Unbreakable Love - Season 1 - Episode 26

*It’s hard to tell your mind to stop loving someone, when your heart still does.*

He sat on the chair waiting to see her. Never had he imagined himself visiting her in a jail. She entered the room in handcuffs.

“Five minutes,” said the guard who stood in the room hands clasped behind back.

She faced down, couldn’t even maintain eye contact with him. Him being the last person she expected to see after treating him badly. After all she was his mother.
“Mum!”
She didn’t respond.
“Talk to me mum. I know you didn’t do it. I believe you.”
“You do?” She looked him in the eye. “Your father didn’t believe me. He thinks I killed her but I swear to you. I didn’t do it. Someone framed me,” she said in between sobs. “You have to help me son. Your father has turned his back on me. Help me please!”
He was about to hold her hand.
“Hey!” he shouted. “No holding hands.”
“I am going to help you but you have to tell me how you ended up being the suspect. What happened?”

“I received a text from Miley last night. She wanted to see me. I drove to her house and found her lying on the floor dead. I was very scared and minutes later the police officer walked in. I was framed.”
“Time up!”
“I will see what I can do mother,” he watched as the guard dragged her out of the room.
He loved his mother. She might have tried to separate him with Adela but deep down he loved her. He got inside the car and drove off. He wanted to see her. Few minutes later he reached at her house. He got off the car, walked to her house. He opened the door, It was not locked.

He called out her name but there was no response. He was about to walk to the kitchen when he found an envelope on the glass table. He opened it and there was a paper inside it. It reads,

‘By the time you read this letter I will be gone. I want to thank you for everything you have done for me. You showed me love. I have never met someone like you before. I lied to you. I didn’t love you, I never did. It was just a game to me. I felt pity for you because you were heart broken. We might have slept together but that meant nothing to me. I have gone to Spain and I will be getting married in just a week. Goodbye Stevie.’
Have you ever felt like riping your heart off? Just stab yourself because you can’t keep up with the pain you feeling inside your heart. Have you ever loved somebody so much that it makes you cry? Have you ever needed something so bad that you can’t sleep at night? Have you ever tried to find the words but they don’t come out right? You try taking a deep breath. Your heart beating through your chest. To say he was hurt it’s an understatement. His heart started pounding really fast. Thinking that he was dreaming, he closed his eyes and opened them. Everything was so real. He stood up from the sofa and b@nged his fist on the wall. He screamed out her name throwing things on the wall. It hurt him, really bad. He saw her picture hanging on the wall. A picture they took together at the park. He took it and sat down on the floor.
“You! You lied to me. I gave you my heart. All of me loved all of you. Why? But why?” he cried, ” Was I not good enough for you? I gave you everything including my heart. All the love I felt for you. I can’t change things now. My point of view you left me, now I sit here with tears in my eyes. I don’t know what I should do. Take a look at me now. It’s tragedy for me. To see the dream is over. And I won’t be able to forget the day we met. I am going to miss you. Like a honey bee you have taken the best of me. How am I going to be able to erase these memories we shared together. Lilke a paradise you were to me. This is so unreal and unbeliavable,” he sniffed.” What do I do with memories of you? What do I do with the nights without you by my side? They used to be yours and mine. How…,” he sniffed.

He slept on the floor with the picture in his hand. Tears falling like the Victoria Falls. She was his strenght when he was weak. Gave him faith when he couldn’t believe. A hole had been left inside his heart. Alone in the room, the room getting smaller. He stood up and threw the picture on the floor. The picture frame broke into pieces. He took the picture and teared it into pieces. He walked out of the room. Got inside his car and drove out in high speed. He wanted to end his life. His phone kept ringing. It was a private number but he didn’t answer it. He took his phone and threw it out on the car window. He drove straight to his house.

He got at his house and went straight to the kitchen. He opened the refrigerator and took out the beer. He drank the first bottle in one go. He was about to take the second when he heard a knock on the door. It was Gloria.
“I have been trying to call you Stevie. It’s Adela. Have you been drinking,” she said loudly.
“I don’t want to hear her name ever again. She hurt me Auntie.”

“What are you talking about?” asked Gloria with a hint of confusion in her voice. “Adela is in trouble.”
