Aubrey’s POV

Khloe offered to give me a ride after school today but I turned down the offer like I’ve always done.

After she left with Natalie, I decided to also go home but I felt the presence of someone beside me.

I raised my head to discover it was Liam. What exactly does he want?

“Hey Aubrey, how are you doing?” he asked smiling widely, I will admit he’s really handsome.

“Fine” I replied

“What of your friends?”

“They’ve gone home”

“Why didn’t you go with them?”

“I prefer walking home”

“Ohh….. I’m sorry about what Daniel did, he told me about it”

I felt my body tensed immediately he said that. Does he really have to bring that up now?

I’ve been trying so ha-rd to forget that scene.

“Aubrey…..” he called snapping me out of my thought

“I don’t want to talk about that now”

“Okay, I’m sorry for bringing it up”

There was an awkward silence after he said that. Is he trying to follow me to my house or what?

“Let me drop you off Aubrey” he finally said breaking the silence

“No, thanks. I will walk home”

“I insist. You’ve been walking home all this while so let me give you a lift today” he tried convincing me but I know nothing will change my mind

“Liam please….. I will walk home”

“Okay then, if you insist. What about what we discussed in the morning?”

“I will give you an answer tomorrow”

“Alright then. Good night” he walked closer to me and pec-ked my cheek before leaving.

This is the first time a guy will be doing that to me and I don’t think I want to tell Sam about it.

She’s going to tease the hell out of me.

Min Seok’s POV

I waited in school to read as usual after everyone has gone home, at least that was what I thought.

Few minutes into reading, I saw two students from the window. When I looked closely, I discovered it was Liam and the girl I saved. I don’t know her name yet.

From the look of things, I think they were discussing. After some time, Liam was about leaving but he just suddenly turned and pec-ked her cheeks before finally leaving.

I felt a sting in my heart instantly. I thought she was going to be a decent girl but it turns out I was wrong.

She’s just like the other ladies that throw themselves at Liam cheaply because of his money.

I now regret saving her. I should have just left those guys ra-pe her.

For the second time again, I’m not able to read after school hours because of her.

Liam’s POV

Yes!! She’s gradually falling for me. I knew my charms work on every girl and Aubrey Connor is no exception.

It’s just a matter of time before I will have her. I’m definitely going to win the bet like I’ve always done.

I know she will agree to be my friend tomorrow and that’s where I will start.

I won’t waste much time on this bet, I will get it done and dusted quickly so we can move on to another bet.

I drove to Daniel’s house to check up on him. Thank goodness he didn’t succeed with the ra-pe , he would have won the bet instead of me.

Min Ju’s POV

I finally have a plan on how to make the transfer student notice me.

I will wait for everyone to leave school tomorrow after which I will change into a skimpy dress and se-duce him, I’m sure he won’t be able to reject me.

As for Khloe, I’m going to send someone to work as a made in her house. The person’s job will just be to take her nu-de picture and leave the house without a trace.

Aubrey’s POV

When I got home, I noticed Sam was smiling sheepishly and for a moment, I thought she saw Liam pecking me but I don’t think so.

“Welcome home, your highness” she did her usual mock bow

“Thanks, your majesty” I copied her bow and we both ended up bursting into laughter

“So what’s up with you? I noticed you were smiling sheepishly to yourself when I came in”

“Oh.. that! It’s nothing, I was just reading something on my phone”

I gave her a suspicious look but shrugged it off when she didn’t say anything else.

“I’m hungry” I said pouting my li-ps

“Gist me about school first”

I became nervous and sweaty all of a suddenly remembering the peck and just as if the universe was against me, I blus-hed lightly.

Sam is definitely going to suspect something now, what do I tell her? There’s no way I’m telling her about the peck.

“Did you just blus-h, Aubrey?” Samantha asked surprised

“W.. what are you talking about?”

“Wow! Did Liam kis-s you?”

“Sam…..”

“He really did?”

“No, he didn’t” I said and quickly went to my room locking the door. Sam won’t kill me

“Aubrey, open the door now” Samantha said hitting the door lightly

“I want to take a nap” I replied sounding a bit sleepy to make it real

“I also want to take a nap so open the door” Sam replied not giving up

I think the best thing is just to open the door because she definitely won’t give up until I satisfy her curiosity.

I sluggishly went to the door and opened it.

“Spill it” she said the moment she came in

“There’s nothing to spill. I already told you he didn’t kis-s me”

“What did he do then? You blus-hed downstairs and I don’t think you’ve done that before”

“Fine fine. He pec-ked me. It was just a peck, nothing more”

“Wow! You’re in love”

“I’m not in love. I want to sleep now”

“What did he say after he pec-ked you? Did he ask you to be his girlfriend?”

“Sam… We were about going home when he pec-ked me so he didn’t say anything.

He asked me to be his friend this morning and I said I will think about it”

“What are you thinking of? You’re obviously in love with him so just say yes to being his friend so you guys can move on to the next level”
