” So how was it ? I asked leonardo after dinner .

” Not bad ,I think I love it ” he said and I chuckled .

” It’s late guys ,I’m calling it a day ” Adonis said getting up and Pierre stood up too , picking his keys and phone.

“Your wife material is complete” Pierre said and I burst into laughter.

We saw them out as they drove off .

” I think I want to visit Nigeria one day” he said as we strolled inside .

” Really ? I asked smiling.

” Yeah ” he muttered under his breath and I chuckled.

Immediately we got back inside ,I changed into my Nightwear and joined him in bed .

” I’m so sleepy ” I yawned .

” And you look tired ,you should have just let the maids handle it . I don’t like to stressing your self like this ” he said and I chuckled.

” I did not have maids while growing up and I can’t start depending on maids now ” I said with my head on his chest .

” Really ? I don’t depend on maids ” he said softly.

” Oh really ? Have you ever washed your clothes yourself before ? I asked smiling

” Why would anyone wash their clothes themselves ? He asked raising his eyebrows.

” And you just said you don’t depend on your maids ” I teased .

” But I don’t understand ? He asked frowning cutely .

” It’s done with your hands sirrr” I said teasingly as I purposely stressed the last part .

” Don’t call me sir ,I still remember how frustrating it was when you used to call me that in the past . ” He said and I chuckled.

” Okayyyyyyy sir ” I said and he tickled my waist as I screamed while laughing.

” Leonnnnn”

” Sirrrrr” I added and he laughed.

” You are so stubborn and naughty ” he said shaking his head with a soft smile playing on his lips.

He played with my hair for a while and just before I could succumb to sleep ,I felt him getting up from the bed so I held his hand.

” You are a human being Lee , not a robot . You need to rest ” I said and he stared at me .

” I’m not going to work ” he said immediately.

” I know you’re going to work ‘” I said and he chuckled.

” Just wanted to check on something…” He trailed .

” You can do that tommorow ,join me ” I said and he moved back to the bed as we slept together .

I snuggled into his arms and slept off .

The next morning I woke up with the smell of breakfast .

Immediately my eyes fluttered open ,I noticed Leon in front of me clad in casual clothes .

” Goodmorning Mi Luz {my light }

” Good morning Sweet ” I said sitting up .

I stared at the breakfast in Awe .

” Awwwwwwwwn ” I cooed happily.

” You are so sweet ” I said kissing his cheeks .

He moved close and kissed me sweetly.

“You know it’s really sweet that my Boyfriend can cook even if he can’t do the laundry with his hands ” I said and laughed at the expression on his face .

” Babe really ? ” He asked as I laughed .

” You said it yourself that you have never washed with your hands” I said bitting my lower lip .

” I can teach you ” I said and he chuckled.

” Fine ,eat up . We can do that after you are done with this ” he said and I caught his eyes wandering to my chest twice ,which reminded me of our moment the previous day .

” You know you should be arrested for staring like that ” i said playfully.

” You can sentence me for life imprisonment ,I don’t mind .” He said bitting his lower lip.

” You are so naughty Mr Delgado” I said with a chuckle.

After breakfast we both walked to the bathroom together .

” Where is the dirty clothes ? I asked .

” The laundry guys already took it ” he said and I laughed.

” So you don’t have anything dirty in this room ? I asked and he rubbed the back of his neck .

” I have an idea ” he said and walked out of the room ,it wasn’t long before he walked back with a shirt .

” How did you suddenly get a shirt this dirty ? I asked in shock .

” I poured something on it to dirty it up , should I pour more ? He asked raising the shirt .

” No ” I said with a chuckle.

Today his body will tell him ,by the time he is through with this one cloth ,he will have washed the upcoming laundry guy out of him system .

” Okay ” I said and over to the other end as I came back with the bucket I ordered.

I had a long scarf around my waist as I patiently taught him how to go about him .

Half way through the lesson and I realized he was staring at me instead of listening.

” You are not concentrating ” I said frowning.

” I’m concentrating” he said immediately.

” But…” I trailed .

” I’m concentrating on you ” he said and I blushed red .

” You are something else Leon ” I said laughing .

” How about we go out later in the afternoon ,for a date ? He asked and I chuckled.

” Fine ” I said and smiled.

