“What are you even talking about, Mr, you sh0t my Dad, and he’s on treatment. Now you’re telling me he is a drug trafficker and a murderer” I said angrily
” Look Tristan, you nee-d to un-derstand this, I know we aren’t really in good terms but I un-derstand how you feel about this, it was ha-rd for me also” Archie explained..
” Fine. Agreed my Dad was involved in cyber crimes against the Davidson’s company, he can pay the fine attached, I can even pay you now but you accusing my Dad of drug trafficking and worst murder is way too overboard” I said
” If I haven’t told you Tristan, your Dad was responsible for Tiana’s kidnap, who haven’t know why yet cause she’s still in the hospital be-d, what makes you think your dad is so innocent” Archie said
What??, Dad tortured Tiana like that?
“How are you even sure about this?” I asked still doubting what he was saying
“Why did you think your dad sh0t Alicia?” He asked
“What?? He sh0t Alicia?? ” I asked in shock
” hmm, I see your Dad was an angel in front of you but a beast behind you. We placed a video and audio recording device on Alicia, which recorded Mr Trevor’s activities in that evil warehouse. Both murder and even when he was trafficking and exchanging contraband and illegal drugs” he said. I still didn’t believe, I want real evidence.
” I don’t believe you Archie, not a single bit” I said and he sighed
” I know you’ll say that. Like I said we placed a recording device on Alicia and also ordered her to place a recording device in each room of the Warehouse, come see this” he said switching on his l@pt©p. He inser-ted a flash drive and different video scenes appeared.
We watched them serially without skipping any. I couldn’t believe it, this was a monster compared to my dad. He killed Fernando’s parents, he killed that innocent girl in the video, and have killed more than we watch. He even planned the kidnap of Tiana with Sydney.
My blood boiled ha-rd as I saw one evil guy hitting Tiana after he was ordered to by my own dad.
I even saw the p@rt where they were in a gun battle but was overc@m£. I also saw the p@rt where Dad surrendered and sh0t Alicia and about to shoot Fernando before he was sh0t.
Archie shut down the system after we were done with all the videos.
I couldn’t speak again, I was short of words.
“This is not my Dad” I said in pains holding in the urge to cry.
I suspected him all that while, but I never thought Dad could do such a thing. Even as much as taking a life. This is just too much for me to take in.
The fact that Dad had been involved in this trafficking for 21 years, without my own knowledge still hurt and baffles me beyond imagination.
I now believe my Dad is a monster and deserve worst than whatever he deserves.
And he was the same person seeking revenge on Mr Davidson for such a minor issue which wasn’t even worth a second.
I see enough reasons for Tiana’s hatred. How would she ever believe me, after what Dad said about me. She would feel used and it’s more than enough reason to hate me. And that’s what I don’t want, not at this moment when I finally let go and learned to love an exceptional woman, Tiana. I was planning to talk to her about my feelings when she was kidnapped by Dad. And it’s just too late to do so.
“Are you okay Tristan?” Archie asked snapping me out of my de-ep thought.
” I guess so” I replied with a heavy heart.
“Am sorry Tristan, I didn’t mean to shoot your Dad, but that was the only way we could prevent him from spre-ading more damage” Archie said killing me the more. .
” It could had been anyb©dy else, you did the right thing, I have to go” I concluded with a tear finally falling from my eyes despite all my efforts to hold in the tears. I couldn’t contain it anymore, this was just too much for me to bear.
How I just wish dad listened to me then and st©p any illegal stuff he was in the moment I told him, this couldn’t had happened to him. Despite all the fortune we own, dad was never satisfied, he just wanted to be the lead in whatever he does and now he has fell into a bottomless pit. Without no escape.

“Dad you wanted to see me” I said to him standing beside him and all the officers evacuated the room. I can’t believe my own Father is guarded by some bunch of officers in his sick condition.
Tiana is still sick and still doesn’t want to set her eyes on me, and Alicia is still unconscious.
“Would you plea-se sit down” dad said turning to me.
I reluctantly took the seat.
I couldn’t even look him in the face, I feel more than ashamed of him. I can’t even call him dad anymore, he is different from the dad I knew before.
“I know it’s impossible for you to forgive me son, I know how ha-rd it will be for you to even call me your father. I feel sad for all I have done to hurt you and your sister, plea-se Tristan, forgive me” he pleaded. I didn’t reply him, I just kept mute.
“I’m going to a place which would be my home forever,I’ve lost my freedom and my happiness, it’s over for me. plea-se son, never take the step I took no matter what comes your way” he said and suddenly it bec@m£ difficult for him to breath,he was struggling really ha-rd to no avail.
“Dad, are you okay?” I asked but I got no reply, oh no!!!
I quic-kly pressed the alarm switch beside him and the doctors rushed in immediately…..
“He’s going we can still get his pulse” a doctor said to the nurse and I was s£nt outside.
Jeez!! I don’t even know the last time I prayed, but I pray God consider me at this moment.
God!!, My father must not die, plea-se forgive him. I Know he did wrong but I don’t want to be an orphan.
Some minutes later, the doctor c@m£ out with a long face .
“How is my dad doc?” I asked rushing to him.
“Am sorry Tristan, you gotta be strong” he said scaring the hell out of me.
” What do you mean by that?” I asked in confusion……
“We lost him, your dad also had lung cancer, as a result of some drugs we found in his system. He couldn’t survive this. Am sorry okay” the doctor said leaving
No, no…
I want to wake up from this sleep, I’m dreaming, my dad can’t be Dead.
Suddenly I saw them taking his b©dy covered in a cloth away….
“Dad, you can’t die plea-se come back to me” I said shaking him, but I was only talking to a lifeless b©dy.
” Dad plea-se” I pleaded when I suddenly felt someone tou-ching me, I looked over to the direction and it was Melissa. She was crying really bad. I had nothing to do than just to hvg her, I couldn’t even comfort my self, talk more of my elder sister.
I looked again and dad b©dy was alre-ady wheeled away and the press and paparazzi were here alre-ady. I can’t even talk to anyone, nob©dy should ask me any questions or else I would vest my Pains to them.
I never thought my dad would die like this

❤️ Mrs Davidson’s pov❤️

“Mr Trevor, pas-sed on today. After being arrested for drug trafficking, kidnap, murder and cyber crime against the Davidson’s Ltd. It is a pity that such an important and influential man has to be involved in such criminal activities. He had been good to our country, that will still remain in our heart, but the law is above everyone, condolence to the victim’s family” the reporter on the TV said and I angrily switched off the TV with the remote. I was in Tiana’s hospital room. She was still asleep.

I told my husband that this man was no good, he just didn’t listen to me, now see. We were involved with a criminal all along. My daughter lived with his son.

Just take a look at what he did to my innocent Tiana. He just made her suffer, for what isn’t even her fault…

It will be okay sweetie…

I felt her temperature, it was still high and her face was pale.
Just look at what Mr Trevor did to my daughter. I leave him for good.

Suddenly the door cracked open, I was expecting it to be Edward but he wasn’t.

“What are you doing here, get away from my daughter, you’ve done enough” I said standing up furiously
” Am sorry Mrs Davidson, I just want to see her” he said
“Not like you care anyway, you guys were just using my daughter. You’re just like your father, leave” I said angrily
” Just give me a chance to explain ma’am, would you” he said

“No” I replied adamantly, pushing him out of the room, slamming the door behind me.
