★ WHITNEY P.O.V ★

“Okay. Now, Don’t get me wrong. I…I don’t like Desmond. Why am I even explaining this? Everyone ought to know what ‘hugs’ doesn’t mean you like someone. This is the new age now,,, so…Hugs doesn’t really mean a thing, huh?”

“Anyways, Why I wanted to hug Desmond was cause,,, I was born with that kinda act. I actually like hugging people whenever I cry. Sorry, Mistake. I like hugging my teddy bear whenever I cry. It actually comforts me”

“But…my teddy bear ain’t with me so I gotta replace it and the person I saw right in front of me is Desmond”

“And by the way, His body is quite comforting and tender despite his masculine body”

“Maybe,,, I won’t be leaving him anytime soon. I just wanna cry and forget about everything that happened in there”

“I mean,,, It was my first, in a clubhouse and some obsessed play guy ruins it for me? Why!! He jeopardized the whole Fu-cking fun things I thought would happen!. Gosh…How will I face people? What will they say?”

★ BACK TO 3RD PERSON P.O.V ★

“Wait…” Whitney whispered, trying ha-rd not to sniff in her nose inflammation.

She quickly disengaged from him.

“You okay?” Desmond asked, worriedly.

Whitney quickly stood up.
“Gosh. This is so embarra-ssing” She whispered.

“You okay?” Desmond asked, again.

“Yes. Yes. I am” She retorted.

“Oh no!” She thought aloud and quickly raised her head up.

She could feel the inflammation leaving her nose.

“Please…Please…Just stay” She muttered.

“You don’t seem okay though” Desmond said.

“I’m okay!” She quickly said.

“Then,,, Why are you looking up?” He asked.

“The stars. I love looking at the stars” She for-ced a chuckle and sniffed, secretly.

“Where are you, stupid” She thought, as she ran her hands in the bag.

She was looking for her hanky.

“Stars?” Desmond asked, looking up.

“But…there are no stars in the sky tonight?” He looked back at her.

Whitney blinked her eyes, nervously.

“Oh. Yeah. I thought I saw one though”

“Let’s go” He tried walking to her.

“No!” She suddenly yelped.

“Huh?” Desmond’s body shivered, lightly.

“Huh?…I mean…Wait. Wait. I…I’m coming. Just wait” She said.

“Please…Please. This can’t be happening. Don’t- She paused when she noticed something watery flowing down from her nostrils.

“Fu-ck” Whitney thought.

She gasped and quickly turned around. She covered her nose and her mouth with her both hands.

“What’s wrong with her? Why is she avoiding me now? After…hugging me? Shy huh? Well, Its cute” He smiled.

“What to do? What am I gonna Fu-cking do? If not for that je-rk! And that’s why I hate crying too much” Whitney said, looking around for an enclosed area to wipe her nose.

Jayden walked angrily to John and grabbed his collar.

John gave him an obnoxious look.

“Watching that was fun. I like the look on your face. Its so…pathetic and stupid” John smi-rked.

Jayden wanted to badly punch him but he held it in. He could only gr-unt and p@n-t.

“Let’s talk. Outside” He yanked his hand off from John’s collar.

They were in an enclosed area now. John looked around and ru-bbed his left eye, briefly.

“Owww!” John moa-ned loudly, after he got punched on the face by Jayden.

“I was trying to hold it in but I couldn’t. That was for humiliating me”

“You je-rk!” John said, and nearly punched him but a loud honking coming from some kinda nose jolted them. It was coming from the other side.

“What was that?” John asked.

Jayden pushed him off.

“Who cares?”

“You’re playing with fire, Jayden” John pointed at him.

Jayden smi-rked.

“Oh really? Too bad,,, The fire suddenly turned off. I wanna light it up again though”

“Meaning?” John asked.

“I’m gonna show you that I can date her. I will make her fall in love with me. I’ll get her laid and like the others, I’ll leave her”

“Are you trying to make a bet? This is a bigger fire, Jayden” John smiled.

“What if it doesn’t works? Cause I just wanna give you a week” He added.

The honking irritating noise came again, louder than before.

“Geez” Jayden muttered.

“Tell Ricardo to bring my mum and I back into his life…” John said.

Whitney sniffed and breathed de-eperly.

“Gosh. Better” She muttered and walked away.

She noticed something and halted her steps. She looked sideways to see 2 boys there.

She walked closer and listened, carefully
