[Noon – Hospital]
Acosta is out to a project supervision, and Peach is not back from school yet, so Allison is in alone, pressing her phone while eating fruits.
She checked Seraphina’s followers and smiled as she scrolled through it.
The princess of Cambodia is following her. Even the current female Mayor, and so many wealthy freaks and celebrities, especially musicians and actors.
“Way to go, First born!” Allison laughed proudly, taking a selfie picture of herself.
She sent it to Acosta with the message: Come back already, black fine candy.
Immediately she sent it, the door opened, and four Odds entered first, then Seraphina came in last.
“I knew I smelled classiness!” Allison shouted. “Look at my daughter! Damn! You look eatable! You’re back to sparkling and it’s blinding me! You’re blinging, you’re sexy! You’re—”
“Allison!” Seraphina laughed till she had to hold the door for balance. “You didn’t even let me enter fully! My head is swelling!!”
“As it should!” Allison got down from the bed, dumping her tangerines.
She held Seraphina by the shoulders, checking her out and turning her around fast, grinning.
“Gawddd… you’re hot! I love your dress too!”
“I got two, so yours is at the Oddsion. You’ll get it when you get discharged.” Seraphina informed.
“Friends who stay together, slays together. I love you!” Allison gushed.
“How’s it with Acosta?” Seraphina asked curiously.
“Together!” Allison flaunted her hair. “He’s mine now! He asked me out properly, and I kissed the fûck out of that mouth of his, trust me.”
“Aww!” Seraphina gushed excitedly.
“You brought something to eat for me? I’m tired of this hospital food!” Allison complained.
“The package!” Seraphina snapped her finger.
An Odd brought a food warmer forward, and Allison literally snatched it, opened and began eating lasge portions with a fork.
She sat back in bed, enjoying her meal. Seraphina sat beside her, picking the water flask and a cup. She poured her some water.
Allison took it and had a drink…
“About Bexley….” Seraphina carefully said, and Allison stopped drinking.
“I knew it!” She stood. “I just knew for you to leave your man this cold afternoon and come here, there’s something going on! You honestly came to talk about Bexley? Why? She was never good to you.”
“She’s your baby sis, and that automatically makes her my baby sis too no matter what she did in the past. You have to forgive her, Lis.” Seraphina stood too.
“Everyone else might not know, but you of all people should know that I don’t play with Bexley, but she kept everything from me, and—”
“And now she has realized her mistake, ok?” Seraphina held her shoulders. “Will you keep ignoring her till she tries suicide?”
“Suicide?” Allison scoffed. “Stop talking like you don’t know her. She loves herself so much suicide won’t even be a part of her plans now. She’d rather starve herself than kill herself. You know she’s an egoist.”
“But nevertheless, you’ll come with her to tommorow’s party and make up with her there.” Seraphina said.
“Tommorow’s party?” Allison blinked.
Seraphina drew out two invitation cards, marking the success of Wrath Investments Empire and Black Rose Capitals, then opening Sera’s Crochets Headquarters and The Ladies Of Sera.
It’s a 4 in 1 party.
“Goodness!” Allison shouted. “Oh my goodness! It’s finally happening. This is so good to hear. I know how to make the hospital release me to for just tommorow to attend the party!”
“Like I said, you’ll make up with Bexley over there, promise me.” Seraphina turned serious.
Allison turned away.
“Come on Lis, for meeee…” Seraphina drawled persuasively.
Allison looked down.
“My man’s handlers are already working on taking her nudes down from sites. They’ll also pronounce fine on whoever reposts it. I asked them to do it.” Seraphina continued.
“You’d do that for Bexley? Really?” Allison blinked once.
“Told you, she’s like my sister too, Allison. Let’s end this anger.” Seraphina cajoled.
“Fine,” Allison shrugged.
“That’s my girl,” Seraphina teased.
Allison rolled eyes.
“And my man is working on your request and Acosta’s. You both will meet the President soon.” Seraphina added quickly.
“Your man this, your man that, your man left and right! Stop this?” Allison broke free with a playful glare.
“Are you jealous?” Seraphina laughed.
“Jealous?” Allison laughed back. “Bitch, I have a man too!”
At that same time, Acosta entered with Peach. He went to pick her from school before coming.
“See?” Allison stuck out her tongue. “My black candy is here!”
She flew to Acosta and held him by the chin, kissing him tightly.
“You guys don’t even consider my presence anymore?” Peach made faces, unmounting her backpack.
“Leave them alone, they’re shameless.” Seraphina laughed.
Peach looked up at her.
“Aunt Seraphina? You’re actually talking to me?”
“Why would I not? Cos you lied on me at the podium?” Seraphina scoffed. “You were getting swept around by the Redd family wolves, so it’s normal to be misled. I have no grudge against you, Peach. At the end of the day, you’re still my sister’s daughter, and you’re indirectly my daughter too.” Seraphina cleared.
She squatted in front of Peach, and the girl hugged her dearly.
“You’re so kind, Aunt Seraphina.”
“It costs nothing to be kind, Peachie.” Seraphina smiled, hugging her back.
“I didn’t even have to talk to her on your behalf before she did. I have the coolest bestie!” Allison bragged.
“I know, mummy-to-be!” Peach grinned as she broke the hug with Seraphina.
“You must come to the party tomorrow too, Acosta.” Seraphina stretched a card to him. “You managed the construction of my headquarters, and you must be at the opening party. Meet great people.”
“Can’t wait for it then.” Acosta took the card with gratitude.
