[Enigma House – El Crow’s Suite]
An headphone lay somewhere in bed.
Earpiece tangled with the pillow.
Earpods scattered in the middle.
Also, a music list was floating on the screen of the phone on the bedstand.
Moth To A Flame was currently playing.
At the foot of the bed, El Crow sat on the floor, resting on the bed edge with his eyes closed.
A black earpod is in his left ear, and as he listened to the song, he looked calm but at the same time far from it. He looked like he was struggling between two worlds and sinking.
His palms were still stained with Eden’s blood, likewise his shirt.
He still smelled like her blood.
She only found out she was Apex after she was shot, cos he perceived her blood scent.
It smelled exactly like Skylar’s blood.
No difference.
So whoever her Master is, he’s probably trafficking Apex kids.
His door quietly pushed open, and he didn’t have to open his eyes before knowing it was definitely Arturo.
Arturo sneaked inside like a thief, but when he saw El Crow’s eyes were closed, he stopped.
“I…I swear, son, I really wanted to tell you first. Immediately Jethro talked about the sudden wedding, I wanted to tell you, but I lacked the courage cos I didn’t want you to get mad at me or argue with me again.”
He humbly went on his knees in front of El Crow, looking guilty.
“I…. know I’m not supposed to be going this far just to get to Jethro. I know it’s wrong for me to use you for my own ambitions, but I’ll never have peace if I don don’t ruin him.”
Silence hung over the room like strong perfume, and throughout, El Crow said nothing.
He heard what Arturo said, but his mind just wasn’t ready to reply.
He was still in deep thoughts about what Eden said about her Master.
“HE WEARS A RING THAT’S SHAPED LIKE A FEATHER.”
His eyes flew open, and his mind went to the business mixer when Jethro was announcing his relationship with his daughter.
He remembered his finger!
His middle finger had a ring!
Shaped like a death.
He spranged up.
Arturo remained kneeling.
“Do you know if Arturo wears any ring?” El Crow asked fast.
Arturo stood.
“A feather ring. He bought it from a global auction several years ago, according to him.”
“Fuck!” El Crow gasped. “How could I have missed this! How could I have…” He gritted angrily at himself.
“What’s going on?” Arturo asked.
El Crow held his father’s shoulders tightly. “I’ll get married to Bellatrix. Leave it to me.”
“Wait…for real?” Arturo gasped.
He came here ready for a bloody questioning and argument with his son, but El Crow gave in this easily?
“I’ll get married to her.” El Crow smirked. ” She’s the one who should be scared.”
Arturo took a deep relieved breath.
“Now, can I ask a question?” He talked. “What really happened when you were hunting with Darius that year? Why did he get home and started foaming from the mouth?”
El Crow sat in bed, bracketing his fingers softly. He stared into space.
“We ate nothing in the woods during the hunt, but I noticed he was dull that morning even before we started hunting. He was weak, so he went home early. Then out of nowhere I just heard he was dead.”
Arturo nodded. “I believe you, and whose blood is on your hands?”
El Crow spread his palms and checked it out calmly. “It’s a kid’s blood.”
Arturo sat beside him. “The Eden you once mentioned? She’s an Apex kid, judging by the deep redness.”
El Crow went silent.
“Is she dead?” Arturo asked
El Crow looked at him, but he said nothing before looking away.
Arturo decided to not drive further.
He placed a hand on his son’s arm.
“Thanks for saving the Mayor’s daughter. You saved the team.”

[Dread House]
Roselle didn’t hear about the wedding news till she arrived from the memorial.
She was supposed to stay low-key and sad throughout today, but immediately she heard of El Crow getting married to Bellatrix soon, she lost her shit. The most painful part is that she couldn’t lose it publicly.
She couldn’t let others know.
She ran to the storeroom to cry her eyes out. Now, she’s freaking sure that the soul-bond is fake.
Why has it never worked in her favor? First, Skylar taunted her by saying she touched El Crow.
