⏩ We shared a long ki-ss and i felt so happy, i felt so relief to let him know how much i feel about him.

“you’re a good ki-sser,” he said looking de-eply into my eyes.
“this just my first,” i said shyly while he smiled then ki-ssed me on my forehead.

“i love you so much and i mean it Chloe,” he said while i smiled.
“i love you too, i hope this love last forever,” i said while he smiled.

“loving you was never in my thought but immedaitely i laid my eyes on you, i couldn’t help myself but to fall in love,” he said while i blus-h then hug-ged him so tight.

“i hope everyone will approve of this,” i wishper to him.

“we need to go and see your mom, am sure she’ll be happy about this,” he said.

“i hope so, because i don’t think mom will fully be happy when she knows that Jasmine still love you,” i said sadly.

“Chloe i want you to know Jasmine doesn’t love me, she’s just obsessed with me,” he said but i was not convinced, am still scared Jasmine might hurt me. She hurt our mother so it wouldn’t be tough for her to get to me, seems she’s heartless.

“what about Declan? i asked sadly while he sighed then held my shoulders.

“i’ll talk to Declan myself. Please Chloe what important now is that we love each other and am so happy to have you,” he yelled in excitement while i giggle.

“hey don’t be silly let go,” i said while i get into the car.

“you made me to love again, because when Jasmine left i thought i’ll never gonna fall in love again but you showed me the true meaning of love the very first day i meet you,” he said while i smiled.

“i also thought nothing good comes out of love, when mom told me about her love story, i was scared, i don’t want to end up like her, i don’t want to make mistakes nor end up hurt by the people i so much love. I never believe in true love and i thought i was never gonna find one. Thank you for making me realise what love is all about, i guess mom was right when she said love is sweet when you’re with the right person,” i said while he smiled then started the engine.

We stopped at a nearby Restaurant and got some food for Aunt Cecily and Erica, am sure mom will also want to eat something. After some minutes we arrived to the hospital and i couldn’t help but to blus-h with the way Ethan was treating me, he open the door for me while i step out and he took my hands in his as we walked in, i was glad to see my mom awake with Erica and Aunt beside her.
“mom,” i said then went over to hug her.

“i miss you mom, how are you feeling? i asked while she smiled.

“don’t worry about me, am fine” she said. Erica seems surprise when she saw Ethan walked in and mom just smiled.
“how are you feeling now aunt Camille? he asked.

“thank you for visiting me Ethan, am feeling much better,” she said while i smiled.

“thank goodness,” Ethan smiled then held my hands and i kinda feel so nervous.

“you two seems so happy today? Aunt Cecily asked while i smiled then looked at Ethan who equally smile, i feel so happy to have him in my life, i feel so strong right now and i know with him by my side we can overcome every obstacle on our way.

“Erica, aunt Cecily, i guess you must be hungry, i and Ethan got you some food,” i said then picked up the leather bag to give them.

“is their anything you would like to tell us? Erica asked.

“hmm.. yes but this not the right time, i want mom to fully recover first,” i said then glance at Ethan.

“are you now couples? Erica asked while i looked at mom.. Erica must have sense it already, she’s so smart.

“yes…you’re a good guesser, Chloe and i are now couples,” Ethan said while i smile.

“mom, are you okay with that? i asked while she nodded with a smile.

“as far as my Chloe is happy and i hope you treat her well,” she said to Ethan while i smile.

“what a perfect couples, come and give me a hug,” Aunt Cecily said while we hug her.
“i so much love Chloe and i promise you never to hurt her,” Ethan said while we all giggle.
“am so happy for you,” Erica said then give a hug, i know it seems so sad for her to see the guy she once loved is now in love with her sister.

“thanks for your support,” i smiled. Suddenly the door went open and i heard a familiar voice.

“Chloe and Ethan are now couples? Declan asked still standing at the door, am sure he might have heard our conversation, he was holding a beautiful bouquet of flowers but dropped them and walked away in anger i guess, he must be so much hurt.

“Declan? i called then ran after him but he was too fast, i couldn’t find him again. I return back to mom’s ward in sadness the picked up the beautiful flowers he threw, it smell so nice, a card feel from it and i picked it up and open it which read: GET WELL SOON AUNT CAMILLE
“mom, i guess this for you,” i said then gave her the card while she smiled.

“Declan must be hurt, please tell him i appreciate all these,” mom said to Ethan.

“i know he’s hurt, but i’ll talk to him myself,” Ethan said while i nodded.

“i don’t want Declan to hate me for this, i hope he listen to me because i also need to talk to him,” i said while Ethan held my hands.

“allow me do that, please Chloe allow me handle this,” i said while she nodded.

“Declan is a good guy Chloe, am sure he’ll be happy to see you and his brother happy,” Erica said while i smiled.

?Ethan’s POV?

We spent time together with Aunt Camille and the doctor said she might be discharge soon, i drove Erica and Chloe home but i was uncomfortable with the look Erica was giving ,

i hope she’s happy for me and Chloe. I kinda feel bad about the whole situation, this will gonna be tough, Declan is already angry, Erica… i don’t know about her for now, Jasmine might cause Chloe pain but i won’t allow that and dad and mom i don’t know if they’ll approve any of this but what certain is my love for Chloe am willing to fight for our love so we can be together.

I arrived home so happy to break this good news to mom, i know she might not be happy to hear but she’s my mom and deserves to know it. I meet Declan at the sitting , he stood up in anger and it as if he was waiting for me to come in.

