Paul was pacing around
wondering.

‘How could such a full proof plan
have failed.’He thought to
himself.He was still thinking
WHEN.

“A dollar for your thoughts Paul.”
He turned around to see the
‘Powerhouse’ Zach Owens
approaching him with a
smile.Even though he was
smiling his face clearly portrays
fury.

“Paul you f-----g b-----d how
can you stoop so low.”Zach yelled
as soon as he stood eye to eye
with Paul.

“I don’t know what you’re
talking about?”Paul said.
“I saw the guy who broke into
the VP’s office yesterday and he
told me you sent him right
before he escaped.”Zach lied
inorder to intimidate Paul to
confess.

Paul couldn’t believe his ears.
‘That f-----g Agent X and his
cohorts have duped me they are
so going to hear it from me,how
can they do such a lousy job and
still expect full payments,No
way.’Paul thought to himself as
he fell for Zach’s lies.

“So what if i did?What’s the big
deal in that?”Paul yelled.
“{Scoffed}I Can’t believe this guy
you’re such a vermin and i know
just the cure.”Zach said as he
prepared to give Paul the Punch
that would have put him in an
hospital bed for weeks.WHEN.
“Mr owens?.The principal will like
to see you.”A messenger came to
deliver the message.
“Tell him i’m coming.”Zach
answered.

“He wants to see you right now
says it’s pretty urgent.”The
messenger added.
“Fine let’s go.”Zach said.”This
isn’t over Paul.”He said has he
walked away.

(In the Principal’s office.)
Tony was discussing with the
sheriff outside.

“So Mr Jefferson do you have any
idea who could have done this to
frame you?”

The name Paul Mic came to
Tony’s mind but he knew he had
no evidence against him.
“I don’t.”Tony said.

“Listen the guy shown in that
video is one of the members of
the infamous Agent X,have you
ever heard of him?”
“Agent X?I don’t think so I’ve
never heard of him.Who is
he?”Tony asked.

“He’s a drug baron and one of
this city’s most wanted criminal
he has been banned from more
than seven countries already he’s
also been involved in all sort of
atrocities ever since he came into
this city,he takes contracts from
his clients to rob,kidnap and
even execute,his actions had led
to a lot of casualties in the past
few years a lot of life had been
lost the police departments in
this city have tried all their very
possible best to catch him all to
no avail.He’s good at covering his
tracks whoever it was that was
able to get one of his men on
video must be a genius,cause he
rarely makes errors when
executing his jobs he’s a very
dangerous criminal but if we can
arrest one of his clients,i mean
whoever sent him to do this we
might actually have a chance of
locating him and apprehend
him.”The sheriff said.

“I mean his there anyone that
you suspect?”The sherrif asked.
Zach arrived at that moment and
he was just about to reveal to the
sheriff that Paul is the suspect
when the Principal saw him and
asked him to come in.

He decided to postpone his
conversation with the sheriff
until he has heard what the
Principal had to say but the
moment he stepped into his
office and saw the two guards
he had battered earlier on
standing in the office he knew all
wasn’t well.

“No i don’t suspect anyone.”Tony
said.

He didn’t want to incriminate
Paul unless he had evidence.

(After school)
Tony wanted to thank Isabella
before leaving but she was
nowhere to be found.

He was walking to the garage
along with Zach.

“I heard you got suspended for
two weeks Zach.”Tony said has
they were heading to their cars.
“Yeah.”Zach replied.
“I’m sorry it was all because of
me.”Tony said.

“{Smiling}In that case thank
you.”Zach said.
“Are you happy that you were
suspended?”Tony couldn’t
believe it.But Zach can be
unpredictable attimes.

“Very happy,suspension may
seem like a punishment to some
but to me it’s a leave.A two
weeks vacation.”Zach said
grinning from ear to ear.
“Unbelievable and here i was
feeling sorry for you.”Tony said.
“My wife and i will be going to
the Bahamas.It’s gonna be so
cool.”Zach said.

“Will you take your son
along?”Tony asked.
“Ofcourse no he will be staying at
home with the maid,things might
get a little too romantic between
Jennifer and i and i won’t want
him to be a distraction.”Zach
said.

Above everything Tony knew
their are two people that Zach
valued most in this life and that’s
his wife and his son,the fact that
he was once a gangster didn’t
stop him from being a good
family man.

