” I wasn’t planning on doing any of that.”

” Well thanks for the generosity. ” I set off to go.

” I know where they are, ” I halted, ” the girls from the other night. I know where you can find them. ”

” You do? ” He nodded.

” I will show you if you want me to. ”

I rolled my eyes, ” That’s how it always turns. You know what, don’t bother taking me there.”

” I’ll be plea-sed tho. ”

” Fine, ” I gave up, he’s such an annoying thing. ” What condition? ” I asked.

” You gonna tell me what’s up with you and them and what’s so important about spying on them? ”

” Those girls are murderers. They are the ones responsible for Eve’s death. That’s only if you know who Eve is. ”

” Of course, I do. I mean who doesn’t? ”

” And now, they are up to killing my friend. ”

” Who? ”

” Stella. ”

” Who’s Stella? ”

” Do you have to keep asking me that? I’ve told you what you nee-ded to know, don’t you think you should show me alre-ady? ”

” Fine. Follow me. ” I trailed after him, hoping he wasn’t lying about knowing where Christiana and her friends were.

But if it eventually turns out that he is lying, I won’t hesitate to knock him down.

” Don’t worry, sweetheart, I ain’t kidnapping you this time. ” He said with out sparing me a glance.

How the heck did he know what I was thinking? Did he re-ad my mind, or was it so obvious on my face to think that he was actually trying to kidnap me?

” You know the last time I remember, you absolutely acted more than a kidnapper. Who knows what you are up to doing now? Your type are always unpredictable. ” I scoffed.

” But I’m not. ”

” Oh, plea-se spare me that belief. ”

We got to a dark place, as if that was the centre of darkness in the Rutherford’s compound. And I wondered what these girls were actually doing in there.

” How do you know they are here? ” I asked him.

” When you left, I followed them. ”

” Wow, so now I see. ”

” Now you see what? ” I notice him look at me, but the darkness of this place won’t let me see how angry or confused his face looked.

” Now I see you are a pretty good stalker.”

” I’m not a stalker, at least you should be grateful I did find out where next they’d meet. ”

” Well I am grateful. ”

” Whatever. By the way, who are they? ”

” I can remember you asking me that before we c@m£ here. ”

” Sorry, I forgot. ”

” What do they want? ” He asked again.

” Seriously? Do you forget things easily? ”

” Never mind I asked. ”

” Any new plan? ” One of the girls asked.

” Yes, and it’s a big one. ” Christiana answered, leaving the both girls smiling.

” What is it? ” The other asked.

All I could hear was whispers. She was whispering in their ears, and that was just the p@rt I wanted to hear.

” What?”

” We nee-d to get out of here. ” I said.

” What? ”

I rolled my eyes again. ” St©p asking and just do as I say. ” I yelled in a whisper.

We left the dark place, returning back to where we met. ” I can’t believe those girls could be so secretive even in a hidden place. ”

” From what I un-derstand, I think they are only trying to protect them selves. That place might seem the best place for gossips, but that’s actually the most dangerous place. ”

” Seriously? That was the p@rt I nee-ded to know. I nee-d to do some thing or else their plan comes up. Stella doesn’t have to die. ”

” Why are you so desperate to help this Stella of a girl? ”

” Do you ever had a friend? ”

” No. ”

” It’s obviously clear on your face. ” I stamped my feet against a stone, not minding the pain I felt after.” Damn it! ”

” You did your best by sneaking out of your room. If I’m to say, you pla-yed a good p@rt for your friend. If any thing happens to her, it’s not your fault. ”

” Yeah, you’re right. ”

” By the way, why would this girls want your friend dead? Did she do some thing bad to them, because you know that’s the only thing which gets girls hate them selves. ”

Why is he so inquisitive about this than any one else. Why is he asking like he cares? I mean, what the $h!t does he care about?

” I don’t know why, but I hope it isn’t some thing bad. ”

” Yeah, let’s hope it isn’t.” After a brief while of silence, he started. ” What if they want her dead? I mean don’t you think so?”

” That’s probably what we are talking about. Those girls wants Stella dead but why is some thing I am yet to find. ”

” You? ” He pointed, ” I helped you with all this, you can’t just over look my efforts for your own selfish gain. ”

” Selfish gain? ” I repeated, ” I remember not asking for your help at the first place and two, thanks for helping. ”

” I appreciate but, I can still help you solve this matter. Look, I ain’t complaining any more but I can still help you. ”

” I really appreciate your efforts and time but, if this is a way for you to learn of my name, then you’re wrong. ”

” I don’t care about your name any more, okay. I might not get to know about your name now, but I surely will one day. ”

“If you’re thinking of asking Stella, just know one thing, she won’t tell you a $h!t. ”

I rose an eyebrow at him, he’s probably over thinking, isn’t he?

” I’m always available just in case you wish to pay me a visit. But, it seems like you’re always free at night to sneak out of your room. ”

” Hey, I don’t sneak at night. ”

” Guess I’ll call that spying then. ”

” I don’t spy either. ”

” Yeah, I almost forgot, you’re checking out the bad guys for the good guy. ”

” Are you gonna help me or not? ” I asked, ignoring his words.