Now Bellatrix would marry him?
All she ever got from him was that freezing kiss in the woods and it was even Bellatrix who interrupted it.
Now Bellatrix would have him?
She can’t even cry publicly because it’s forbidden to want an Enigma here. She’d have to die inside.
And Satan said it was compulsory to attend the wedding.
She’s supposed to sit in the hall and watch El Crow put a ring on Bellatrix? It was too hard to handle.
El Crow used to have a crush on her when Darius was still alive. He stalked her, found her number, talked to her first. She was even the one who later introduced him to Darius and made them best friends.
Why was it different now?
She buried her face in her knees, and Roy entered the store room.
“I knew you’d be here…” He crouched, trying to console her.
“El Crow was supposed to be getting married to me!!!” She cried loudly.
“Rose!” Roy quickly cautioned. “Anyone could hear you!”
By the door of the room, Rosita and Quincy stood with Renee behind them. They looked shocked.

[Five Days Later – Enigma House]
Lovato couldn’t concentrate as she dressed up for the wedding as it was finally the D-Day.
It was El Crow’s wedding with Bellatrix, and since it’s a private wedding, only five members of the 40+ team were invited.
And she was lucky to be a part of the five, together with Castle and the rest.
Since Castle pushed her at the rave, it’s like he has been avoiding her all together. She even tried to apologize for trying to hug him, but he shunned her and disregarded her attempts.
It hurts, and she couldn’t stop thinking about it as she applied her mascara in front of her mirror.
Castle kissed her and even told her to stay away from Bishop.
What was happening now?
She lost interest in the mascara and dropped it after applying it on just her right eye lashes.
She wore her shoes, but just as she was about to grab her bag, she received a text, and she took the phone with no motivation..
But her mood fired up when she saw it was Castle!
Senior Castle: I feel so down. Maybe your nudes would calm me.
Lovato literally tore off her clothes till she was stark naked.
She shut her windows and turned on every bulb in the room.
She took like ten nudes, but then she felt he might need more.
She snapped five more.
She sent all ten and found another dress to wear.
Her mood git recharged, and she saw dancing on her heels as she went down the staircase.
The rest were already waiting for her, including Castle himself.
Bishop wasn’t smiling, but even in his blunt mood, he couldn’t stop himself.
“You look gorgeous, Vato.”
Lovato wanted to respond with a smile, but when she saw the disagreeing look on Castle’s face, she stopped herself from smiling.
She ignored Bishop’s compliment.
Bishop pocketed his hands, pretending that didn’t hurt.
“Can we move already?” Kent said, smoking away.
Blade looked up from his phone, deciding they needed to snap a picture before leaving.
They called a low tier dread to snap them in full as a squad.
Castle’s eyes stayed on his phone. He’s on a weird app where he’s chatting with some anonymous people, and they looked like they’re in a really serious conversation.
📥 These pictures would sell too much! Tell her to put a dildo in herself snap her pussy. She’d do it!
Castle was about to start typing a reply when Lovato tapped him.
“Look in the camera! They’re photographing us!”
He gave her a smile before facing the camera like the others.

[Double Wedding Hall]
As a private wedding with just thirty people in attendance, it was like a luxury ball, and the attendees instantly felt like their elements have been shifted immediately they made their procedurally entries.
It was like the hall wasn’t located in this planet at all. The chandeliers were shaped like spheres and rolling cylinders with pictures of the two brides and two grooms rotating.
The walls were plastered with real dollar notes, and the floors too. It looked like Jethro was tired of the money and he needed this to take the dollars out of his bank accounts.
Each guest had their own table, their own cocktail bottle, their own customized glass, their own customized rose stem too.
Each table has a name too.
It was luxury in luxury.
Midnight and Satan and her twins table weren’t far from each other, and Roselle tried her best to keep calm so she won’t make the mistake of jumping out when the officiator later asks who’s against the wedding.
