The killers guild - Season 1 - Episode 67

Lance was just about to step out of the car when Jeff held his hand.

“Listen sir, I’m responsible for you today. Whatever happens to you, I’ll be held responsible for it so please don’t go out, let me handle it.” Jeff says.
“You think that you can handle it? I’m guessing from your appearance that you’re not much of a fighter.” Lance said.

“Violence is not the answer to everything. You stay right here and watch.” Jeff said as he bravely steps out of the car, heading towards the quads as all eyes were on him.

“Alright, let’s see what you can do. I’ll give you two minutes.” Lance said to himself staring at his watch.

Jeff walked up to the men, who were now staring at him with scornful eyes.
“C..ca..can you guys please get off the road? My boss is… and I we are running late, so can you ple…” Jeff stammered losing the confidence he had a while ago as he now stood in front of the beast like men, one of the men who was sitting stood up from his chair and walks up to Jeff without saying a word he gripped him by the neck.

“How dare you, what gave you the guts to walk up to us?” The man, a scruffy guy in his mid 30s yelled into Jeff’s face. The stench from his breath nearly driving Jeff to vomit.
“Ple…pleas…plea se.” Jeff says now finding it hard to breathe as the grip tightens.
“Let him go Squid, he’s but a messenger.” The older guy who was sitting on a chair spoke up and Squid released his grip on Jeff’s throat, then shoved him at one of the other guys that were standing.

“Make him seat.” The older guy sitting on a chair said. Jeff was forced to sit on the vacant chair as the man continued. “Your boss sends you over here to face off with us while he in turn sits comfortably in his car. All this rich folks think that they can just do what they want. Now you sit right there while my friend Squid teaches your boss a lesson or two.”

“No please don’t, he didn’t send me here I came here on my own free will.” Jeff pleaded all to no avail as Squid walks up to the car which Lance was in.

He met the car’s window rolled up and after knocking on it several times without getting a response he decided to break his way in. Squid moved backwards to gain some momentum as he rushed towards the car aiming his fist at the window, just then the window was rolled down and Squid was dragged into the car through the now open window, everyone was watching as things were unfolding.

Lance
Okay so the funniest thing just happened. So the fat guy that picked me up got us stuck in traffic. Turns out some guys were having their chess club meeting right in the middle of the road. So much for my first day at Evergreen city, now I have to start cleaning the streets on my very first day here. Well no problem, I was bored anyways. I was just about to step out of the car when this guy, what was his name again? Jeremy? No Jeffery yeah that’s right Jeff. So Jeff stops me from stepping out of the car, something about been responsible and having to protect me and what not. Oh, so this guy thinks that he can protect me? How funny is that. Well, I decided to give him the benefit of a doubt as he stepped out of the car. I told him he had just two minutes, not sure if he heard me though.

I watched as the mean guy grabbed Jeff by the throat, his face soon turned pale and red as he was choking, he looked like a fowl that was about to lay an egg. I would have loved to run to his aid but my curiosity wouldn’t allow me to, I wanted to see if he was actually going to lay that egg. The man released Jeff soon enough and was now heading towards me.

What!!!
I had to roll the window up as soon as I could, not because I was scared but I just wanted to tease the guy a little bit. The man was tapping at the window furiously but I refused to open up, he kept yelling at me to open up but I refused. Then he moved back and came rushing towards the window with his fist. Wow. I didn’t know he wanted to get in so badly. So I had to roll the window back down else he might hurt himself before I get the chance to. I grabbed his hand and dragged him into the car. He was lighter than I expected. He tried getting up to regain composure but then I knocked him out with one single blow, as my right fist collided with his forehead he passed out, so I cuffed his hands and stepped out of the car, now it was time for me to play with his friends.
