[Inside the Office]

“You sabotaged the company, Tobias.” The President said immediately Tobias took his seat.

“Yes, I did.” Tobias admitted. “It shouldn’t be a Issue, given that it was destroyed by me—the owner.”

“No, don’t underestimate Vince, Tobias…” The President leaned on his desk. “He’s dangerous. He’s my sister’s son, and I’ve known him for years, even before he was disowned by his father. Don’t underestimate him.”

“I don’t give a fuvk about anyone, and you know that,” Tobias nodded. “He’s dangerous? I’m the danger itself, and he should be scared, but I still see him running around. He’s aiming to set traps for me? The only reason he’s still alive is because I still haven’t decided how I want him to die. I need another creative death different from the ones I’ve been using. How dare he put a baby in her womb!! She was only fourteen, fuckin fourteen!!”

He leaned on the desk too, breaths turning harsh, a little of the rage leaking out of his eyes.

“Put a baby in who?” The President frowned slightly.

Tobias pulled back, grinding his jaws and deciding on silence.

“He kept saying he owns the Empire. I have no idea why he has been saying that, but it surely means something. You know he goes way back with Dean.” The president informed.

“I know,” Tobias inhaled crankily.

“And that’s why you have to be very careful, Tobias. Again, don’t underestimate him. He wanted my grip on you, but he didn’t get it, so he left angrily. Dean’s action made him angrier, I think.” The president said.

“Dean’s action?”

“Dean announced you as the owner of Wrath Investments Empire, revealing the original ownership documents he had been hiding. They carried your stamp, signature, and picture. It has been confirmed that you’re the real boss, and now the laundering case is on your head.” The president explained.

Tobias laughed like he just heard the funniest joke of the year.

“Dean…” He exhaled. “I thought he lost his brilliance, turns out it was only sleeping.”

“There are so many agendas against you, Tobias. Thread carefully.” The president advised. “When your late loving parents told me about you that year, I promised I’d make you great cos you’ve always had the potential. Now you’re already great, though I don’t support your crooked ways, but I won’t watch you get hurt.”

Tobias went silent.

“Yeah, I won’t watch you get hurt.” The president repeated.

Tobias’s phone rang, and he picked on his seat.

It’s Yalda.

“Saint got attacked at the Memorial Estates by some hitmen, we’re still investigating who was behind them, but the most important part is that Xero’s son was there with him, and during the shootout, he shot Saint. Now, saint is hospitalized and unconscious. Tino is nowhere to be found.” She reported.

“I warned him,” Tobias sighed. “He thought I was joking when I told him to cut his friendship with Tino?”

“I think Tino’s kill time finally arrived.” Yalda cleared her throat. “You wanted Saint to see for himself, and that’s why you didn’t disrupt the friendship since then, right?”

“Get Tino, and lock him in a cage with Grimm for hours. Let them play together first.” Tobias ordered. “Xero still hasn’t payed for touching my baby inappropriately, it’s hightime he payed for that sin.”

“On it, and there’s another thing…” Yalda quickly said. “The younger sister of Seraphina’s best friend—Bexley, was there too at the Memorial Estates during the shootout. I interrogated her, and she mentioned Saint actually took the bullet for her.”

“I’ll handle it, and send two of you to Saint’s hospital ward. There’ll be no entry except for the doctor.” Tobias said resolutely.

“Sure.” Yalda hung up.
