One look at my fake girlfriend and I knew right that instant that mom and Scarlett were freaking her out already, I mean who the hell tells someone they just met about bearing grandkids .

Well my mom just did and I swear I’m embarrassed .

She stared at me for help and I decided to intervene.

” Mom you kept telling me you miss me ,I’m here and all you focus on is my girlfriend ” I said intervening on her behalf and mom turned .

” She’s such a cute girl and so respectful ” she said happily.

Someone she just met ? Did Imani place a spell on her or what ?

” It’s okay if you want to rest Imani dear ,I understand and I might be freaking you out with my excitement ,you won’t blame me dear Leo nearly killed me after his break up ,I felt like he swore off women or something ” mom said and I rubbed my forehead.

Why Is she bringing up Layla again ? I wondered as my mind turned soar .

” Treasure ” Imani called and Scarlett wiggled her eyebrows at me teasingly .

We got to my room and I noticed her staring in amazement .

That’s one thing about Imani , her eyes are a mirror to her soul and it was preety obvious she can’t think of hurting anyone .

My room has always been luxurious and huge ,pecks of coming from a wealthy family.

I won’t say I haven’t been in situations that made me wish my family wasn’t so wealthy .

I’ve wished that a lot especially when Dad cheated on mum with his Asian secretary and started a family with her ,even went as far as baring Erduardo who has never hidden the fact that he hates Me.

I mean if he doesn’t ,why would he go ahead and fvck a girl he knew I loved dearly ,even if she was willing.

It’s something I can never do in my life even now that we are not and will never be in good terms .

” Oh my goodness is that you Treasure ? She asked pointing at the line up of my pictures hanging on the wall .

One was of me as a toddler , holding a big toy train and smiling toothless at the camera covered with just my diapers .

This is so embarrassing ,
Why did Madre find it necessary to hang this picture on my room again ?

A line up of our pictures together as a family was seen but just one with my Dad during graduation .

He has always been an absent father and thinking of it now ,the more I grew up ,the more realistic I became that he was never gonna be the Dad I wanted him to be .

” Ya ” I said when Imani turned staring at me with her beautiful chocolate coloured orbs .

” You were such a chubby little baby ” she said excitedly and I noticed she loved kids .

” I see you love children ” i said and she turned and gave a nod .

My eyes trailed her beautiful legs as she walked over to the pictures.

The pictures of them wrapped around my waist crossed my mind and I hissed under my breath .

” You’re so cute” she gushed and I walked close to her ,it wasn’t a new thing that I was drawn to the fragrance that comes from her .

She smells so fresh and sweet and it’s refreshing.

” You love babies but not how they are made ” I whispered softly ,just against her ears as I leaned closer .

She froze and turned quickly meeting my front .

” Leon ” she gasped in shock and I raised my eyebrows at her .

” Mi Cielo {my heaven }” I said smirking.

” You’re speaking Spanish again ,what does that even mean ? She asked suspiciously.

” Why don’t you guess ? I asked holding her soft hand .

She stared at me shyly then to my face .

” I don’t speak Spanish ,neither do I understand the rich language so why don’t you tell me ” She said this time maintaining eye contact with me.

” My heaven ” I said and she stared at me .

” What ? She asked in shock .

” Mi Cielo , it means my heaven ” I said and she opened her mouth to say something and closed it immediately.

” Your heaven ? Isn’t that too much sir …I mean ? She asked nervously and I could literally hear her heart pounding against her chest .

” Do you think it’s too much ? I asked and she blushed .

” Get used to it ” I said and walked passed her .

Standing right there with her made me aware the fact that I was attracted to this woman , Imani has this Aura that just had everyone liking her for some reason.

Staring at her like that ,made me want to do naughty things to her .

I don’t want to freak her out ,she might end up not sleeping in this room because I made a move .

Twenty five yet she acts in a way that sometimes I’m scared I asked a minor to fake date me .

” Leon ” she called and I turned .

” It’s nothing ” she said and I noticed she stopped herself from saying what she intended to say then looked away.

My phone rang again and it was my Dad .

My mode turned soar as I ignored the call .

I’m not about to ruin the rest of my day by making this phone call .

It rang again and I walked out from the glass doors that led to my personal pool .

Picking the call I placed it on my ears .

” Padre ” I said and he cursed from the other end.

” What’s the news on the tabloids son ? You brought a woman to San Jose ! He asked angrily.

” I’m almost 30 , and the last time I checked I’m old enough to make decisions on my own ” I said trying to control my anger .

