Telema is on set, doing a scene.
She starts speaking Yoruba but her accent is too poor.

The director tells Bash that she still needs work.
Bash tells Telema that Yoruba needs more work.
Telema says she's trying and even Tomi tells her she's ready.

Bash tells her to leave Tomi and go to Maami who speaks better Yoruba.
Zane and Alexis are sitting in the Phoenix Prime reception.

The receptionist returns the flower and perfume to Zane and tells him that Brenda asked her to do so.
He tells her to keep them in his office.
Alexis asks Zane why Brenda returned the gifts and if he did anything to offend her.

Zane tells her to be quiet.
She storms out of the room, ignoring his apology.
Tomi and Telema are at Maami's place, waiting for her.
Tomi says she hopes Maami won't be upset.
Telema says Maami is cool.

Tomi asks to use the restroom.
Telema shows her where it is.
Maami returns home.
Telema tells her that the director is not happy with her.
Maami says Telema's Yoruba should be fine now.

Tomi comes out of the restroom.
Maami is upset to see her.
Tomi gets on her knees and begs for her forgiveness.
Maami mellows and says she's a good girl.
Dikibo and Amaka are at home.
Amaka says she wants to help Tochi with his homework.

Dikibo says he will do it.
Amka thanks him.
Dikibo tells Amka that he wants to invite Dr. Gyang and his wife over.
Amaka tells him to let the cook know what to make.
He says he wants them to cook together as it would be a bonding session.

She says she will check her schedule and let him know.
IK is at Ziggy’s.
Serena walks in and he pulls a chair for her.
He asks how her day has been.

She says it's been cool.
Frank takes their order.
IK asks how Alexis is doing.
Serena says she's worried tie project will disrupt her education.
IK says Alexis is smart and would catch up.
Serena asks how he is.

She says she knows his type, the quiet but still has fun here and there.
He says he thought she meant the handsome and irresistible ones.
Frank serves their drinks.
Serena says it's funny IK ordered just one drink because he needs one more for his ego.
Freddie comes to see Sheila at work.

He says he came to update her on his project, he has circulated his questionnaire and told Salewa and friends about it and everyone loved it.
She says she's proud of him.
One of her staff brings flowers and a gift bag.
Freddie asks Sheila who they're from.

Sheila brings out the card and says it's from Nero.
Freddie says he thinks Nero really likes her and he thinks they should go for it.
Sheila smiles.

Tomi and Maami are chatting in Yoruba and laughing.
Telema is feeling left out.
She tells them to please get back to the reason she's there.

Maami asks for her script.
Amaka gets a call from la!de.
la!de says they need to shoot some new scenes as there was a problem with the camera.
Amaka says they will deduct the cost of the wasted shots from the cameraman.

la!de says these things happen.
She asks what's wrong.
Amaka asks her if she cooks.
la!de says she has her work and daughter but luckily Cosmo helps out.
Amaka asks if she can imagine Dikibo wants them to cook for his guests.

la!de says it's cute and it sounds like a one-off request.
Amaka says what if it becomes a habit.
la!de says she doesn't think so.
She begs Amaka to just do it.

Serena tells IK that she and Maro have been at Ziggy’s before.
He asks if they were friends.
Serena says almost but then Maro had to travel.
She says it's been years she went out.

IK says anyone who looks at her would think she's the life of the party.
She laughs and says looks can be deceptive.
He asks why she was off the grid.
She says it's a long story but in summary, she made a wrong decision a couple of years ago and it cost her a lot.

He says he's good at restoring the lost years.
She says she likes the ambience at Ziggy’s but the highlight has been his company.
He pulls her hand in for a kiss but she pulls it back and says she needs to head home.

She hurries off.
He looks really disappointed.
Amaka is in her apron.
Dikibo says he really appreciates what she's doing.
He asks what he can do.

She tells him to just sit down.
He says he really wants to help.
She tells him to go and get ice- cream and red wine for dessert.

He says he's at her service.
She laughs.
He says he has many houses but he always dreamt of a home again and she has made it a reality.

She hugs him.
Serena returns home and Zane asks where she's coming from.
She says she went to have a drink.
He says she didn't think to tell him or leave him a message.

She asks if it's a new rule he just made up.
He says what if he had an emergency.
She says he would have called her.

He says she would neglect her responsibilities in the name of a good time.
She warns him not to ever say that again; for so many years she has thought of nothing else but her responsibility, she didn't want to go through hell but she stayed because of Alexis and survived because of Alexis, all she has done, she did for him and Alexis; what about her and want she wants for herself, doesn't she deserve a life?
He says he didn't mean it that way
She tells him to save it.

Telema comes to see Bimpe at home.
She asks why Bimpe is upset with her.
She says she was in the middle of her lessons with Maami and couldn't answer her calls.
Bimpe softens.

Telema says Tomi was there with her.
Bimpe says she knew it.
Telema says she doesn't know why Bimpe doesn't like Tomi because she's a nice girl.
Bimpe asks which Tomi is nice.

Charles is at work.
He gets a call from Vicky.
She asks if the issue with Tessa has been sorted out.
He says his assistant sorted it out.
She says between them, Brenda didn't consider it a big deal.

He says that's a relief.
She says she doesn't know why Invest Africana is being so cagey.
He says he too.
She says he sounded worried.
He says he was when he saw her call.
She laughs and tells him to forgive her for being so efficient at her job

He says that was why he wanted her so badly...at Odyssey.
She says she hopes he's still not sore about it.
He says he is and she can make it up to him by going out for drinks.

She says she doesn't think it's a good idea.
Sheila's staff informs her that the spa equipment they ordered has been delivered.
The delivery man comes in and drops the package.

Sheila says there is a problem as the package is addressed to the Oasis Spa and her spa is the Mirage spa.
He says it's the right address.
She tells him to confirm the name on the waybill.
He says it's Joanne.

Sheila wonders why Joanne could have made such a blunder.
It dawns on her that it was deliberate.
