Zee World Movies: Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 171

Pragya goes downstairs in the morning and doesn't see anyone.
She decides she has to be more strict since the family members didn't take her seriously.
She calls Robin and gives him some instructions.

Alia and Tanu come downstairs to ask Robin why the air conditioner and is not working and there is no running water.

Mitali comes to complain that her hair dryer isn't working either.

Robin tells them that Pragya instructed him to turn off the electricity and water.

Robin goes to meet Pragya.
She tells him to turn the water back on because her bathroom doesn't have any water.
Robin says it's because he bathroom and Alia's bathroom are connected.
He tells her the women are downstairs and they are upset.

Pragya goes downstairs confront the women.
She takes a seat and tells them all to listen to her carefully as she will lay down the rules to living in her house; everyday each member of the house would be up and showered by 6:30 am.
Tanu reminds her that she's pregnant.
Pragya tells her to be up by 7 am everyday.
The second rule is meals will be served at a particular time and if one isn't at the table, they can't eat.
Rule number 3 is that everyone would be given pocket money and they have to manage what they are given.
Pami asks what happens to other expenses like for jewelry and Sari for festivals because she already booked what she would wear for Abhi's wedding.
Pragya tells her to wear what she has worn before because it's not Abhi's first wedding.
Alia tells her not to treat them like animals.
Pragya tells Alia that she shouldn't lecture her on humanity especially as Alia is the one betraying the family.
She says from now on, everyone will have to work for her.
She tells them that she will be going for her morning prayers, so Mitali should make her breakfast ready before she goes to work.

She leaves for the prayer room and Abhi comes downstairs.

Tanu rushes to hold him and cries that she doesn't want to stay in the house anymore.
Alia tells him all that happened.

Abhi marches to meet Pragya where she is praying.
He waits for her to finish then says he would not allow her hassle his family anymore.
Pragya says she is doing them a favour because if they go out to look for jobs, it would be a lot harder.
Abhi says he earns millions daily so they don't have to work.
Pragya reminds him that all his money belongs to her now.
She tells him not to be upset but just follow her orders.
Abhi refuses to follow her orders and says he won't let her torture his family.
Pragya says she is just trying to instil discipline and a better lifestyle for them.
She says he will be the first to follow her rule and accompany her to the office to learn about accounts and how to manage his money.
Abhi says he would rather go to court.
Pragya says it will take years for the courts to reach a verdict.
She warns that nobody will be allowed to spend unnecessarily anymore.

Tanu asks what happens to her wedding with Abhi.
Pragya drops a bombshell by saying they won't be getting married.
Abhi tells himself that he knew all along that Pragya was doing all of this to stop him from getting married but he wants her to say it to him.
He decides to put up his own act.
He asks who she is to stop him from getting married.
Pragya is hurt that he really wants to get married to Tanu.
She quickly recovers and says she doesn't care if he gets married or remains single but he cannot get married to anymore right now.
Abhi asks why.
She says he is her asset and she doesn't want him to get married to Tanu because very soon he would be releasing an album and she doesn't want the news of his marriage to affect the sales.
She asks Tanu if that wasn't the same reason she refused Abhi's proposal in the past.
She says she wants the album to be a super hit and after she makes her money, they can discuss the wedding.
She tells the family members not to keep going behind her back to complain to Abhi because he himself is helpless.
She tells him to go and get ready so they can leave for the office.

They get to the office and the workers all fuss over Pragya.
She orders them around and complains about wastage in the office.

Abhi is upset that nobody respects him anymore but they are running around to please Pragya.
An office messenger serves him a glass of water.
Abhi tells him not to pretend but to go after his new boss.
The messenger says Abhi is his boss and he doesn't want Abhi to be like Pragya.
Abhi takes the water and after drinking, he thanks the messenger and gives him a hug.

Pragya complains about wastage to the staff.
Abhi asks if she thinks it will make a difference.
Pragya tells him he has to learn.
She calls for the accountant to come and show them the books.

Abhi sits on a chair watching her as she works.
He tells himself that he has never even bothered about his accounts before and now he has to pay attention even though nobody is paying attention to him.
Pragya steals glances at him.

Abhi tells all the staff to leave so he can talk to Pragya in private.
They don't leave.
He tells them that they are all disloyal because he has lost everything and the day he gets it all back, he will fire them all.
Pragya tells them to leave.

