'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2140 Recap - Aired: Thursday 05 October 2017

Shoshanna calls Bimpe who is still at the office.
Bimpe apologises and says she's on her way home.

Sho complains about Shina and the deal he was proposing after what he did to her and her friends.
She says she hopes Bimpe didn't set up the meeting.
Bimpe denies and says she would like to beg Sho to still work with him.
Sho says she's sorry but she cannot.
Segun is with Sankey in her office.

Sankey says Chief can be reached on his number but they cannot pinpoint his exact location.
Segun says he must be using one of those special phones.
Sankey calls Chief and he answers the call laughing.

He tells her to calm down and stop trying to get his location.
He hangs up and Segun asks what he said.
Sankey loses it and tells him to stop asking her questions but to go and get the bastard.
Bimpe calls Shina who is at Ziggy's.

She berates him for talking to Sho about the competition before she had a chance to work on Sho.
He asks if the deal can work.
She tells him he has ruined his chances with Sho and her friends.

Chuks walks into Ziggy's and Shina tells Bimpe that he has to go.
He tells Chuks that he has a deal for him and he wants Chuks to work for him.
Chuks is offended.
Shina says Chuks will be his costume designer and he will be exposed to people of international standards in the Industry.
Chuks gets up and walks away.

Cosmo takes OT to the back of the house and berates him for introducing Freddie to alcohol.
OT says he has never seen Freddie drink and if he does, he would be sure to set him aright.
Cosmo believes him.
Philip calls Freddie to ask what he has been up to.

Freddie says he's not been up to much.
Philip tells him he either comes for an internship at Reel or goes for a short course.
Freddie says he hasn't made up his mind.
Mimi comes to meet Tessa in a restaurant.
Tessa tells her that she has decided to publish the article on Charles.

Mimi asks why.
Tessa says he dared her but she's really doing it for Mimi as she knows what it feels like to be used and dumped.
Sho is at Salewa's place.
She tells Salewa and Helen about Bimpe and
Shina.

Salewa and Helen are upset Shina had the guts to ask her to work with him after what he did to them.
Salewa says Titi K is coming back.
Sho and Helen are surprised and happy at the news.

OT and Freddie are hanging out at the back of the house.
OT is smoking.
Cosmo walks up to them.
OT quickly throws away the cigarette but he puffs out smoke from his mouth.
Cosmo screams.

OT lies that he's ill and doesn't know how smoke came out of his mouth.
Cosmo gives him a slap and tells him to go and wait in their quarters.
OT leaves.
He tells Freddie not to indulge OT.
Freddie says OT is a great guy.

Cosmo says there will be hell to pay it Sheila finds out.
Freddie tells Cosmo not to worry as Sheila wouldn't find out
Sankey comes to meet Brenda in her office.
Brenda shows her a pink gift box on her table.
She says it was her receptionist who received it.
Sankey carefully opens it while keeping her distance.

She heaves a sigh of relief when she sees it's a cake.
The cake reads, 'Thank you for being a friend.'
Charles is at work, complaining on the phone to Vicky about Tessa.
Vicky tells to stop whining as he sits atop one of the biggest film companies in West Africa, he needs to grow up and start calling the shots so people can stop taking him for a ride.

He says she was a bit harsh but he thanks her.
She says she won't apologise but would he join her for a drink after work?
He says yes.
Amaka is having a meeting with the Reel employees.

Dikibo and la!de are also present.
Amaka says before they start, she would like to know if la!de had a good time at the retreat.
la!de tells her to just go ahead with why she called the meeting.

Amaka tells them about the sex prison Ego is told her about and says she wants them to do a movie on the survivors.
la!de tells Dikibo that it would be insensitive of them to make such a movie when the incident is still fresh on the minds of the victims.
Dikibo agrees with la!de and tells Amaka to drop it.

Chuks is at home with Ene.
He says if arrogance could make a person rich, Shina would be very rich.
Ene says Shina didn't come across as the type.
Chuks says he turned him down on a deal and if Shina had come politely, he would have considered.

Ene reminds him he's working at Reel so he doesn't need any other job with Shina.
Serena and IK are in the back seat of his car.
Serena says she cares about him but it's not the right time to be in a relationship.
He tells her life would always spring up surprises so they should just go with the flow.
She asks if he's really demanding for a
relationship now that her life is a mess with Alexis gone and Chief lurking.

He says he didn't mean it that way.
She says all she needs is peace of mind.
He says that's what he's saying.
He surprises her with a kiss then tells her to let him love her.

Dikibo brings la!de to his house.
He says he's surprised she's never been there.
She sits on the sofa and he sits beside her.
He says she didn't answer Amaka's question about if she had a good time at the resort.
la!de says she is sure Amaka didn't expect her to respond seeing as she almost ruined it.
Dikibo asks if Amaka succeeded in ruining it.
la!de says no.

Dikibo says he really enjoyed it and there was a bright spark about la!de at the resort that he had never seen before.
She says he was an amazing host and good listener.
He holds her hand and says they clearly feel the same way about each other and he's been thinking about them together, their hearts want it and they could really be something.
la!de pulls her hand away in shock and asks what he's doing

He says he thought.
She says she was only being a friend, maybe it's his heart desperately needing love or he's desperate to move on from Amaka.
She advises him to give himself time to heal because she can't be his rebound.
She walks out.

Dikibo is confused and disappointed.
