Unbreakable Love - Season 1 - Episode 22

*Love consists in desiring to give what is our own to another and feeling his delight as our own*

“Your house is very beautiful,” she made herself comfortable as if it was hers. ” I am new in the area so I thought I could come over and pay you a visit.”

“How did you know my name?”
“The woman who live at the next door told me all about you,” she faked a smile.
“Can I offer you anything to eat?”
“No, I am okay. I was hoping that we could go out since it’s Saturday.”

“I am very sorry but I am going out with my boyfriend. He is actually waiting for me. Maybe another time,” Adela didn’t trust her.

“Ohh Okay thats so sad. What is the name of your boyfriend?”
“Stevie! Why?”
“Nothing. You know what I should probably get going,” she said sitting up. “Guess we will go out some other time. It was nice meeting you Adela,” she gave her a hug.
“Nice meeting you to Stephanie”

She walked out of the house and got into her car. She drove off. A black man dressed all in black, wearing a blue hoddie, stands at a crossroads in a totally black- painted town. All of the streetlights in town are broken. There is no moon. A black- painted car without headlights drives straight towards him. He got inside the car.
“What do you have for me?” her deep voice, with a hint of accent was firm and commanding. “I hope you have somethimg interesting. I hate to hear bad news. ”

“Few things. They attended the same school. She lives in Sauerstown, alone. She is hard to crack. I don’t know how we are going to get rid of her.”

“We are going to. We have to eliminate her as soon as possible. She is a destruction. Send a text to the old woman since they get along. The police will think she is the one who killed her. You doing your job very well.”
He watched her slender throat as she swallowed. He looked at her and smiled.
“What are you looking at?”
“You are a beautiful woman Stephanie!”
They burst out laughing.
“That name though. Is that a compliment? If it is thank you. You have covered everything concisely, just as I would have expected from you,” she took the envelope from her bag and handed it to him. “There. One million as I promised.”

“You don’t have any questions?” He looked startled by her bravado.
“Just one.”
“And that is?”
“When are we getting rid of them?”
That isn’t the question, her mind screamed as she watched a sexy smile spread across his lips.
“Tomorrow.”
“What?” All the air seemed to have left her lungs, as if she had run into a brick wall and her heart was pounding madly. “But that five hours left.”
“Is there a problem with that?” His voice resonated with control and his expression hardened in challenge, the smile of moments before gone.
“No..no,” she stammered, hating herself for doing so. “I just hadn’t expected it to be soon.”
“I see no reason to delay.”
His eyes hardened and his voice was firm as he spoke and she knew deep down that he was right.”
He looked at his watch.

“I have to go now. Before I forget, he bought a diamond ring today. I think he is going to propose.”
“What?!” she exclaime
“The man bought a ring.”
“I heard that,” she clicked her tongue.
“I thought you wanted me to repeat the statement.”
She glared at him.

“I have to go somewhere. Get out of my car!” she shouted.
“Okay okay easy tiger. I will see you tomorrow,” he said.

She ignored him and started the car before he even closed the car door. She drove off in high speed. Lost in the confusion of her mind. Looking for a way out help by own fears. Caught up in her emotions of love and pain. She was plunged into a lifetime of total darkness.

We often wonder, where happiness starts. The journey usually begins, in our individual hearts. Each of us possesses, our happiness view. We must stick to our values, in the mirror. We must be true. Spending time with others, who we love and deeply care. It’s these simple monents in time, everyday we would love to share. All the fortune in this world shall not make our spirits sing. It’s amazing how much joy a baby’s laughter seems to bring.
Anyway Stevie opened the car door for Adela. He took her hand as they walked to the house.
“I am nervous,” she said before taking a deep breath.

“You don’t have to be. I am here with you.”
“Your mother hates me.”
“It doesn’t matter. By the way it’s dad who invited us not her. You going to be my w.. Never mind. I love you Adela,” he kissed her on the cheek before knocking on the door
They were greeted with a hug by Gloria. She had come back to live with Stevie’s parents since Adela had moved out. They walked hand in hand in the house and went to sit on the sofa in the sitting room. Stevie’s parents walked in later. Angela was very happy to see Stevie but not pleased at all to see Adela. She felt like kicking her out of the house. They later sat on the table. A sound was heard. She yanked the door open and walked in on them.

“Family dinner, how lovely. Why was I not invited?” she smiled, her eyes on Stevie.
They all stared at her in disbelief.