” Rebellious that’s what you have been from your teens ! ” He spat angrily.

” We talked about your Alliance to Abigail ! He said trying to provoke me .

” Which I said will not work out Padre …” I trailed .

” Well I want you to look at me in the face and dare say that . You are the over rall heir to the Delgado empire and constructions ! ” He spat.

” Why don’t you give it to Erduardo Padre ? I thought you trust him the most considering the fact that he does all your dirty business …? I asked and he cursed in Spanish.

” I won’t bring the underground business into this if I where you figlio , you have decided to stay off things but that doesn’t mean I won’t play my cards if you try to outsmart me ” he said and I rubbed my forehead.

My dad is a dangerous man and the secrets revolving around the Delgado’s is something that will shock the familiar if revealed .

Everything is just sick , mom doesn’t want any of us involved with that aspect of my Dad ,but that doesn’t mean scar and I don’t know about it .

Infact the sick thing is Scar used to be very much involved until she met her husband Richie and things got serious.

Falling inlove and starting a family took away her interest in the business.

I have never been involved and Will never be involved .

I’ve been a slave to building the legal businesses especially the Delgado Constructions .

My Dad knows that and that’s his reason for trying to manipulate me into doing his biddings .

But if he is stubborn ,he knows I’m twice as stubborn .

” I will see you at your Madre’s party ” he said and cut the call .

He is attending Madre’s party , that wasn’t going to end well .

” Leon I can’t find my stuffs ” I heard imani’s voice and chuckled.

” Look at the opposite side ,I think it’s arranged in my closet ” I said walking back inside .

” Oh silly me ” she said shaking her head and I didn’t even realize I was smiling.

She makes me smile genuinely without even trying and I just can’t help it .

I went to get something done outside and although I promised to be home right in time for dinner , I ended up coming late .

when I returned I met mom sitted in the sitting room and my eyes moved to the large wall clock .

” I can explain Madre ” I said rubbing the back of my neck .

” You have started again Leonardo ” she sighed and I noticed she was disturbed.

” I haven’t been to my office here in weeks I just wanted to check some files and…” I trailed .

” You don’t know when you started working right ? She asked completing the sentence for me .

” I’m sorry ” I apologized Immediately.

” Saying sorry Everytime will do nothing to help and I’m sure you know this ,Si ? She asked and I gave a nod .

” Si ,Madre ” I answered .

” Listen son ,I know Layla is a forbidden topic Considering how things fell out between the both of you ,but don’t you think things happened the way they happened because although you genuinely loved her ,but you were never invested in your time .

” She gave attention to Erduardo because he gave her the attention she craved ” she said and I hissed angrily.

” Are you trying to justify Layla’s actions Madre ? I asked feeling annoyed .

” Of course not ,you are missing the point son .”

” Imani is a lovely girl , she even refused to eat because you were not back from work , and kept asking when you will come back ” she said frowning.

” Oh …she should have just called me ” i said and remembered I switched off my phone because of the calls I was getting from my father .

” See ? I don’t want you to end up alone because you decided to marry your laptop ”

” A relationship is not always about the sexual aspect , or the fact that you are wealthy and handsome ,if you don’t invest your time it’s like dating a ghost even you pay the bills ” she explained.

” It won’t happen again mom.” I said and she smiled.

” I hope you keep to your promise figlio , goodnight ” she said as we exchanged cheek kisses ,she left for her room .

Walking to my room ,I noticed her figure on the bed and froze as my gaze lingered on her dark skin .

Her hair falling over , her smooth beautiful legs and I cursed under my breath when I noticed how the white night dress looked on her without the robe .

It ended just after her butts and the tight barely covered up her firm butts …I tried to look away but I was frozen at the sight .

Her nipples stood pointed underneath the thin fabric of her Nightwear .

I groaned at the reaction it brought on my lower region .

I’ve never been more turned on at the sight of a woman .

I’m a man of deep self control and burying myself in work has helped with being celibate .

She rolled and I looked away immediately she fluttered her eyes and saw me standing there .

” Leonardo ! She screamed as she got down from the bed grabbing her robe .

” Goodevning ” I said turning towards her with amusement in my eyes .

I knew all she wished for at that point was for the ground to open and swallow her .

” You were fast asleep when I arrived ” I said and she rubbed her face .

” Oh God ” she groaned .

” Not God , it’s leon ” I said and she blushed red.

My fake girlfriend is something else.