” Baby I’m tired ,my hands ache ” he said and I took the cloth from him .

” That’s why you should know the maids are not doing an easy job ” I said as I took over from him .

” I agree ” he said as I watched the cloth .

” Wait were you a laundry girl before ? He asked curiously and I Laughed.

” I enjoy doing this , sometimes even the washing machines ruin some clothes” I said and he rubbed his forehead.

” I wonder how you manage to keep such preety hands ,with this job you are doing here . Let me not find you washing again “he said and I opened and closed my mouth like a fish .

” I’m ready” Imani said excitedly as she walked downstairs.

I stared at the mini skirt and top she wore and frowned immediately.

She wore sneakers and although she looked extremely cute and beautiful ,I didn’t like the idea of the skirt .

” Go and change Imani ” I said and she stopped then turned back.

” What’s wrong with my outfit? She asked in confusion.

I wanted to say but held it in ,Imani is not the type of lady to listen if I say that .

” Do you want me to murder someone before we get back ?I asked gesturing towards her skirt.

” I’ll be right back” she said and went upstairs.

” That was easy ” I muttered under my breath.

She came back wearing a black geans this time around ,but no matter what she wore ,my woman grabs attention and I need to start getting used to that fact .

” Let’s go ” she said excitedly.

I drove towards one of the most reviewed lunch resturant.

” You mean they sell only lunch ? Imani asked curiously.

” Yup ” I popped while going through my phone.

” Can we meet for dinner tonight ? Vincenzo texted me .

” Sure ” I texted back and turned to Imani .

” It’s so fancy and I like the decor ” she said excitedly .

We talked about random stuffs as we ordered and sat down to eat .

” Oh my goodness ” isn’t that Leonardo Delgado ? I heard and Imani looked at we’re the noise was coming from .

” Sh!t ” I cursed under my breath as they squiled excitedly and started taking pictures.

” Hey ,it’s okay” she said smiling at me .

” It’s not okay ,can’t we be normal for at least a day ? I asked in annoyance.

” See why I love the indoor date ? Where you are not ” The Leonardo Delgado ” She Said teasingly

” I think I agree with you on that ” .

We ignored the attention and continued with whatever we were talking about.

As we walked out ,I noticed some guys staring at her and she had no idea about it .

Infact she was telling me about how she loved the combination of food they offered us .

And I’m the one dieing here .

We stopped by a icecream shop to get some and as Imani made the order ,I heard someone call me from a distance.

” Leonnnnn!” She screamed in excitement.

I turned and stared in shock .

It was my Ex Evelyn . Someone I haven’t seen in years .

What was she doing here in Costa Rica .

I thought she moved ?

” Eve ” i said in suprise .

” Leon babyyy ,look at you . What are you doing in a place like this ? She asked with a chuckle.

” Here to get some for my girlfriend ” i said and she gasped .

” Girlfriend ? Oh my goodness . You finally moved on from Layla ? She asked in shock .

” Eve ” i said immediately and she raised both hands.

” She’s African ? I didn’t see you as someone to date an African . Is this for fun or something ? She asked .

” Good afternoon Miss Eve , I’m beginning to see your resemblance with the biblical Eve ” Imani said playfully as she laughed.

” I’m Imani lerato ,his girlfriend” she introduced herself calmly.

” Oh I’m Evelyn Brooklyn . His Ex ” she said smiling mockingly.

“Ex ” Imani repeated and Evelyn blushed in embarrassment .

” Mi Riena” I called trying to control the situation.

” It was nice meeting you Evelyn ,we were busy before you interrupted us ” Imani said smiling but Evelyn didn’t look pleased by the way she handled the situation.

We walked out together and she didn’t say a word throughout the drive home .

” Mi Riena..{ my Queen} ” I called as she scrolled through her phone.

” Mi Cielo {my heaven }

” Mi Luz {my light }

I called and bit my lower lip softly.

Immediately my car packed outside my mansion ,she got down and walked inside.

Seriously ? Why did we have to bump into Evelyn 🤦

My phone rang and it was Scarlett.

” Sis” I said picking up immediately.

” Why do you sound like someone that’s frustrated .

” Cause I’m frustrated Imani and I bumped into Evelyn and she decided to bring up Layla and the fact that I’m dating an African. ” I said tiredly.

” And what did you do ? She asked .