“Declan,”
“are you now couples… so it you Chloe chose to love? he asked.

“Declan am sorry i don’t want you to think any negative thing about me, i love Chloe so much that i can’t hide it anymore, i have try so many times to let go of that feelings but i realise it wasn’t just a mere feelings but true love. True love never dies so please let love lead,” i said while he glare at me.

“you betray me, i thought you’ve always supported me but make me believe you gonna make Chloe love me but you did that to yourself, for your own selfish reason,” he yelled.

“Declan, Chloe isn’t happy to see you this way, i hope you get over this soon,” i said
“afterall you never love her, all you wanted was to have her in your bed cos that what you once told me that,” he yelled.

“that was all in the past, i was so foolish then but now i realise how much i love Chloe and am willing to do anything to protect her, i love her so much Declan, sorry for everything am sure you know love is what comes from the heart which we can’t control,” i said.

“but i love her,” he yelled.
“but she told you that herself, she told you she don’t feel the same way.. Declan…

“enjoy while it last, but know that nothing good last forever,” he said then walked out of me, i sighed then sat down still in thought, i feel so guilty, i know Declan is still in pain, i wish i never bring Chloe here to work as a hosue help maybe Declan wouldn’t have meet her and all this wouldn’t have happen. My phone rang bringing me out of my thought, i smile when i saw it was Chloe calling.

“Chloe,” i said happily.
“hope you’ve arrived home safe? she asked while i smiled, hearing her voice alone makes me smile and to forget about everything that is troubling me.
“am missing you already,”
“really… i always miss you more. Ethan i feel so happy with you in my life, i never knew this is what love ia all about,” she said while i smiled.

“you don’t know how happy i am, to know that you feel same way towards me,” i said.

“so what about Declan…is he fine? is he at home? she asked and i could sense the sadness in her voice which make my smile fade away too.

“i will still talk to him, Declan is my brother and am sure he will consider my happiness and your happiness as well,” i said while she kept mute then breathe out.

“i hope so, i don’t want to be the cause of his sadness,” she said sadly.

“Declan will get over it soon Chloe, and i hope he find someone who’ll love him back in return,” i said.

“i hope so too, please Ethan take care for yourself for me,” she said while i smile.

“my baby Chloe can sweet talks,” i teased while i heard her laugh.

“take care, i love you too,” i said before hanging up.

?Chloe’s POV?

I smiled then dropped my phone on the bed. Ethan is just so sweet and i feel so lucky to have him. But i want him to be in good terms with his brother, i also want Declan to be happy. I stood up then went to the balcony, i glance at Erica room and i guess she’s sleeping, i stared at the most shining star and close my eyes to make a wish. I just wish for one thing and that’s happiness, for my family to find happiness especailly my mom.

?”Ethan.. your love is like a sun..
…that lights up my whole world.?.

“i feel the warm… inside..?.

?”is like a river…
“?that flows down throu-ghmy vein..

? “i feel the chill inside…”
I sang the song perfectly well, using Ethan’s name, that mom’s favorite song and she also like singing it. I guess am so much drunk in your love Ethan.

⏩Erica’s POV⏩

I buried my face in my pillow as i cried in pain. I keep on losing, first it was my parents and i ended up being an orphan and now the one i so much love. Ethan and Chloe are now couples, soon he’ll gonna propose to her then get married and that’s how am gonna lose the one i have always loved. I won’t allow that, i have to keep on fighting to win his heart, i need to take a step right from now. Ethan first show interest in me, and we always meet up at the club but everything was ruined when Chloe came up with the idea of her working as their house help, she ruined everything for me. I stood up then went to my bathroon and wash my face, i stood infront of my mirror and take a good look at myself.

“you’re so beatiful Erica.. but you’re left alone.. you have no one else not your parents and not the one you love,” i said to myself wioth a frown.

“am not gonna allow anyone stop me from fighting for my love…

?Jasmine’s POV?

I was damn tired after playing basketball with Sean, he isn’t a good player like my Ethan, i still remember those pretty times i play basketball with Ethan and he’ll allow me win, he’s just so romantic and i love him so much for that, but am still in shock to know he loves Chloe… why will he even think of that, the more he keep on loving anyone the more i have more enemies because Ethan was once mine and am gonna have him.

“Jas,” Sean tapped me har-der and i almost forgot i was lost in my thought.

“are you planing anything again? Sean asked while i laughed.

“nothing… am just worried about the little quarells mom always had with dad they don’t even seems to be in good terms,” i said sadly.

“and it all because of you,” he said.

“wait a second! how does that get to do with me? i asked.

“because you insisted to visit your real mom and now you came home leaving her in the hospital, dad is just trying to show concern while Mom seems jealous,” Sean said while i rethink for a while.

“am not gonna allow that happen, is either that woman leave or we leave,” i said.

“what did you mean? he asked.
“i’ll talk to mom about his first,” i smirked. That woman won’t come from nowhere with her children to destroy the family my dad struggle to build for the past eighteen years. Mom won’t even allow that..

?Sebastain’s POV?

It a good thing Camille will soon be discharge but i need to see her. I arrived at the hospital so happy to see her, i can’t wait for her to recover soon so she could get back to work, atleast i will be able to see her all day. I smiled as i walked in but she was asleep, i was surprise to see Anton her ex-husband seated next to her, he was holding her right hand….
