya die.
Raj says if she doesn't die, they will get into trouble.

Purab goes to ask Pami and her husband Ajay if they've seen Pragya.
They say they haven't
Mitali wonders why Purab is asking.

Purab goes to ask Abhi if he has seen Pragya.
Abhi says if she has left, then the will celebrate.
Purab says the sponsors are asking for her and if they don't see her they will sue.
Abhi says he doesn't care what happens.

BJ tells Pragya that he has good news for her; he won't kill her but the person who shoots up the arrow to light up the effigy will be the person to kill her and that's Abhi.
Pragya's eyes widen.
He says she will go straight to heaven and she should thank him for that.
He leaves.

Grandmother tells Purab to call Pragya's phone.
He tries but she doesn't answer.
She tells him to go and ask the guests.

Purab and Ronnie go around asking the guests but nobody has seen her.

Grandmother prays to God to save Pragya.

Pami, her husband and Mitali discuss the effigy.
Mitali suggests they go into the effigy and know how much Pragya has spent on firecrackers.
Ajay says if the effigy gets lit while they are inside, they will get burnt.
Mitali and Pami insist on going.

They get there to the effigy and see BJ coming out from inside it.
He tells them to leave.
Mitali says they want to go inside.
BJ says they can't go in.
Mitali orders him to open the door.

Raj comes to ask what's going on.
Mitali tells him.
Raj tells BJ to open the door.

BJ talks in codes to let him know Pragya is there
Raj tells Mitali and his mother that they should leave because Pragya ordered BJ to guard the door and she would be upset if she finds out they disobeyed her orders.

Purab tells Abhi that they still can't find Pragya.
Abhi says Purab seems to have crossed over to the other side.
Purab says it's a serious matter.
Abhi eventually agrees to look for her.
