'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2130 Recap - Aired: Thursday 21 September 2017

Soji and Shina are in the studio.
Soji is looking at some work Shina has done on his laptop and giving him pointers.
He is impressed.
He tells him to apply for an online photography competition by Parita weaves.
Shina says he doesn't think he's skilled enough.
Soji tells him to try it out and not 'dull himself.'

Charles is still sitting at Nero's desk.
Nero walks in and he gets up.
Nero tells him there is no need as he's going out to help with Alexis' case
He says he knows Charles will hold the fort while he's away.

Shina is in Bimpe's flat, taking photos of her.
He tells her about the competition.
She likes the photo.
He asks for money
She says she doesn't have any.
He says she will need help with the competition like a makeup artist to work with.
She says she will send someone to him.
He asks for money for recharge card.
She gives him some money with a frown.

OT is outside the Ade William's house, lifting weights.
Cosmo comes to ask if he doesn't have anything to do than to stand around and think of the next stupid thing to do.
OT tries to talk but Cosmo tells him to go and read his books and not to bother Freddie.
OT tries to explain again but Cosmo tells him not to embarrass him in the house otherwise he would find himself on the streets.

Charles is having a meeting with his employees.
He gives Oris a task but Oris says he has his hands full with the task Nero has given him already.
Charles asks if he wants to neglect his primary responsibilities.
Oris apologises.

Charles says he trusts they will all deliver on their responsibilities.
He leaves the meeting room and Oris asks Nnenna what's wrong with her boss.
A male employee says today that Nero is not around, Charles has his office and power.
Another employee says he's tired of the childish politics.
Oris says two grown men doing silent gra-gra around the office.
The one who says he's tired says he really doesn't care as long as he gets paid.
Rhoda says it's not the right attitude.
Nnenna tells them to be happy that have the conference room to themselves.
Oris says politics kills creativity and he hopes Charles and Nero don't find out the hard way.

Philip gets to the hotel and calls Yaya from the car park.
She tells him to come and meet her.
She gives him the room number.
He complains that he is in a hurry.
She begs him to just come up.

Salewa and Sho are in the living room.
Sho is on her phone while Salewa is on her laptop.
Sho complains that Obiora hasn't responded to her messages.
Salewa calls Helen to come and see something interesting.
Sho asks what they are looking at.
Salewa says it's a volunteer service in a village in Badagry.
Helen says it can help them improve their chances of getting admission for their masters.

DJ scratchy scratch calls Helen on the phone to invite her on a date.
She tells him to send her the details.

After the call, she says he's so silly.
Sho says she's already agreeing to go on a date with him.
She asks if she's over Ekene just like that.
Helen asks if she shouldn't move on with her life
Salewa says for someone who has been texting Obiora since and he hasn't been replying.
Helen laughs.
Sho says she's sure Obiora is busy as he cannot just ignore her like that.

Serena is on a video call with Alexis.
Alexis says she's having fun and has new friends who live next door.
She says she is missing her mummy and Daddy said she would be in a new school soon.
Serena is shocked.

Yaya is dressed in a red lingerie.
Philip enters the room and asks her where the suppliers are.
She tells him to just relax.
He says he's busy.
She tells him to relax so she can test her massage oils on him.
He repeats that he is busy.
She tells him their marriage is burning down and she's trying to save it.
He agrees to stay.
She kisses him and he responds but then he pulls away and says he's sorry.
She tells him to just relax and enjoy the moment instead of worrying about where it would lead.

Philip is lying face down as Yaya massages him.
She tells him she's done and asks what he thinks.
He doesn't respond.
She lifts his head only to see he's asleep.

Serena is restless.
She stands up from the sofa and starts pacing.
She sits back down.

Shina comes to Ziggy’s to meet the makeup artist Bimpe arranged.
She tells him she's pissed as she's been waiting.
He asks if she has gone through the Parita weaves website.
She says she has and her fee is 50k per hour.
He says he's not even sure he would win.
She says that's why she wants her money upfront.
He says he doesn't have the money but he would be able to pay later; he can't run as she knows his sister.
She walks out.

IK comes to see Serena at Brenda's place.
He meets her drinking and she offers him a glass.
He declines and asks what's going on.
She says she spoke with Alexis and Alexis is happy that she's making new friends and would be starting school so she has decided that she would let Alexis stay with Zane.
IK asks what she's saying.
Serena says Zane would be able to give Alexis what she deserves.
IK asks why she's crying.
Serena says she enjoyed homeschooling Alexis but she is happy Alexis will finally get to go to school and have a normal life, moreover, who needs a mess like her as a mother.
IK tells her she's not a mess but a beautiful woman who has known so much pain and he's sure Alexis knows she loves her and he wants her to know that whatever decision she makes, he would be there for her and with her.
She rests her head on his shoulder.

Sheila sees her father by the pool, getting ready to go in.
She laughs.
He asks if she's laughing that he's finally getting a life.
He gets into the pool.

Freddie's loud music comes on.
Sheila yells then calls Joanne to complain that she has had it up to her neck with Freddie.
Joanne asks what she can do.
Sheila says nothing because she knows Freddie is trying to get a rise out of her and she doesn't want to give in to him.
Joanne invites her to lunch.
Sheila says she wanted to know about the event Joanne invited her to.
Joanne teases her.
Sheila says it's not like she wants to meet anyone but there is nothing wrong with socialising; she needs to get away as Freddie is driving her mad.
Joanne tells her to use Freddie as the excuse, she's okay with it as long as she wears something nice and sexy.
Sheila says Joanne would be the death of her.
