[Allison’s Mansion – Midday]
“Who the hell?” Allison’s voice rang out, following the ringing of the doorbell as she set the dinning with home-cooked meals and aged wine bottles she specially got.
She left the ostentatious dinning and rushed over to the door, opening up to meet a smiley faced Seraphina.
“Baby!” She squealed, surprised.
“You changed your door code? I couldn’t open!” Seraphina pouted.
“Yeah, after how Dean and his stupid guards barged in, I had to change the door system. You’ll get the new one before you leave though. You’re the second owner of the house anyways.” Allison hugged her tight.
“Gosh, I missed you.” Seraphina breathed her in.
“Me too!” Allison followed with the same energy.
They broke the hug with a little laughter, and Allison led her in, straight to the full dinning.
“You did not!” Seraphina dropped her bag with a jump.
“Yes I did!” Allison smiled wide. “I should have been done, but I told Bexley to come help, and that bîtch refused, so I had to do it alone,. Take it as it is, bestie. Congratulations on your first sales, my baby.”
“Gawd, you’re so sweet.” Seraphina hugged her again. “I love you so much, Lis. Don’t ever leave me, ok? Even if you get mad at me, just tell me and let’s settle it amicably. I wish I met you earlier, you’re the only one I have by my side.”
“Aww,” Allison rubbed her back. “You better don’t cry. I love you more, Phina. And I’m the only one by your side? What about the helper you have refused to introduce to me?”
Seraphina went rigid at the mention of that part.
She thought it throughout last night. She hasn’t been able to give herself closure or come to conclusion till now. Why did he chase her away after she talked about labels?
He even nearly shot her.
Why the fûck would he do that?
Yeah, he’s a killer who made her suck his cóvk kneeling on a dead body, and she should have expected more gore, but at least, she thought their deal made her close to him somehow.
Especially after how he allowed her hug and shut Migos up.
She was wrong.
She even tried studying the mail he sent her about lands, weapons, money laundering and illegal empire management.
But she couldn’t do it well.
Why would he try to shoot her?
Allison broke the hug, giving her face a critical look. “Wait…you didn’t have a fight with the helper, right?”
“No.” Seraphina firmly replied. “No, I’ve just been tired from crocheting my second batch of orders since daybreak.”
“Worry not, I got you!” Allison pulled a chair out for her.
“Thanks, milady!” Seraphina smiled brightly, sitting with great appetite.
Allison is a really great cook.
Seraphina had no one to teach her cooking, so she learnt everything she knows about cooking from Allison.
But Allison’s food is to die for, so preparing a full table of home cooked meals is the best gift she could give.
She enjoyed the meals, especially the hot Mexo-American tamales and the corn dishes, they filled her tummy till she nearly bursted.
Allison kept checking the time though, noticeably.
“Let me guess, workaholic, you have an event?” Seraphina asked.
“Yeah, but by 3, so there’s still enough time to spend with you.
It’s not an event per se. But a mysterious owner of a land that caught Redd Holdings interest connected me with a network. Now, the Redds have to meet me if they wanna buy the land, and I’ll direct them to the person. But I’ll get paid hugely.” Allison explained.
“But you don’t even know the owner of the land?” Seraphina frowned.
“Yeah, but he’s a mysterious rich man, Phina. He only messaged me overnight, and I accepted the deal to be his bridge to Redd Holdings. I’ll charge Redd Holdings with millions, trust me to break their backs.” Allison promised, dropping her fork.
Seraphina laughed.
“Now,” Allison stood. “The main part of the shit!” She clapped twice.
And like seven beauticians and female skincare tech came downstairs, carrying trolleys of their kits with their gloved hands, covered heads, and nose masks.
They look too professional like they’re foreign or something.
Seraphina stood, giving Allison two questioning blinks.
“Tell me you’re not selling me, Lis.”
“Girl, you’re about to get your lashes and nails and hair done. Get a pleasing massage and waxing too. I knew you’d say no if I decided to take you there,so I brought them here.” Allison snapped her fingers.
“Fûck, you’re persistent.” Seraphina laughed genuinely.
“C’mon!” Allison pulled her. “Come get your beauty multiplied.”
Seraphina didn’t pull back.
She followed, wholeheartedly.

[Odium Hell Building]
The fire burned viciously, as usual. The inferno roared through the building like a live beast, sending huge sparks flickering up noisily.
Odds are present, dressed corporately as required for this place.
