” You weren’t like this when you returned, you never told me you are allergic to the weather. ”

” No, I ain’t. I’m just… ” He couldn’t put the words.

” Were you fed well back at California? Because if you weren’t, I’ll have to travel over there myself! ” She stormed.

” Look, Dacia, there’s nothing to yell about. I never said I wasn’t fed well, it’s just… ” He paused again.

” It’s just that what? ” She asked, sounding concerned.

” I fell ill two weeks ago. I forgot to bring my meds with me so, I think that’s why my skin had change its colour. Don’t worry about me, I am fine. ” He placed a k!sson herl-ips. ” I promise. ”

” I believe you. ” She k!$$£d him back.

(That Night…)

He couldn’t sleep because of the thirst for food. He wanted something to eat, something to st©p his burning thirst.

He fought ha-rd to control himself from b!tt!g her. He didn’t want to see her get hurt for any reason. Not by anyone, not even by him.

He got down from the be-d, heading to his wardrobe. He pick a shi-t, putting it on. Not attempting to create any noise, he quietly left his room.

Each second that pas-sed, the hunger keeps increasing. Unfortunately, no one was outside, no one for him to feed on.

ban-ging into a room will only create a scene and, he wasn’t re-ady for that. He hated it when his servants looked at him directly in the face. He wanted to be the ghost master he has always been to them.

He left the castle to nowhere. He could perceive the scent of fresh blood. In a full speed he dashed to where the scent was coming from.

He li-ck hisl-ips on seeing the dead antelope. He didn’t hesitate to de-epen his canine teeth into it’s skin, drinking and su-cking more of it’s blood.

Like he couldn’t get enough of it, he made sure he had drain every drop of it’s blood before he could re-lease his teeth from its skin.

He li-cked hisl-ips again, looking satisfied. Hisl-ips was stained with the blood of the antelope, and he li-ck every p@rt of it with his ton-gue, hissing loudly.

He returned back to the mansion, heading straight to his bathroom to wash himself well and to prevent Dacia from noticing.

Even if he wants to let her know about his current condition, he was just too scared to tell her. He thinks that she might end up the relationsh!p, or worst have him expo-sed.

He just can’t lose her, at least not now. She was everything he ever dreamt of, and now she has owned every bit of his heart, he just can’t withstand the sight of watching her leave.

He wasn’t re-ady to find another. No, not yet.