She asks Abhi why he's taking his anger out on them.
He says she has brought him to his knees in front of his employees and he's seething with rage, so he has to leave.
She tells him to wait a little and see something, then he can leave.

She shows him his balance sheets and asks if he has any idea how much goes out of his account.
Abhi says he pays people to do all that for him.
Pragya says they have moved from the old office but still pays bills in both offices.
Abhi says it's his money.
Pragya says she will get the accounts of the employees frozen till they can find out how the money is spent.
Abhi asks how the employees will get by.
Pragya says they can meet her if they need money.
She calls the accountant in and instructs him to call the bank manager.

Raj meets Alia and Tanu at a restaurant.
He tells them he's just as worried as they are about Pragya.
Tanu rudely asks why he doesn't do anything.
Raj tells Alia that he told her not to bring Tanu to their meetings.
Tanu complains about being pregnant.
Alia tells her to calm down.
Raj warns them not to lose their temperature in front of Pragya because that's what she wants.
Alia asks what they can do.
Raj says they will have to think of something.

The waiter returns Tanu's card and says it's been declined.
Tanu says it's not possible because Abhi just gave it to her.
Alia gives him her card.

The waiter returns it also, saying it's been declined.
Raj pays cash.
He tells them that Pragya blocked their cards so they can ask her for help.
He says she must be planning something big.
Tanu says she can go ahead.
Alia and Raj are worried.

Abhi tells Pragya he's leaving.
She tells him to take 100 from the account or he would go by bus.
Abhi says if he stands on the road, one of his fans will give him a ride.

Pragya gets home and hears Mitali telling Robin to throw away the leftovers from lunch.
She sees Pragya and starts to stutter.
Pragya asks why she wants to throw food away.
Mitali says she made just enough food but Alia and Tanu didn't eat.
Pragya tells her to serve them the food for dinner and tell them it's her order.

At dinnertime, Alia and Tanu get to the table to see it's the same food they rejected at lunch that's being served to them.
Alia asks Mitali if she's okay or she should call Raj.
Mitali asks if she should call Pragya since it was her order.

Grandmother comes to the table to ask what's for dinner.
Alia tells her about the stale lunch.
Aunt Indu gets upset and tells Robin to call Pragya.
Grandmother says there is no need to call her.

Abhi comes in and asks why they all look gloomy.
Tanu says they were served leftovers and even his grandmother was told to eat it.
Grandmother starts coughing.
Alia says it's the food.
Tanu says the food can't be good for her baby too, so she won't eat.

Abhi goes upstairs in a rage.

He meets Pragya taking a nap with soft music playing.
He turns off the music and places a plate of food on the bed.
She opens her eyes and tells him to switch the music back on.
He tells her to get up.
She asks if he's ordering her around.
He grabs her elbow and pulls her up, saying she can call the police if she wants.

He tells her to eat the food she ordered his family to have.
Pragya looks at the food.
Abhi asks why she ordered his family to eat it.
Pragya says she wants to teach them not to water food.
Abhi says he worked hard to make sure he gave his family all the happiness in the world.
Pragya says he misinterpreted it all.
He says she wants to force his grandmother to eat stale rotis and she's treating her like an animal.
Pragya says she didn't ask them to feed it to Grandmother.
Abhi says he saw her eating and the roti got stuck in her throat.
Pragya tells herself it must be Alia and Tanu's doing.
Abhi tells her to come downstairs and apologise.
Pragya says she won't apologise to anybody.

Grandmother says she wants to go upstairs.
Alia tells her to leave Abhi to handle the issue.
Aunt Indu agrees with Alia.

Abhi is still watching Pragya.
She tells him she won't apologise because she was only trying to teach people a lesson to appreciate money and she's doing it for all their benefit.
She says she knows who instigated him to come to her and he should tell them that she has forgiven them for today and if they try it again, they would be eating their next meal on the street.
Abhi has tears in his eyes.
Pragya asks why he's looking at her that way.
He says he thought it was an act she was putting up but the truth is, this is her and all the pain he's feeling because of her shows she's not the one he loved, she's changed so much and she doesn't have the same heart as the person he loved.
Pragya has her back turned and tears falling down her face.
Abhi says she's cold hearted and not the kind hearted Pragya the family loved.
He asks why he's even comparing her to the old Pragya because that's an insult to Pragya.