It’s the mood.
But they’re not complete yet, cos Tobias isn’t here. His seat is empty.
There’s an addition in the middle of the place—the ginger-haired reporter.
She’s not tied up, Odds find it overrated. She’s on the ground, unable to move. The shots of injection in her body makes that impossible.
She lay like a living corpse with slightly foamy stuff coming out of her lip corner.
“When’s the Horror Night again?” An Odd asked beside Migos.
“You asked the wrong person,” Yalda responded from the other side. “This bastard is naturally temperamental, but now he got a leg shot from Wrath, he’ll eat you raw. Horror Night is next week, to answer your question.” She raised a shoulder.
Migos kept quiet, but he released a thick grunt, maintaining his posture.
All talks siezed when Tobias entered with Jude behind him.
Silence reigned, and the ginger-haired reporter on the ground struggled to get up again, following her survival instincts.
The instincts died as fast as they kicked. She only let out more foamy stuff from her mouth.
“Mmh,” Tobias sounded. “She’s here.” He gave her a cruel smile.
“Bitch was at her only son’s birthday party. We got her dead-drunk, and transported her.” Yalda talked.
While Jude stayed beside Yalda, Tobias stood beside the reporter’s body on the ground.
He pushed her head aside with his shoe, and she rolled flat on her back, jerking helplessly.
“Migos, get me water, or your pee. Any damn liquid.” Tobias muttered.
Migos excused himself and returned after a minute with a bottle containing his pee.
He sprinkled it generously on the reporter’s face, and that seemed to give her a little power to tilt up.
“Y…you…?” Her drowsy eyes met with Tobias’s striking ones.
“Yeah, me.” Tobias raised a shoulder, his smile turning crueller. “The Priest who smells nice. The perfume is oud, and I make it myself, yearly. I’d have made you one, but you’re not gonna be able to use it anyways. I might send one to your son though.”
“Let go of…me…” She kicked, gritting her teeth painfully as she spat out thick saliva, the urine formed rivulets down her neck. “If you think I’m scared of your tricks, then you have something else coming.”
“I do like your determination to get your job done though. I mean, the Redd couple gave you the Intel to come for me, and you came.” Tobias lowered that shoulder.
“How did you….” She whimpered shockingly, grabbing her tummy.
“I’d spare you for your boldness, but I hate your hair,” Tobias’s stare lowered to her strands. “I’ve always had this burning hatred for ginger color. In elementary school, a classmate confessed she liked me, but she was ginger-haired. I poisoned her during lunch and she suffered from severe hair loss throughout the year.”
“You don’t scare me!” The woman shook her head, bold. “You don’t.”
“Ok,” Tobias nodded, signalling at Yalda and one other odd.
The two entered one of the Hell rooms and pushed a button.
A guillotine rolled out from a secured hydraulic system in the ground.
The blade looks like it hasn’t tasted blood before, but that’s because it’s been long since it tasted blood.
This blade ended hundreds.
The ginger-haired woman stayed stupidly bold as she was dragged there, neck placed between the blade and stake.
“You don’t scare me!!” She yelled.
Tobias pushed the blade button by himself. The blade went down her neck smoothly, precisely, slicing her head away from her body.
The head rolled down to a waiting bowl, and her blood stained Tobias’s face as it splashed out of her stump.
The Odds smiled. Everyone of them.
Cos as the blood flowed, it flowed to the burning fire, acting like the gasoline, fueling the flames.
Smokes arose.
Their smiles turned to chuckles of a new oil to the fire after years.
Jude passed an handkerchief to Tobias. He took it and wiped his bloody face smoothly.
“It’s the Horror Night next week, Hell’s Paradise will be open. Get enough jolts for your muscles, heat will resume.” He announced.
“Yes, Wrath!” They echoed satisfactorily.
“Drive me to Dean’s Estate,” He faced Jude. “He has so much to pay for. It’s hightime I paid him a visit.”

[Dean’s Estate – Seraphina’s Room]
Seraphina made sure to make the final piece of her second batch before taking her phone to start studying the detailed email she received.
Father Tobias might have almost shot her last night, but the deal still stands, and if she does well in this, she gets the land completely.
She can’t bomb it.
She has spent three hours on it now. Having the whole house to herself paid off. No noise. No distractions.
Though, her new lash extensions and nails feel weird and new on her, even curled hair extensions. Allison made her get everything including waxing.
When the hair extensions got too disturbing, she had to cover up with a hair bonnet.
