Tinsel - Season 10 - Episode 2109

Salewa and Helen are in front of a disciplinary panel in school.

One of the professors on the panel tells them that they received complaints about a scandalous solicitation video featuring the two of them and they are very disappointed.

Salewa tries to speak but her project supervisor warns her to only speak when it is required of them.
One of the professors asks what the have to say in their defence.

Salewa says it was a promo for their friend who is a makeup artist and it is being misinterpreted.
Helen says they are not prostitutes.
The female professor on the panel tells them that if that is their defence, then it is quite useless.

A male member tells them to corroborate their claims with stronger evidence.
The woman says they will face possible rustication if they fail to do so.
Mimi is in Charles' office.

He tells her that Brenda is not answering him.
Vicky comes in and she's not thrilled to see Mimi.
She asks if it's work related.
Mimi says 'As opposed to?'
Charles tells Vicky to wait for him in his office
while he and Mimi find a way to sort out
Serena's issue.

Vicky sits down and says it's a good thing because Brenda sent her to get an update.
She asks what the plan is.
Charles looks confused then says Odyssey is taking full responsibility for their disappearance.
Mimi says she will assist him in any capacity.
Vicky sarcastically says how kind of her

She tells Charles that Phoenix Prime is standing with him and they will work together to find Alexis and Serena.
Shoshanna is at Ziggy’s.
Helen walks in and says she's sipping cocktails when everything is on fire.

Sho asks if she's not supposed to be in school doing what final year students do.
Helen tells her that she and Salewa faced a panel in school and their final year clearance is in jeopardy.

Sho is shocked that the school authorities have seen the video.
She says she doesn't want her chances of getting back to school to be in jeopardy.
Helen says she and Salewa are about to be rusticated and Sho can only think of herself.
Sho says they should just tell them it was a mistake.

Helen says Sho would have to go to the panel to clear their names.
Sho says she can't.
Helen says they were in the video because of Sho and she now understands why Salewa said she wants nothing to do with Sho.

Sho asks if she really said that.
Helen says she is also saying it.
Sho says they are like her sisters.
Helen walks out.
Dikibo is in his car.

Two men walk up to him.
He shows them a photo of Nero and tells them that he wants him found.
He says he got information that Nero's currently out of town but they need to station someone outside Angela Dedes house, Sheila's house and Amaka's house so he can be the first person to know when Nero returns to town.

Vicky asks Charles if Zane has been contacted.
Mimi says they already told Brenda to send an email to Zane and she's yet to get back to them.
Vicky asks if 'Them' is in reference to Invest Africana.

Mimi says it's Charles and her.
Vicky says she sees what Mimi is doing but wants to know what Invest Africana is doing.
Mimi says her presence covers both personal and professional capacities.

Vicky asks how invest Africana suggests they proceed with the project.
Mimi says she has to confirm from IK.
Vicky says considering they brushed off all the objections raised by Brenda at the start of the project, she finds it off that they haven't even broached the subject.

Mimi stands up and asks if they have a problem.
Vicky says Mimi used every opportunity to make things more difficult so she finds it odd that Mimi has come to help.
Mimi asks Charles to tell Vicky to wait in his office.

Charles is unable to do so.
Mimi picks up her bag and says she won't stay and be spoken to that way.
She leaves and Vicky wears a satisfied smirk.
Amaka is back to her own place.
She's tries to feed Tochi but he refuses

He points at the suitcases that are still in the living room and says 'Daddy.'
The nanny asks Amaka if they are not going back to uncle Dikibo house.
Amaka says no.
The nanny asks why.

Amaka asks if she's alright; when did she start discussing her personal issues with her?
The nanny says she's sorry.
Amaka warns her not to tell anybody what happened between her and Dikibo or it would be her last day on the job.

Ene calls her mother.
Her mother asks if she needs money.
Ene says things are really tight for them.
Her mother says Ene can't keep running to them for financial support.
Ene says it's just a loan and she will pay back.
Her mother tells her she's grown and should deal with it herself.

Joanne is at the spa with Sheila.
A contractor tells Sheila that there is a plumbing problem at the Spa.
Jeanne takes the phone and threatens to get their lawyers on his case if he doesn't fix the problem.
Sheila tells Joanne that Dikibo came to her to ask for Nero's whereabouts.
Joanne says they know the only connection will be Amaka.
Sheila says she called Amaka but she didn't tell her anything convincing.
Joanne says maybe there is nothing.
Sheila says if she finds out that Nero as much as winked at Amaka, he can kiss her goodbye.
IK comes to see Serena at the hotel she's staying in.

He tells her that he was worried.
She says she's fine.
He asks what's going on.
She says she's done working with Brenda.
He tells her that he's sure they can work something out.
Serena says come what may, Alexis is never setting foot on that set ever again.

Dikibo comes to see la!de at work.
She asks if he wants to talk about it.
He asks if it isn't obvious; he's the fool who fell for a woman who absolutely detests him.
She begs him not to says that as he's not a fool.
He says it's true as he allowed himself to be taken for a ride for so long, which is stupidity.

She tells him he's not stupid but a good man.
He tells her not to patronise him.
He asks if she knows Amaka and Nero were being intimate.
She is stunned.
She swears it's the first time she's hearing.
He says Amaka told him.

She says she's sorry
He says he allowed it but not anymore; if Amaka wants freedom, he's ready to give it to her.
He calls his lawyer to meet him at Reel
immediately.

Chuks is at home playing with Amara.
Ene tells him to go and change before he can have dinner.
He asks how business is going.
She says it's good.

He tells her not to worry as when money comes, they will get the generator, now that Amara's school fees is out of the way.
Ene scratches her ear.
He asks if she has paid the school fees.

She says yes.
IK asks Serena what she wants to do
She says all she knows is that Alexis isn't working on the set anymore.
He asks if it's because of Brenda.

She says yes and she thinks Brenda came at her for wanting to get Alexis a doctor, because of Zane.
IK tells her she signed a contract and Brenda won't let her go easily.
She begs him to help her get out of it.
He says there is not much he can do.
She says first it was Chief, now Brenda, was she born to be a slave?.

She holds his hands and begs him to help her.
He falls for her trick and says he is promising that she will be fine.
At the spa, Sheila gets a call from her reception saying she has a delivery.

She tells them to let him in.
The delivery man comes in carrying a big box.
She tries to help him with it and to her surprise, she sees it's Nero.
She hugs him.

She says she wasn't expecting him so soon.
Nero says he didn't think he would be back so soon but he realised he had Angela and never spent much time with her so he doesn't want to make the same mistakes with Sheila.
She asks about his work.

He says there will always be work and someone to do the work but there is just her and he came for her.

She leans on his shoulder.
