the clan was so quiet as they mourn the deaths of 2members and 4 maids .

Kenzie happened to be one of them and that was too hard for the girls .

the maids and the guards cleaned the clan , took away the dead bodies of Virgo’s men and that of theirs too .

the clan was clean , but also messy , as some parts of the buildings were destroyed .

shadow opened his eyes and tried to stand up immediately.

” just relax first boss ” Vamp who was by his side said.

” umm… what’s the time ?” he asked as he held his head tightly.

” are you okay ?” Vamp asked .

” what is the damn time ?” he asked again and Vamp quickly checked the time.

“it’s 2 : ……

” fxck ” Shadow groaned and quickly started removing the drip fixed to his body .

” boss you’re not okay yet ” Vamp said trying to hold him .

” I’m fine ” he said and rushed out while holding his arms in pains .

” OMG !! boss you’re…….
” why is he in a hurry when he’s not okay yet ”

Shadow rushed passed them and headed to his suit .

he bumped into Scar and let out a loud groan .

he looked at him and then tried to walk away , but Scar immediately tried to stop him .

” Ethan what is wrong with you ? why did you leave ….

” I’m fine ” Shadow said

” No you’re not , stop saying you’re fine when you’re not ” he said and followed him

” I will do the treatment later , I guess she’s so worried right now ” he said and opened his suit and then walked in .

” lock the door ” he said

he went straight to his room and immediately opened the wall which was the door to the other room .

he opened the tile which led to the underground apartment and quickly went in , still holding his arms in pain .

” hey I’m here ” he said and Moon ran into his arms immediately.

” OMG !! I was so scared …..I was so scared ” she said tears rolling down her cheeks.

” I’m…I’m fine ” shadow said enduring the pains as she kept hugging more and more tightly.

” he’s hurt ” Axel said and pulled moon away from him gently

” oh my …I didn’t…I’m sorry…” she said and looked at shadow.

” I’m sorry for hugging you too tightly” she said

” come here , it’s fine …it doesn’t hurt that much ” he replied and pulled her to himself.

” big brother are you okay ?” Amazon asked

” don’t worry I’m good … everything is okay now ” Shadow said .

Amazon hugged Axel so tightly that he couldn’t breathe properly.

” you said you don’t care about me why are you worried now ?” Axel teased .

” I love you” she muttered

” I love you more ” he said and kissed her hair .

” Moon your boyfriend literally just remove the infusion fixed to him and ran here ” Axel said .

” why did you do that …you could have just ….

” but here you are crying like a baby” shadow cut her off

” I was worried” she muttered sadly.

” you don’t have to be …I’m here now ” he said and kissed her .

” hey buddy ” he waved at Dave who gave him a wide smile .

although Dave didn’t show it , but he was also worried about him .

for the past weeks that he has been here , he kinda feel close to shadow , maybe because they both want Moon’s baby as a girl , so they end up teasing her with it .

” let’s go now ” Axel said and rough Dave’s hair

they led the way , followed by Amazon, before Moon and shadow .

” how is Ace? is he okay ? did he got hurt ? where is he ?” Amazon kept asking.

” Amazon your boyfriend is in the treatment building, just go and ask him all this ” Ace said .

” treatment?? ” she asked worriedly and rushed out .

shadow closed the tile and then the room .

” big brother what’s your password ?” Amazon asked rushing her words .

” your boyfriend is alive , you should be worried about me ” Axel said and opened the door for her .

” you’re okay so fxck you ” she said and rushed out .

” I will call vina to come and get you treated here ” Axel said and walked out too .

” I bet you look cool while fighting” Dave said .

” of course” shadow replied with a proud smile and looked at Moon

” can you stop crying now ..I’m here ” he said .

” I’m just happy” she replied

” what about the girls and ma’am Luna?” she asked .

” I guess they’re fine , just don’t know yet” he replied and she nodded .

Soon they heard the doorbell rang and Dave went to open the door .

” boss you’re not okay and you shouldn’t have done that ” Vina said as she came in .

” stop talking and come here” he said and Dave chuckled.

” I want everyone to be scared of me like this someday” Dave said and received a glared from Moon and Vina.

” Vina are you okay?” moon asked .

” yeah I’m fine , just got a minor cut ” she replied.

” let’s do it in your room , so you can lay down” vina said and helped shadow up

they walked to his room and gently lay him down before she started the treatment.

” all done ” Vina said when she was done .

” you should get him something to eat ” Vina said.

” oh Okay” moon replied

” even if it’s just a biscuit and juice first Vina said .

” okay ” moon said and went out of the room .

she came back with some cookies and juice .

” here you go ” moon said and placed it on his thigh.

” I have to go now” Vina said .

Moon walked her out and locked the door before coming back to him .

“are you okay?” she asked and he nodded.

” I want to go and see the girls …I will be right back ” she said .

” okay ” he said .

” ummm..my phone is on now , just call me if you want anything” she said and he nodded.

” I will back ” she said and left .
