My kings daughter - Season 1 - Episode 30

Dave saw one of his old friends in secondary school days. His name was Albert. They were very tight friends back then and datve had nicknamed him ALBERTIUM as a new element in the periodic table. The guy now looked so sophisticated now. He was in the company of a lady(beautiful one).

Dave quickly got up from his seat and went to meet the guy, hoping that he’ll remember him. As dave approached his table, he called him: “Albertium”. The guy looked up with a shocked and confused expression, because only those from his secondary school knew him by that name.
“excuse me, do i know you?” Albert asked and was actually kind of straining and folding his eyes to try and remember dave. Dave just smiled and removed his eyeglass that was covering his eyes before in order to assist Albert in his memory “conquest”.

The lady was just all the while staring from one man to another, looking bewildered.
“holy smockerel. David! Dave is this really you?” Albert exclaimed.
“of course m…..” dave was saying when Albertium hugged him like a long lost brother, and they just kept on laughing.
“Mehn, where have you been hiding all these while?” Albert asked.
“bro, its a long story. One i’m sure you’ll not have enough time to hear. Who’s this pretty damsel?” Dave asked.
“hey, hey, hey. This isn’t an opportunity for you to snatch my fiancee ooh. I’ll break your nose if you even think of it, you know me na.” Albert said to which every one bursted into laughter.

“Dave meet Gladys, my hearthrobe. Gladys meet Dave, one of my mischievious friends back then in sec6ndary school” Phil said, and Dave took her hand in iis and then planted a kiss on it and then said “its a pleasure to meet you angel”.
“hey, i said her name is Gladys not angel, or what are you trying to do?” Albert asked and jokingly punched Dave’s arm.

Dave joined them in their table, and they reminisence about old times, ate, drank and laughed.

Albert was once a player like Dave, if not even more than him, which earned him another nickname “GIRLNISER”. But there was an incident that occurred back then, which made him change for the better.

There was this particular girl he befriended, who he later wooed. He made tons and tons of promises to the girl and professed love to her, but with the aim of getting under her skirt. He successfully became the first to enter her, and that made the girl fall more madly in love with him. After sometime he got tired of the girl and started entering other holes, without officialy breaking up with her. Then the girl caught him on top her best friend, which left the girl devastated. He didn’t even feel any regret, but just used that as a criteria to break up with her.

Unknown to him, the girl’s father was a top ranking military man. Well, the rest is history. After that girl, he stopped having interest in any girl whatsoever. Up till now, he still has a scar to show f6r his “girlnising”.

After discussing for sometime, Dave and Albert exchanged contacts, promising to chat more later.

From there, dave went home. On his way back, Ovie called, and they chatted, talked about how they missed each other and ended with Dave promising to return very soon.
On getting home, he went straight to his room and slept off.

3 HOURS LATER
Dave’s phone startled him and he woke up and stared at the screen :INCOMING CALL-ABIES.

Dave picked it and what he heard was : “hello my love”. To be continued
