“Hey…Jayden?? Where are you running to? Wait up!” Clark said.

“I’ll teach her a lesson. What? Me?? Jayden. She dared to- Darn it!” He scowled.

People around were laughing and murmuring about.

? Jayden Jovel got rejected by some new girl.

? He was seriously humiliated.

? For the 1st time in WSU,, He got Fu-cked up by a girl.

“I’ll show you” Jayden muttered and bit his lower li-p, walking fas-ter.

“Shut up, Y’all!” Desmond warned the gossipers.

“You really Fu-cked him up, Miss” Jade muttered.

Whitney held her books close to her che-st.

“Its his fault. He’s acting like he’s some play boy”

“Well,,, That’s because he is” Jade said.

“Its nice to stay away from him but you were being too much” She added.

“Sorry but this is me” Whitney muttered and they both looked in front.

A black sp-otless and luxurious car suddenly pulled up in front of Jayden and a man walked out from the car.

Everyone shouted, immediately.

? Its Mr Ricardo!!

“Dad?” Jayden muttered.

“C’mon son. Let’s have a father and son lunch. I’m starving” The man said.

Jayden smiled and nodded.
“Okay then”

Ricardo smiled and entered the car..

Jayden went to the other side and entered the car.

The car drove off, instantly.

“Wait…Who was that?” Whitney asked.

“Jayden’s father” Jade replied.

“That man looks familiar for some reason” Whitney tilted her head.

“That’s because you seen him severally on TV” Jade said.

“Yes. It seems” She nodded.

“Well. That’s Mr Ricardo Jovel. The newest appointed government minister”

“Wow” Whitney muttered.

“Now, You’re falling for him?”

“Huh?? Hell no! I’m…I’m just fascinated. Nothing wrong with that, huh?”

“Absolutely” Jade chuckled and they walked away from sight.

AT NIGHT**

The girls just had a shower and a savoring dinner and finally went to their various beds.

“Hey…Come look at this cuties” Jade laughed.

“Hmm…Lemme see” Whitney went towards her.

Jade showed her and Instagram post. Jayden posted lots of pictures. His dad was smiling ear to ear with him.

They were having a great dinner, by the looks of the table and environment.

“I see they are very close?”

“Very” Jade answered.

“Jayden loves his father so much. They are best buddies, in fact. Blood can be thicker than water, you know?”

“Sure” Whitney nodded and went to her bed. She laid down and looked at the ceiling.

“Family?…Hmm…I just wished it could happen to me too” She prayed.

Ping! Her phone sounded.

She checked and saw it was a message from her mother.

Let’s meet this saturday. What do you think of a family dinner? Me, You and Liam?

Whitney eyes wide-ned.

“Awwnnn” She moa-ned with a smile.

“This was what I was hoping for. More like it”

“Lemme go see the stars. The ceiling is so boring” She thought and left.

She climbed the stair case which led to the rooftop.

“Thanks, Dad. I really enjoyed the meal” Jayden said.

“I’m glad, you did”

“I love you, pa” Jayden hug-ged him.

“I love little, lad” His father hug-ged him as well.

“Now,,, go ahead” Ricardo broke the hug.

Jayden nodded, waved to him and went in.

Ricardo smiled brightly and entered the car which drove off.

“They’re really close and sweet. What would happen if their bond broke or something bad happened to them? They would broken and shattered. I mean, they seem like people who can’t live without each other”

“I pray that their relationship lasts. It’s so worth it” Whitney who was watching from the rooftop said, inwardly.

She sighed de-eperly and looked up, to the dark skies.

“What’s this? Why are there no stars? Gosh” She muttered.

“Hey…Guys? Where are you?” Jayden asked via phone call.

“We’re the Clubhouse!” Clark replied.

“Yo!! I’ll be there now!” Jayden giggled, and fastened his steps..

“Desmond? Where are you now?” Jade called.

“Why? What’s up?” Desmond asked.

“I need your dumbbell”

“Goodness. This night? Look,,, I’m not at home”

“So,,, Where are you?”

“You don’t need to know”

“That noise. Are you in a party?! Perhaps, The college’s clubhouse?”

“Yup. Why? You coming?” Desmond asked, already rolling his eyes.

“Is…Jayden there?” She muttered.

“Not yet but Clark already informed him. He’ll be here soon. You coming?” Desmond asked.

“Yes. I feel like partying a little” Jade chuckled.

“Can you come with…your roommate?” Desmond whispered.

“No. She isn’t interested. She doesn’t fancy those things. Party? People? Pphttt! They aren’t her thing”

“Huh? Okay then” Desmond said and hung the call.

Jade giggled.

“Gotta dress”

“And who said partying ain’t my thing?” A voice sounded.

“Huh…Whitney?” Jade muttered and turned to the door.

“Let’s Parteeyyyy!” Whitney squeaked.