Rosita was exchanging secret glances and texts with Blade.
Arturo was in the very front as the most special here today.
Enigmas are stuck on their respective tables too, and since they’re not together to talk, they chatted.
Kent: Am I the only one who can’t wait to see how El looks in his wedding suit? I heard that bastard choose a red suit.
Blade: Typical him. Geez, if anyone told me I’d see THE Crow getting married, I’d legit kill the person.
Bishop: I think we should be scared for Bellatrix though.
Castle: Why should we be?
Lovato: Cos he couldn’t possibly like her. I know El’s type. It’s not her!
Castle: Doesn’t like her? And his crow necklace is around her neck?
Kent: It’s a lie! He doesn’t play about that necklace!
Blade: Senior Castle is right. The necklace is really around her neck.
Lovato: you’re saying he actually likes Bellatrix? She’s too dumb!
Bishop: She’s not dumb. She’s just…a soft girl and stuff.
Their chat ended there, cos Marisa entered that moment.
All eyes shifted to her.
“Holy motherfucking…” Kent sighed. “I know she’s a bitch, but she’s madly beautiful, and she’s whitest woman I’ve ever seen.” Kent muttered to himself in great awe.
Marisa stole all attention as usual. Her black dress was plain again, but it drew her curves interestingly.
As always, her skin and body was her accessories, plus her little jewelries.
She settled beside Arturo in the front.
“You always appear in places of doom, don’t you?” Arturo said without turning to look at her.
“You’re here as your son’s father, I’m here to stand as my Tall Doll’s mother. Can’t let her be alone,” Marisa said easily.
—
Inside the grooms room, the two men were ready to go out.
Dressed in their suits and glammed up like real expensive grooms.
Jethro’s suit was white, and he was still trying to smoke out the remaining stick of cigar between his lips as El Crow stood.
He dyed his hair black with tints of white, and it really looked insanely good on him with his new lip ring.
His eyes stayed on Jethro’s finger ring for a second before he looked up.
“You treat my daughter bad, and I’ll kill you bad,” Jethro said.
“I’ll be the one to introduce you to the the meaning of bad,” El Crow unwrapped bubble gum into his mouth as they both left the room.
In the bridal suite, the girls were gorgeously ready too.
But the aesthetics were completely different. While Bellatrix stuck to her usual Cinderella style with her gorgeously long dress, Skylar’s dress was only long at the back.
The front was short—stopping over her knees and taking out the polished straight legs. Her hair was straightened and extended, and her bangs were sleek over her eyes.
She wore the longest heels she could find in the store. The goal is to be taller than Jethro on the aisle.
If she wants to really win this game, she has to pretend she’s really helpless. She’s effortlessly playing the part of the choiceless bride.
She looked eternally beautiful.
When she stood, Bellatrix was standing behind her, smiling.
She hadn’t said a word to her today, and she wasn’t planning to.
“Wow.” Bellatrix checked her out. “You look too good in everything you wear. You’d kill modelling shows.”
Skylar didn’t reply.
“Your makeup retouching is now, Young Miss!” The maids alerted from the inner suite.
Bellatrix rushed inside, and something made a clanging sound.
Skylar’s eyes went to the floor.
There, the necklace sat.
El Crow’s necklace.
Skylar picked it up, checked it out for a brief minute. She didn’t even think twice before throwing it into the right cup of her bra. The necklace coldness charged her nipple, and she nearly froze, but she got used to it fast.
Bellatrix rushed back outside.
“Sky! Did you see a necklace?” She asked breathlessly.
She must have searched everywhere inside. Poor Cinderella.
“What necklace?” Skylar glared.
“Time to enter the hall, brides!” The staffs be the door announced.
Their veils were used to cover their faces, and a minute later, they were walking out of the suite.
Bellatrix with a pounding heart.
And Skylar with El Crow’s treasured necklace stuck inside her bra, cold against her pierced nipple.