Now she lay on her back in bed, phone screen to her eyes with low lighting as she read, ignoring the lashes that feels like she carried a country on her eyes.
The sudden buzz of her phone distracted her.
She’d have ignored, but when she saw who it was, she spranged up quick.
Sugar Father.
That’s the new one she saved the Priest’s main number with it.
He texted her?
She clicked fast, and when she saw the message, she relaxed.
Sugar Father: Reading?
She typed back…
Seraphina: Nope. Thinking about how you nearly shot me.
Sugar Father: It turned you on? Tell me how my p$ssy is doing.
Seraphina: Uninteresting as fûck. Didn’t know you were so sensitive about your childhood. I’ll stay off.
Sugar Father: Good. And there’s a gun-use note in the email too. Read extensively, you can decide to shoot back next time, if you dare.
Seraphina smiled before adjusting in bed, typing…
Seraphina: I got my nails and hair and lashes done. Wanna see?
She quickly took pictures of her eyes, nails, and she removed her bonnet to take the curly hair extensions too.
Even her ears, she took pictures too cos Allison made her wear earrings.
But before she could send the pictures, he sent another text…
Sugar Father: I’ll see for myself.
Seraphina: I don’t get.
Sugar Father: Stay confused.
Seraphina frowned, deciding to wait for what his plan is.
But she still sent him the pictures anyways, then she dropped the phone and went downstairs for some juice, but she stopped when Kelly bounced in, looking like she owned the estate and Seraphina herself.
She didn’t come alone.
She has cooperate thugs behind her who went upstairs at her orders.
They entered the bedroom and began throwing Seraphina’s things out.
Not just out, but from the railings, they threw it down, shattering the large bags and breaking the heels and other shoes.
They tore the sneakers.
They weren’t just throwing, that were destroying, too.
“What the….fûck!” Seraphina dropped her juice, rushing up, but Kelly met her halfway up and planted herself in her way like a fuck.
“Oh, the bitch retouched herself. Lash? Nails? Hair extensions? You smell like you bathed with perfume too! Ohhhhhh…. you’ve been fuckin a sugar daddy…. haven’t you? Well your stay here is over. You can do whatever the fûck you want with the land, and you can continue your business marriage with Dean from a sauna or ghetto, but leave!”
Another of Seraphina’s bags was thrown from up, and her crotchets poured away. The second batch she’s working on.
“My work!” She forcefully pushed Kelly off, making her way up.
But Kelly just wouldn’t accept it. She pulled her leg, dragging her back to the starting spot.
Pivoting, Seraphina kicked her away, and she rolled down.
Kelly hit her head on the railings more than twice before she landed.
Dean showed up immediately.
His layered head bandages are gone, but it’s obvious he’s still weak from the way he carried his neck delicately.
“Kelly?” He rushed in. “Kelly, what the fûck!” She went forward.
“Babe!” Kelly stood, holding her head with a wince, but to her shock, Dean went past her, going over to Seraphina who’s above.
“You ok?” He asked her.
Seraphina scoffed, and another one of her bags landed from the thugs.
“Throw one more, and I’ll make sure y’all get imprisoned without a bail for life, paupers!” Dean seethed.
“Dean!” Kelly’s eyes popped.
“I told you to never do anything without my consent! Do you ever listen?” Dean yelled.
“Dean?” Kelly repeated, still shocked at his tone. “Dean, it’s me! Your fucking fiancee!”
And then the house received a new visitor, strolling in dignified from the door.
Tobias, with Jude behind him.
Seraphina’s eyes lit.
So this is what he meant by he’d see it for himself?
“Tobias?” Dean’s eyes squeezed in displeasure and irritation.
But Tobias looks like he’s not even here to see the owner of the house.
He went past Kelly, past Dean himself, till he reached Seraphina.
She didn’t expect it, but he did the unexpected anyways. It was instant and fast.
He lowered his lips to her new lashes, kissing both her eyes deeply.
Then, he lifted her two fingers to his lips to kiss the blue-painted shinny long nails, too. Her two ears received the domination of his lips next.
He kissed the earrings.
His lips met her hair last. She felt the kiss in her scalp.
Seraphina melted, her knees nearly gave out under her body.
But his next words ruined her more life more……
“You’re damn beautiful, Anathema.”
Her heart raced unhealthily as she looked up at his eyes, forgetting about the other people present here.
“Sugar Father.” She whispered.
