Walter c@m£ after five minutes and I ran to meet him immediately he step his foot on the living. I was sacred about something happening to Amora.

“Start talking” I said and he narrated all that happened from where he made a bet over Amora to use her and dumb her to how he eventually fall for her and how Amora get to hear an audio cl!phim and his friend made that made Amora left his house immediately.

“I’m really sorry Rose, I wouldn’t have made that bet I wish I knew things would turn around” He said

“It’s okay for now but that doesn’t mean I have forgiven you and I haven’t seen my friend since yesterday what should we do” I said
“Have you tried her line ?” he asked

“Of course I’ve done that but it’s not going throu-gh” I said
I heard the door open and I turn to see Amora’s driver having a bandage ra-ping his arm.

“Where’s Amora” I asked immediately
“Madam they took her away” he said

“What do you mean by they took her away” I yelled alre-ady afraid

“On our way home yesterday, some hoodlums c@m£ to attack us and they took her away with them. I tried to fight them but they shut me in my arms” He narrated

“No no no no but why haven’t they called” I said shaking inside

“Let’s report to the corps and see what they can do about this case” Walter suggested
“Let’s do that right away,I’ll be right back” I said and ran upstairs to change before joining them in the car to the police station.

#Evening#

We c@m£ back home alre-ady exhausted from today’s stress. The corps gave us their as-surance that they will do something but they nee-d enough evidence to execute their plan.

💄 LAURA 💄

I walk into Damon’s ap@rtment immediately the security allowed me in. I walk straight to his door and press the door bell. The door open seconds later showing Damon’s handsome face.

“Hi” I said nervously as if I’m seeing him for the first time
“Laura how are you doing, come in” he said and ushered me in

“Thanks” I said after sitting down on one of his couch
“So what would you like to drink” he asked

“Just water” I said
“I’ll be right back” He said and left the living room. He c@m£ back with a glas-s of water and gave it to me. I thank him and drink a little from the water then kept it beside me.

“Let me go and return the glas-s” he pick up the glas-s and was about leaving but I held his hand.

“I’m sorry ” I said simply
“For what exactly” He asked
“For turning you down the day you proposed to me,I wasn’t in my right frame of mind but now I’m re-ady to accept your proposal. I’m sorry for leaving” I said in tears

“I hold no grudges Laura but my heart belongs to someone else now,I can’t come back to you anymore I’m sorry” he said and I cried the more while he console me. I was so foolish and selfish.

“It’s okay Damon I un-derstand,I’ll just take my leave now” I said and left immediately. I think I’ll just have to go back to Australia to heal from all these pains.

💫 EMILY (Alicia’s mum)💫

I was alre-ady throu-gh with today’s work as I paddle my boat to the river port. I kept my paddle in the place others kept theirs and was about leaving but then I remember that I bought so clothes for Alicia and I forgot them in my boat. I went immediately to get them. When I got there, I saw someone floating beside my boat. I look around but couldn’t see anyone.

I then walk closer to the person and I was shocked to see a beautiful lady. What could have happened to her. I saw a hole on her stomach and confirm that she was stabbe-d. I draw her out of the water to a dry land. I check her pulse and she’s still breathing. I have to take her to the hospital immediately.

I quic-kly ran to keep Alicia’s clothes in my boat then c@m£ back to immediately and carried her on my back. I took her to the hospital even though it wasn’t easy.

“Doctor how is she?” I asked immediately I saw the doctor.
“She lost so much blood and now she nee-ds blood urgently” he said
“How much for a bag if blood” I asked

“Its $20 per bags and she nee-ds up to 3 bags” he said and my heart skip. The money I made today is not up to $60.
“The money on me can only afford two bags of blood, check my blood if it will be good enough for me to donate the remaining one bag” I said and he shrugged.

“Okay just follow me” he said and I followed him.

“She’s out of danger now ma’am,so don’t worry too much about her” the doctor said after everything. My blood match with hers and I donated for her.

“Alright doctor” he said
“She’ll be awake by tomorrow” he said and I nodded because I was weak.

I finally got home late and Alicia was so worried that she couldn’t allow me sit before bombarding me with questions and i finally told her what happened.

Thank God the lady is out of danger…
