Life became so unbearable for her as people started throwing side comments on her. She didn’t seem to understand how two children could die such shameful death in not less than one month.

Ime found she was pregnant, With Joy she quickly informed her mother in-law about it. Janet quickly remembered what Baba told her and she smiled to herself knowing that she’s still on track. Nelson threw an engagement party and his wedding with Miriam was fixed in one month time. Alfred had already arranged for a lady to be brought to him for marriage.

Peace struggled more especially when an extra mouth will soon be added into the family, one day she came back from her hawking business to see Makamba in tears. She tiredly dropped her tray and looked at her weakly, “what’s the problem Again?, she asked. ” someone came to visit me today, Makamba replied.”and?, She asked. “She told me Nelson will be getting married to her, she even dropped this for me, she stretched out a wedding card to Peace, ” and she asked me to stay clear from him or else she will deal with me, Makamba said in tears.