“Less i forget Lizzy came here
and she was very glad to see me
a lot more than usual any idea
why?”Tony asked.

“I don’t know,did she say
why?”Zach said in a coy manner.
“She seems to be of the opinion
that i was dead i think someone
lied to her.”Tony said.

“Did she say who?”Zach asked.
“She didn’t have to i already
know who it was.”Tony said.
“Who was it?”Zach asked.
“You really want to know?”Tony
said moving closer to Zach.
“Humm no not really.”Zach said.
“Good but have this at the back
of your mind that the next time
you scare my girlfriend like that
i’ll print your obituary and send it
to your wife.Are we clear on
that?”Tony said.

“Sir yes sir.”Zach yelled and they
both smiled.
Both men entered their cars and
drove off.

(Same day:9pm in the evening.)

The house looks just like a dark
hollow from afar,the creepy trees
that surrounded it were enough
to chase people passing bye
away even during daytime,from
outside the house appeared to
have been abandoned a long
time ago.Little would they’ve
known that this particular house
was serving as an humbled
abode for the biggest drug
kingpin in the whole county.Paul
wondered if Agent X had chosen
this house on wallstreet as his
secret hideout due to the
mystery surrounding it or was
there another reason,has he
approached the door he knocked
twice and waited for a while
before knocking thrice this time
he waited for even longer
without knocking again.
That was the secret code known
to only those who work for or
patronize Agent X.

The door was opened.

Paul entered.
“Where is he?”Paul asked the guy
at the door.
“The boss is in the
basement.”The guy replied.
Paul started moving down to the
basement cursing in his
heart.The number of goons that
he met on his way to the
basement were more than
thirty,the security here was so
tight that no single human being
no matter how strong or how
great can get pass the security
talkless of reaching the boss
himself,it will take a whole army
of military force to capture this
guy.Paul thought,has he entered
the basement which also served
has the office of the most
notorious criminal in the city
Agent X.

Has he was about to enter one of
the goons came up and searched
his body to make sure he had no
weapons.
“Client no 35.I suppose you have
come to pay the remaining half
of the money for the task we did
for you.”Agent X spoke from
where he sat the whole
basement was filled with bags
containing drugs like cocaine
and heroine.

“What stupid task.”Paul yelled.
Agent X Raised an eyebrow.
Paul was filled with rage he had
totally forgotten that he was
standing infront of a man who
could kill him before he could
blink.

“I i mean your men did an awful
job he was caught on camera
not only that he revealed my
identity.”Paul said.

Agent X looked at one of the
boys and said”Who did the job?.”
“Sir it was Jim.”The goon replied.
“Fetch him for me.”He said.
“Don’t worry client no 35,i’ll settle
everything.”He said to Paul.
Jim soon came and stood infront
of his boss.

“During your last mission Jim did
anyone saw you.”Agent X asked
in a calm voice.

“Y…….yes.”Jim replied in a
frightened voice.

“And what was your
reaction.”Agent X asked.
“I tried to eliminate him but…”Jim
started but before he could finish
his statement Agent X had fired a
bullet at him the bullet went
directly through his skull and he
died instantly.

“I do not entertain failures,take
his body away.”Agent X ordered.
Two goons went over and
grabbed Jim’s dead body
dragging him away.

Paul was stunned at the cruelty
of this man known as Agent X.

“I will take my leave.”Paul said.

“Not so fast client number 35
where is the balance?”Agent X
asked.

Paul couldn’t believe his ears
how can this guy still be asking
for a f-----g balance.

“I owe you nothing.”Paul said.

“You ain’t getting out of here
unless you pay me.”Agent X said
immediately some goons started
approaching Paul.

He had prepared for this he
brought out his phone and
raised it up.

“You’d better warn your goons
to back off otherwise if i push
this button a message will be
sent to this city’s Police
headquarters revealing your
secret location,i am sure they
won’t waste time on getting
here you might escape but all
your valuable drugs will be
ceased so think about it.”Paul
threatened.

Agent X sipped from the glass of
wine he held and burst into a
deep throated laughter.”Very well
you may go.”He said.

Paul turned and was about to
leave when Agent X added.

“But have this in mind,when the
time is right i personally would
find you and i will kill you with
my own hands.”Agent X
threatened as Paul walked away.
